The first stage: lighting the lamp.

The first step is to visualize the "Lamp of the Primordial Spirit," igniting it with one's will as the spark. This is the fire of the Dao. The initial fire is weak, and one must avoid the "Wind Disaster of Consciousness," which is the wind that blows out the flame caused by distractions during visualization.

The second step is to use the heart lamp to temper the physical body after lighting it, so that the essence and energy are continuously concentrated until the lamp of the physical body lights up, and the illusory lamp and the real lamp are completely united, forming a lamp like a ritual implement, which can temper the spirit internally and temper the physical body externally.

The third step involves forging a divine lamp from essence, energy, and spirit, which then illuminates the body's spiritual treasures. This allows one to begin exploring various mysteries, including meridians and acupoints, the five internal organs, the limbs and bones. One can witness a variety of wondrous sights, such as the world of acupoints, the long river of meridians, the stars of flesh and blood, and the mountains of bones.

The fourth step is to combine these illuminated and discovered wonders with one's own organs or flesh to form a true vision. When these visions can appear outside the body in an instant or be combined with the physical body to form a near-immortal wonder, then one has achieved success.

With a single realm, four transformations occurred, which Wang Hongwu instantly manifested. Around his body, several strange landscapes slowly rotated, including the ethereal immortal mountains reflected in his limbs, the sea of ​​blood, the temples of the five internal organs, the palaces of the six viscera, the heavenly court between his eyebrows, and the net of heaven and earth formed from his hair. This realm marks the beginning of the human world's quest for divine medicine. Upon closer inspection, the numerous dense patterns on the cauldron resemble veins and blood vessels, or various organs and tissues, which is quite astonishing.

The second stage: reaching the pinnacle.

Aspiring to the pinnacle of human power, holding up the heavens and suppressing the earth!
After illuminating the human body's spiritual treasures with a lamp, one can choose a spiritual treasure formed from an organ as the initial life-giving ground, the original place where life nurtures vitality, thus establishing the physical body's cauldron and laying the foundation for the Dao.

The first step is to use the fire of the lamp to boil the divine treasure, cast it into a cauldron, and combine it with the human body. It can be used for one's own purposes or transformed into a weapon. Depending on the type of divine treasure, it can also possess different supernatural powers and characteristics.

The second step is to combine the cauldron embryo with the person, and then use the two legs to join the cauldron's legs. The two legs are connected to the earth's energy, and the person stands firmly like a mountain. Wherever the person goes, they can take advantage of the terrain and transform the land's advantages. From then on, the person has roots and the cauldron stands firm and unshakable!
The third step, after acquiring the tripod legs, is to sculpt the tripod walls. Using the human body's meridians, limbs, and bones as materials and patterns, the tripod walls are outlined and covered with the remaining torso. The entire person transforms into a tripod, and the tripod walls are as shown in the picture. One can freely splash ink and paint on them, relying on one's own talent, transcending all things, without dependence, and with absolute freedom. The tripod patterns cast can also be transformed into offensive means, like strange phenomena or formations, and there is no fear of destruction, as they can regenerate at any time.

The fourth step is to find firewood once the human cauldron is formed. This involves collecting external medicines and burning them with the fire of a lamp to consecrate the cauldron, causing the bones to develop cauldron patterns and the blood to turn into mercury syrup, thus truly shaping the cauldron and causing it to constantly roar and emit steam and smoke.

The fifth step is to use the cauldron to reach the heavens, using the blood energy within to soar into the sky. Choose a day, whether it is sunny, cloudy, thundering, or rainy, and rush into the clouds to merge with them, transforming them into your own qi cloud, which is also your fortune. Then you can ride the clouds and carry the cauldron, bring rain and thunder, change the weather, and reach the heavens to obtain the laws.

From then on, the human body became the legs of a tripod, connecting with the earth's energy and terrain, while the head became the roof, allowing one to ride the clouds and reach the heavens. From then on, the human body, as a great tripod, gathered the power of heaven and earth, enabling one to summon wind and rain and control the great power of nature.

In this realm, one can gather tangible things; materials for refining weapons, various divine fruits and medicines, which can be boiled and refined into the body. Flowing clouds and earth energy can also be burned, all of which are great medicines.

Theoretically speaking, there is no fixed upper limit. Cultivators can keep refining the divine treasure and continuously forging cauldrons to reach the Nine Cauldrons or even higher levels. The strength of their physical body will also increase accordingly, and the stronger the better.

Lighting the lamp of the heart and casting the tripod of humanity, that is:

The sun rises in my heart, shining brightly upon me; I stand firm, unshakable, supporting the heavens and the earth!
By this time, a terrifying, all-consuming medicinal essence was becoming increasingly clear. In the area illuminated by the lamp, the soil, tree bark, and even the air seemed to have been transformed into medicine, ready to be harvested and cooked.

After that, a new substance appeared in the cauldron, which was the divine embryo that was born after the spiritual lamp was lit and the physical cauldron was forged!

The third realm: Dao Embryo.

The medicine embryo gives birth to the Dao, stealing from the heavens without form!
After the lamp is lit and the cauldron is cast, the two combine to facilitate the formation of the Dao embryo within the cauldron. This is the root of the medicine, the prototype of the great medicine for the human body.

In the first step, the Dao embryo transforms into a medicinal seedling. The medicinal energy, like vines, entwines and floats within the human body's cauldron. One needs to inscribe one's own principles and concepts within it, determining one's own medicinal efficacy and growth direction. The seedling can take root in another's body, allowing one to comprehend the other's development path, mutually verifying and optimizing each other, thus making one's own principles increasingly broad and powerful.

In the second step, the medicinal seedling grows medicinal roots. The roots absorb fragments of the laws as nutrients and can enter the void. The seedling needs to choose a place to take root, such as mountains and rivers, immortal soil, or even its own body. It can also take root in objects, materials, air currents, and blood vessels. It will begin to grow. Depending on the 'soil', the cultivator will also have different characteristics, such as immortal metal, immortal spirit, and various physical constitutions and blood vessels.

In the third step, the medicinal root grows and transforms into a medicinal embryo, which already has the effect of prolonging life. It also gives rise to its own laws, which need to be sculpted, grow branches and leaves, and bear fruit. These medicinal fruits can extend life by ten to a hundred years, or they can be used as sacrifices to shorten a person's lifespan.

In the fourth step, the medicine is formed in the human body. The fragrance of the medicine permeates the body, attracting all spirits. The great medicine is formed and needs to be transformed from the ethereal to the real. One can then use the technique of "stealing heavenly secrets" to steal the opponent's moves in battle, steal their experience and insights to comprehend for oneself. One can also use the characteristic of "formless hand" to steal the "supernatural moves, strange phenomena and divine forms" of others and make them one's own, which can also display divine power in battle.

In this realm, one can already gather local medicinal herbs. The earth's veins, various energies, mountains, seas, rivers, and peaks can all be used as medicinal materials, transforming them into different medicinal effects. One can also differentiate one's own great medicine to nourish things and people.

The strong can nourish a region, using the naturally spreading medicinal energy to nourish the living beings there and improve the environment. The more strong people gather, the better the environment becomes.

Therefore, Heaven creates all things to nourish humankind, and humankind nourishes divine medicine to bless Heaven!
Immediately following, from the strange phenomenon that affected both universes, the Great Elixir flew out, continued to evolve, and gave rise to two more divine transformations.

The fourth realm: Yang Shen (Yang Spirit).

The decoction of pure yang essence can transform into divine power in a single thought!
Thus, the Great Medicine Dao Embryo is formed. One can take it to nourish the physical body, and the primordial spirit can then combine with the remaining Dao Embryo (medicinal seedlings and roots) and enter the human body's great cauldron to undergo refining.

This stage of cultivation is relatively simple. It involves boiling the primordial spirit embryo in a cauldron, drawing in heavenly thunder and earthly fire, with dragons and tigers converging, bombarding and burning the primordial embryo nine times to refine impurities into elixir mud, which can defile one's foundation and taint one's primordial spirit. In the process of being refined by heavenly thunder and earthly fire, one comprehends the mysteries of heaven and earth, evolves a divine form, and condenses into elixir patterns. One divine form is called one transformation, leaving behind a pattern. One transformation is called one change. After nine transformations, one will reach the ultimate divine transformation and break through the elixir to become a flawless Yang spirit!
This means that cultivators at this level can possess at least nine different Dharma forms, ranging from all things in heaven and earth to various living beings, and even weapons and materials. They can also continuously increase their Dharma form patterns to build up their combat power, with no upper limit, although it is not as qualitative as breaking through to the next level.

This Yang God, with a lamp hanging from its head and a human cauldron under its feet, can manifest all kinds of divine forms, simulating various powerful bloodlines and beings, and take form to fight alongside the physical body; it can also transform the Yang God into a seed of medicine to take root in people, things, or even heaven and earth, mutually benefiting each other in symbiosis or nourishing heaven and earth, growing together, thus 'mending heaven and nourishing people'.

Use my methods to nurture others' methods, and use others' methods to expand my methods; make breakthroughs first to drive breakthroughs later.

Upon reaching this level, the range of medicinal ingredients that can be adopted becomes much wider, including all kinds of wondrous terrain and celestial phenomena, array patterns and weapons, and even fragments of laws.

Lighting lamps and casting tripods, gathering herbs and cultivating the Yang spirit!
After that, all living beings smelled the fragrance of the medicine and received this supreme nourishment, which extended everyone's lifespan by a thousand years!
Not just a planet or a star field, but the entire universe!

This applies to everyone, from ordinary people to the emperor.

Then, they all prostrated themselves on the ground, kowtowing and shouting, "Long live Emperor Wu! Long live Emperor Wu! Long live Emperor Wu!"

Long live the Fifth Realm!

"Long live" means to exist forever, and is also another name for the heavens, namely the eternally existing omnipotent heaven; however, this realm is also vast, with four heavenly gates. The first heavenly gate covers the realm of the Kingly Path (Immortal One and Immortal Three), the second heavenly gate covers the realm of the Saintly Path, the third heavenly gate covers the Quasi-Emperor, and the fourth heavenly gate corresponds to the Great Emperor and above. Only those who reach the pinnacle can be called "Long live," and only those who break through the limits can be called "eternally long live"!
The first day of the pass, known as the Shepherd of Heaven, is marked by lighting lamps to clear the way and the Yang God shepherding the heavens!

The Shepherd of Heaven selects a mountain, land, or sky that suits his heart with his Yang Spirit, and uses it as a elixir to refine the Dao embryo. He then suspends it above his body and refines it day and night to strengthen it, watering it with his own Dao. It needs to go through nine tribulations to complete its evolution and form a 'Heavenly Medicine'. Cultivators can also use this to observe all things in the vast world, reshape themselves, imprison the void, and condense heaven and earth.

The Three Tribulations are a natural barrier; they can also be seen as three different realms. During the Tribulation of One Primordial Two Elements Three Powers, the grazing heaven and earth undergo geological changes, giving birth to Yin and Yang, Xuan and Huang Qi, which can enable the Yang God to manifest in the world, proclaim to the world, move mountains and fill seas, and change the terrain and time in an instant. During the Tribulation of Four Symbols Five Elements Six Harmonies, the grazing heaven and earth begin to show mountains and seas, flowing clouds and vegetation, which can give birth to the world laws belonging to the Yang God. Hiding in it can temporarily make one 'invulnerable to all laws'.

During the Seven Luminaries, Eight Trigrams, and Nine Palaces Calamity, the grazing land of heaven and earth begins to give birth to illusory deities, corresponding to various rules, and giving birth to all kinds of weapons, all of which can assist in battle, or imprison people within them for powerful suppression.

The second day is closed, the star of destiny is called the Yang God who governs the heavens and hangs the stars in the sky!

The Destiny Star is about to suspend the grazing land of heaven and earth into the outer heavens, gather the matter of the universe and all kinds of energy and laws, transform into stars, and collect celestial medicines from the outer heavens; the process of nurturing the heaven and earth into planets, stars, and galaxies is the cultivation of this stage, which can also be regarded as three major stages; one can also grasp the position of celestial bodies, the fission of stars and the changes of black holes, and the final myriad phenomena of the galaxy, which are both in terms of scale and mysticism.

The third Heavenly Gate is called the Primordial Wilderness, also known as the Shepherd of the Heavenly Destiny Star, where the Primordial Wilderness is free and unrestrained!
The Primordial One truly integrates the celestial structure transformed from the Destiny Star into the human body's Great Cauldron, achieving unity of the inside and outside. It is a trinity of Yang Spirit, Destiny Star, and Human Cauldron, evolving into a self-sufficient Primordial Universe within the human body.

Such an existence can be called a free and unfettered ruler, capable of transforming a speck of dust into a vast universe with the flick of a finger, creating a world with a single thought, and freely changing everything in the world, drawing upon the power of heaven and earth to give birth to things and living beings. However, strictly speaking, it cannot create something from nothing; it must draw upon heaven and earth, using them to evolve various forms of freedom.

The fourth Heavenly Gate, proclaimed "Long Live the Emperor!", "Free and Unfettered in the Primordial World, the Supreme Ruler!"

After ten thousand years, one becomes pure, and all things are complete; this level of cultivation is to use one's own Dao and principles to condense the Heavenly Heart Imprint, from one Dao to ten thousand Daos, and the human body to manifest the Heavenly Dao; one can create something from nothing, create things from the void, change the structure of matter, calculate the secrets of heaven, understand all things, transform one's body into the Heavenly Heart consciousness, the physical body is like the Heavenly Dao, and control the universe.

Not only can it create its own myriad paths of the Heavenly Heart Universe, but it can also parasitize and erode the myriad paths of other universes, replacing them seamlessly. This stage of grazing is the grazing of the universe, gathering the great medicine of the heavens. Upon reaching this realm, one is nearly immortal, transforming into a ten-thousand-year-old divine medicine. Even if one perishes or encounters an accident, one can evolve into a ten-thousand-year-old divine medicine, whether consumed by others or growing on its own, it can return after ten thousand years. If consumed by others, it will grow alongside them, imprinting that person's laws and Dao, and finally depart after their death, also requiring ten thousand years, unless that person also breaks through to the ten-thousand-year-old realm, in which case it can recover in a single day and return without any chance.

This system incorporates many of his methods, including the Primordial Reincarnation and the Artificial Heavenly Heart Method, finally completing the realm of humanity.

Once the medicine is made by a powerful individual, it can bring blessings to the region and nourish all living beings. It can then help more powerful individuals, making the environment of heaven and earth better and better, and the medicinal energy more and more concentrated, so as to achieve the goal of using human medicine to heal the world and all living beings.

"My way is to gather divine medicines in the mortal world, to struggle and cross the river in the mortal realm, to steal the Great Dao as a great thief, to steal the medicine of heaven and earth to heal all living beings, and this is the way of Tai Sui!"

With the evolution of the humanistic system complete, Wang Hongwu suddenly opened his eyes, looked down at the world, and a supreme immortal medicine rose up behind him, shaped like a Mother Golden Lotus, or a human figure. With a gentle shake, boundless immortal light fell upon the mortal world.

In that instant, the heavens and the earth trembled, and a bright lamp was lit in the hearts of all living beings!
Emperor Wu lit the lamp, leading all living beings across the mortal world.

From now on, everyone can cultivate the Tai Sui method while practicing the Secret Realm method. The two do not conflict, but rather correspond to each other and complement each other. The great medicine that one cultivates can also help break through the human body's secret realm. It can be said that the speed is faster than cultivating one method alone!

It can be said that the overall strength of the universe will increase, everyone will have dual magic and great medicine, and they will be able to fight against time.

To nurture one person and sustain many, and even to prevent tragedies, Wang Hongwu intentionally controlled the system, prioritizing the use of medicine from heaven and earth rather than absorbing the essence of all living beings. Otherwise, it would be a great calamity. Cultivators were also not allowed to absorb each other's essence or devour others; they relied on their own bodies for nourishment.

Extracting rare medicinal herbs from hidden realms to strengthen oneself, nourish the world, and then fostering a symbiotic relationship between heaven and earth, achieving mutual benefit and a harmonious world where both humanity and the environment thrive, thus healing the world.

This kind of inheritance is absolutely a path that defies the heavens!

Not only did they pave the way for immortality in the mortal world, but they also created their own system. This was truly remarkable. Were they imitating that Heavenly Emperor from an ancient era?

"I gather herbs by lamplight, my fate is in my own hands." Lingbao murmured, carefully pondering the words, sensing a transcendent spirit and profound wisdom within them. He believed in relying on himself for everything, without asking others for help.
This method, combined with the secret realm method, makes one extremely powerful in combat, incredibly resilient, and incredibly voracious. It's not just raising Gu (poisonous insects), it's raising monsters!

Although the upper limit is the human realm, it is enough for 99% of living beings.

"Emperor Wu truly had the world in his heart, and accomplished the great feat of leading all people through the mortal world."

In an instant, the power of all beings' thoughts blazed brightly, roaring and echoing between heaven and earth, exceptionally splendid and dazzling.

He himself sensed it. After the rudimentary form of the creation method emerged, his path to the Great Dao became increasingly broad. In the future, he could become a true Dao Ancestor, and even have the potential to illuminate the heavens with his system. A smooth road and a brilliant future were right before his eyes.

Medicine is the foundation of the world, healing all living beings; breakthroughs first drive breakthroughs later.

Furthermore, with his level of cultivation, he could truly herd all the stars and myriad realms, herd the universe, and even herd fragments of the Immortal Realm. This kind of Tao views all things as medicine, and all can be harvested. However, it is also a strange and difficult thing to guard against, as it allows one to usurp the nest of others.

Even in Wang Hongwu's ambitions, it is not impossible that he will one day graze the heavens, graze the calamities, and invade the four extreme floating lands.
