Pokémon: Who let him leave Pallet Town?

Chapter 367 The Great Rampage of the Circle Bears

Chapter 367 The Great Rampage of the Circle Bears

"Kacha!"

The door was pushed open, and the trio instinctively went to greet it.

When they saw who it was, they all froze on the spot.

“Miss Officer Jenny?” Joey asked in confusion.

Aside from the time she spends delivering supplies, Officer Jenny rarely comes here.

"I heard that someone here was after Articuno and attacked it, preventing it from migrating north. Now its whereabouts are unknown!"

Officer Jenny's sharp gaze swept across the room.

"That must be them." Jiao Zi silently pointed to the trio who were close to the wall, planning to slip away.

Upon hearing this, the trio froze.

"It shouldn't be them. I received a report that there seemed to be three voices at the scene, so it should be a trio."

As she spoke, Officer Jenny suddenly turned her head and stared at Natsume, Kasumi, and Sakura.

“Two men and one woman, that fits perfectly!” Officer Jenny’s eyes sharpened.

"I'm a girl!" Xiaoxia shouted.

Officer Jenny was taken aback, only to see the trio walking towards her.

“Whether she’s a man or a woman, we can’t even match the numbers.” Kojiro arrived at the door.

"Yes, yes, we'll be going now."

"Meow meow meow!"

Meow tried to walk on all fours, but after only a few steps, it stepped on its own right foot with its left and fell out of the door.

"Wait a minute." Before she could stop the trio, Officer Jenny's communicator lit up.

After a brief moment on the phone, her expression changed.

"Come back quickly, it's very dangerous in the snow-capped mountains right now!"

Unexpectedly, the trio heard her call and ran even faster.

"Danger? There shouldn't be any blizzards or anything like that now, right?" Natsume came to the door and looked outside.

The sun was shining brightly, and the sky was a very clean azure blue.

"I'm not referring to natural disasters or anything like that, I'm talking about Pokémon."

"The forest rangers on patrol told me that a large group of circle bears were running rampant and causing destruction everywhere."

Officer Jenny frowned and ran in the direction the trio had left.

"It's too dangerous, I need to call them back!"

"Circle Bear?" Jiaozi approached Natsume with a puzzled look.

"Mr. Natsume, are there also circly bears in the snowy mountains?"

"Of course they are, but they hibernate for a long time. Judging by the time, it will take about half a month before they wake up."

Natsume found it strange.

Logically speaking, the circly bears that have just woken up should be very weak and try to avoid strenuous activity, so why did they all go berserk?

"I gonna go see."

Natsume followed behind Officer Jenny.

Soon, the two encountered the rampaging herd of circle bears.

There are about thirty of them.

Although these circle bears are large, they are all pale and thin, clearly having just come out of hibernation.

All around, countless trees lay fallen or broken, stuck upside down in the snow.

Physical weakness could not conceal the anger in the eyes of the circly bear.

Beams of white light gathered in their mouths and aimlessly struck the surrounding snow, trees, and rocks.

"Who did it?"

Natsume was taken aback. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted two figures flashing by.

"Whoosh!"

The middle-parted bird and Zapdos, carrying empty baskets on their backs, ran and then stopped.

A hole appeared in front of them.

This was the entrance to a cave where grizzly bears hibernate. Natsume watched in bewilderment as they ventured inside.

After a while, accompanied by an angry roar, the man with the parted hair and Zapdos returned with baskets full of their catch.

Natsume's eye twitched slightly.

He now understands why the circly bears went on a rampage.

The stray mushrooms, medicinal herbs, and wild fruits that the middle-parted bear brought back were all stored up by Circle Bear before hibernation last year to replenish its energy reserves when it woke up.
With a "whoosh," Natsume appeared out of thin air, blocking the middle-parted haircut and Zapdos. "Pikachu?" The middle-parted haircut stared at him blankly.

"Didn't you say these things are all wild?"

Natsume's face darkened, and he pointed to the crazed bear chasing after him.

Golden light flashed, and the circled bear was frozen in mid-air.

Immediately afterwards, a large bag of Pokémon food appeared out of thin air and landed in the other person's hands.

"Hiss?" After sniffing around, the circly bear carried the food away.

"Pikachu, Pikachu!" The man with the middle parting nodded.

Those are wild Pokémon.

The stray mushrooms, herbs, and wild fruits in their hands were, of course, wild as well.

The sound of pickup trucks faded, and the sound of Cannes rose.

“Gana Cana!” Zapdos nodded in approval.

"You guys really do have a rich person's mindset, huh?" Natsume chuckled, rubbing his fist.

"Bang!" Trainer Natsume unleashed his Spirit Hammer!
With her hair parted in the middle, she covered her head, her eyes brimming with tears.

When it was Zapdos's turn, the guy with the middle parting patted his chest, stood in front of Zapdos, and pointed to his head.

What do you mean by "it's on your head"?

"You've taken over the job!"

"Bang! Bang!"

The middle-parted haircut and Zapdos each hit once.

Smoke was rising from the heads of the two little ones, who covered their heads and buried themselves under the snow to try to alleviate the pain.

"Bang!"

The ground shook, the snowdrift was compressed, and the compressed snow pushed out the head of the man with the middle part and the head of the Zapdos.

They rolled around and crashed into a nearby tree.

When I looked up again, I saw that Natsume had taken out several large boxes, stacked them up, and buried them in the snow.

"Pickup?"

The man with the middle parting looked at Natsume with a puzzled expression.

"This is full of Pokémon food. The job of calming down Ursaring is now in your hands."

The man with the parted hair and Zapdos exchanged a glance and then nodded.

"Pickup!"

Zapdos ran straight toward the rampaging Ursaring pack, but was pulled back by the guy with the middle part.

"Cannes?" Zapdos looked at the man with the middle parting in confusion.

The man with the middle parting shook his head, opened a large box, and took out a bag of Pokémon food.

Instead of heading towards the rampaging group of grizzly bears, it walked towards the grizzly bears that Natsume had previously calmed down.

"Hoohoo!"

When the bear saw the middle-parted hairpin and the Zapdos approaching its tree hole, it immediately roared a warning.

"Cannes!" Zapdos spread its wings, flames rising, its fighting spirit blazing.

"Pickup!"

The man with the middle parting slammed Zapdos's head into the snow, causing a spray of steam to rise.

"Pikachu pikachu pikachu!"

The man with the middle parting waved the food bag in his hand at the teddy bear.

"Awoo?" The Circular Bear stared at it in confusion.

"Pikachu!" The man with the middle parting nodded.

Natsume watched silently from a distance.

Unlike Zapdos, Middle-parted Hair doesn't intend to directly negotiate with the rampaging Ursaring population.

Entering the other side's field of vision will only result in being attacked, which is pointless.

However, if we take a different approach and use this circled bear as a medium to inform them about the compensation offered, it will not only be quick and effective, but also much more readily accepted.

Soon, Natsume saw the man with the middle parting climb onto the top of the teddy bear's head using both his hands and feet.

The latter, while stuffing food into his mouth and yawning, walked towards the large group of runaways in the distance.

"I'll try a different approach. Although I like to cause trouble, I'm much smarter than before."

Natsume muttered to himself, it was unclear whether he was genuinely feeling sentimental or simply trying to comfort himself.
