Chapter 270 Storyboard Fusion
"Achoo! Achoo..." Kelly suddenly started sneezing wildly.

The pungent smells in the sewers that had previously numbed his nose were now unusually clear. He could even subconsciously use his sense of smell to detect the various dangerous foreign objects mixed in, and he could also recall the smell of every piece of food scrap in the nearby sewers.

He rubbed his nose, managing to adjust for a moment, and then began to examine his body. To his astonishment, he discovered that the festering cysts all over his body, his dry, straw-like hair, the deformities in his joints and bones, and even the internal organs that had been aching constantly had all vanished!

Instead, he had smooth, tough skin, a head of messy but shiny blond hair, and large, elastic muscles.

Apart from a slightly uncomfortable nose, I felt as comfortable as if I had just returned from heaven.

The sewer, which was originally tall enough for him to run and jump freely, suddenly became so tall that he would bump into the ceiling even if he stood up straight after his height increased dramatically.

At this moment, Kelly, who was almost three meters tall with a perfectly proportioned body, looking like a giant, stared blankly at the tiny figure in front of him: "The changes in me, are they because of this cup of honey milk? Did you do it?"

He hesitated before asking, "Did some kind of gene-enhancing drug get added to this honey milk?"

In Gotham City, there are just too many strange things that can make people stronger.

He wouldn't be surprised if he was chosen by someone to test some kind of gene-enhancing drug.

After all, in the years I've lived in the sewers, although it's not common, I have occasionally seen some strangely deformed monsters with amazing physical abilities running by.

Every time Kelly saw these monsters, he could only curl up into a ball, hide in the shack, and pray that they wouldn't find him.

As for turning into a similar monster, it wouldn't be such a bad thing. At least, you wouldn't have to live like a cockroach, hiding and hiding.

Faced with his question, Fang Zheng simply shook his head: "No, this cup of honey milk simply cleared away all the diseases and negative states in your body, and then replenished your blood, allowing you to reach the optimal state that your genes, your body, and your soul should be in."

"Huh?" Hearing this unexpected answer, Kelly stretched out her neck in a daze, only to feel that she had pushed a dent into the sewer ceiling.

He then poked the reinforced concrete wall next to him with his finger, and with a little force, left a clear dent on it.

With a flick of the fingernail, it was like a hot knife cutting through butter, severing a steel nail from the wall.

With a gentle pinch and pull of two fingers, the half-steel nail that had penetrated deep into the wall was pulled out directly.

He held the steel nail between his fingertips, kneading it like clay until it got hot and red, then threw it into the sewer. He pointed at his body, bewildered, and asked, "My genes are supposed to be in this state? You mean, you activated some kind of superhero or supervillain gene from my ancestors?"

“No, that’s not it,” Fang Zheng explained. “It’s just that the humans in Gotham City have a lot of weird and wonderful things mixed in their genes, and their bodies are also mixed with some strange and wonderful things.”

"Putting aside some of the negative aspects, this is how you should look."

Speaking of which, the humans in Gotham City that Fang Zheng saw after arriving in this world, while not as powerful as the humans he had seen before, were exceptionally peculiar.

Each person has some genes that are expressed differently from those of ordinary humans, to varying degrees.

Almost everyone's body had lead levels that were seriously excessive, and the level of nuclear radiation was also abnormally high.

The body also contains trace amounts of neurotoxins that cause anxiety and fear, as well as neurotoxins that cause extreme mental states, filled with destructive desires yet abnormally calm.

There are also trace amounts of substances with special activity and collective life characteristics that can easily lead to cancer and physical mutations; and trace amounts of substances that are highly toxic but can also stimulate muscle growth and strengthen bones.

The soul contains many extremely small amounts of special energies that can stimulate regeneration and grant great power, but can also intensify the mental state.

In addition, there are trace amounts of metalloid elements with special properties that can affect both the mind and body, and can be influenced by mental will.

The soul also contains many other energies of even more malevolent nature, which can intensify mental states. These energies are active yet dormant, and also include many other small and large amounts of malevolent curse energy.

Even excluding the world structure itself, which resembles a storyboard, there is still a subtle tendency within a single storyboard to fall towards a worse and more tragic possibility.

So far, whether it's Batman, the victims and perpetrators of the bone workshop, or Kelly in front of him now, although they all appear to be human, there are indeed too many non-human factors mixed in.

Both the body and the soul are like a hodgepodge.

If not everything is present in extremely small quantities, even a slightly higher concentration of any one substance could either create a mentally deranged, destructive monster or cause someone to die instantly.

After listening to Fang Zheng's explanation, Kelly was still completely confused.

Having never attended school, it was quite difficult for him to understand these concepts.

He simply shook his empty head and pressed on, "Could it be that you're some kind of genie from the legendary lamp who can grant wishes?" Fang Zheng looked up at him and said, "You could think of it that way."

Kelly pointed to herself: "You mean, you just asked me to make a wish?"

Fang Zheng nodded: "Pretty much. Even if you don't make a wish, I will still make the world the way I want it to be. Even if you don't answer, I know what answer you will give. But out of respect for life, I will still ask you. Because many times, it is a better choice to provide you with some help so that you can take action on your own than to do it myself."

Kelly asked blankly, "You mean, you can actually make the world what I want it to be?"

“Yes,” Fang Zheng said, “I can basically fulfill any wish that you can imagine.”

"Then...then!" Kelly's face flushed red, and she stammered excitedly, "I want a Gotham City full of happiness! Can you make that happen?"

“Sure,” Fang Zheng replied.

“However,” he continued, “you’d rather change all this yourselves than have me do it myself, wouldn’t you?”

“If I could change all of this…” Kelly looked at his hands, feeling the surging power within him, and clenched his fists tightly. “Then I will change all of this!”

With a thud, he knelt down, his eyes fixed on Fang Zheng with even greater determination: "If you can, please grant me the power! I'm going to kill those bastards who made Gotham City like this!"

Fang Zheng nodded, reached out, and pressed his hand against Kelly's forehead: "Although the Gotham City you think you know doesn't exist, at least you can change the Gotham City in front of you."

The next moment, Kelly blinked and suddenly realized that there was a strange box in his eyes, which seemed to be a map with hundreds of red dots.

There is also a lot of text in it.

Although he had never been to school and only knew a few simple words, he found himself inexplicably able to understand the meaning of those words.

He murmured, "Number of murders, criminal records, criminal value, coordinates locked..."

"I get it! I get it!" He became excited, stood up straight again, jumped up, smashed through the ceiling, and left.

……

"What have you done?" A deep, magnetic voice echoed in the dark sewers. "You gave another kid the power to seek revenge! To seek revenge on Gotham City! Do you know how this will change him?"

Batman's figure appeared here without anyone noticing.

Given his suspicious nature, it's impossible that he wouldn't actually follow.

Back in the bat cave, after a brief moment of deliberation, he immediately released a small unmanned probe used for tracking and detection into the sewers.

After hearing Fang Zheng's shocking and almost absurd words, and realizing what those words might mean, he immediately transmitted them through the sound-exploding channel.

Fang Zheng turned his head: "Of course I know what changes he will undergo."

"But isn't this a good thing?" he continued.

"The Gotham City you see is not the complete Gotham City. What you want to change, what you try to change, has never been the complete Gotham City."

"At least, in this storyboard, he, a child who is like an NPC and is only used as a background for the hero to fight the villain, does have the ability to change himself and change evil."

Batman asked in a deep voice, "With such abilities, with such terrifying and powerful, almost illogical strength, what exactly do you want to do now?"

“Well, now…” Fang Zheng pondered for a moment and said, “I can create a perfect world for each and every one of you, for every life.”

“But unless absolutely necessary, out of respect, I will not choose to create life. Therefore, if I were to create a world for you, there would be no life other than yours in it, and if there were, it would only be me playing a role in it.”

“And now…” Fang Zheng tilted his head and looked at Batman.

“Your different storyboards are isolated from each other, do not interfere with each other, and there is no intermediate process.”

"Right now, let's break down the boundaries of the storyboard I see, merge them into a fairly complete world, and then turn it into a decent place."
