Chapter 415 "This is the road to heaven!"

After exchanging greetings, Jiang Yuan got down to business: "Big Black, Little Black, did you see a female human in red being carried here by a male human in the middle of the night?"

Big Black: "I saw it, so what?"

Xiao Hei: "I saw it too! I saw it first, and I had to call Da Hei over to join in the fun!"

Jiang Yuan: "Was the female moving at that time?"

Little Black: "It can move and it can talk!"

Jiang Yuan looked at Xiao Hei with her clear eyes and asked, "Can you tell me what those two humans were saying back then?"

"Sure!" Xiao Hei agreed readily, then fell into a reverie.

It came out to forage with its companions at night and was chasing a moth when it inadvertently saw two humans enter the forest.

It had heard that humans only entered the forest during the day, and it was very curious about these two humans who had ventured into the forest at night.

Moreover, one of the humans was carried on a shoulder pole.

What are you doing?

Little Black quickly caught a few mosquitoes to fill his stomach, then called his companion Big Black to watch the fun together.

They stood on the branches, watching the black-clad humans walk to a large tree and put the red-clad humans they were carrying on their shoulders down to the ground.

Tu Ruoyi's eyes were blindfolded. When she was put down, she asked, "Brother Shuo, have we arrived at the mysterious place you mentioned?"

"We're almost there." The man in black told Tu Ruoyi to stand still, and his hands, gloved in white, took out a rope about the thickness of a finger from his bag. "Good girl, stand still first."

Tu Ruoyi was blindfolded and had no idea where she was or what she was going to face, but she obediently nodded: "Okay, I will be good."

The man in black was satisfied. He tied her to the tree trunk with hemp rope and then tore off the cloth covering her eyes.

Tu Ruoyi looked around and found herself tied up. She asked anxiously, "Brother Shuo, where is this?"

The man in black, wearing a mask, stared at her with only a pair of eyes that seemed to be smiling, "Ruoyi, this is the place that leads to heaven."

Tu Ruoyi's eyes were filled with confusion: "What does this mean? Are we going to heaven?"

"Shh." The man in black put a finger to her lips, his soft voice carrying an eerie undertone. "Ruoyi, you're wrong. It's not us, it's you."

"Me?" Tu Ruoyi was even more confused. "Brother Shuo, weren't you going to take me to a mysterious place for a date?"

“Yes.” The man in black stroked her chin and chuckled softly, “You have a date with an angel.”

Tu Ruoyi frowned and asked, puzzled, "An angel?"

The man in black placed his white-gloved hand on his chest. "Yes, I am the angel who has come to save you."

Tu Ruoyi chuckled: "Brother Shuo, you're so funny! Yes, you're my angel!"

The man in black chuckled sinisterly: "Ruoyi, this world is not beautiful at all. Shall I send you to a beautiful paradise?"

Tu Ruoyi thought he was joking and nodded: "Okay, Brother Shuo, let's go to the beautiful paradise together."

“You misspoke,” the man in black gently corrected her. “Ruoyi, you went to heaven on your own.”

Tu Ruoyi pretended to be angry: "Hmph! I don't want to go to heaven alone. Don't you love me anymore?"

The man in black chuckled softly, his fingertip tracing her lips. "Ruoyi, of course I love you. If I didn't love you, why would I choose to help you escape this hell on earth?" "Then why did you say you wouldn't stay with me?" Tu Ruoyi felt a surge of sweetness in her heart. Suddenly, she heard animal cries coming from the forest. She said fearfully, "Brother Shuo, please let me go. I don't want to stay here. It's a little scary."

“How could this place be scary?” The man in black pinched her chin unhappily. “This is the path to heaven!”

Tu Ruoyi winced in pain, a sense of unease rising within her again. "Brother Shuo, you're hurting me."

"Does it hurt?" The man in black gently rubbed her chin with concern. "I'm sorry, Ruoyi, I was too excited just now."

Tu Ruoyi's eyes glistened with tears, and she inexplicably sensed something was wrong: "Brother Shuo, can you let me go first?"

"No, you can't." The man in black played with her hair with interest. "If I let you go, how am I supposed to send you to heaven?"

"Brother Shuo, what exactly do you mean?"

"Ruoyi, don't you feel that the world is unfair to you? Don't you resent the people around you? Don't you hope that you can be reborn into a rich family in your next life? I'll help you."

Upon hearing the last sentence, Tu Ruoyi trembled violently. "What...what are you going to do to me?"

"Didn't I already tell you?" the man in black suddenly growled. "How many times do I have to tell you?"

Tu Ruoyi's face turned pale from his shout. She looked at him with fear in her eyes and her lips trembled as she said, "You, you... let me go. I want to go back."

The man in black laughed almost maniacally, throwing his head back: "Tu Ruoyi, you can't go back."

"No..." Tu Ruoyi screamed in terror, "I don't want to go on a date with you anymore, I want to go back to school... Help! Is anyone there... Help..."

The man in black crossed his arms, leisurely enjoying her terrified expression. "No one will come to save you. I've chosen you, so you must leave."

Last time his plans were ruined, but this time it won't be the same. He'll personally send the poor wretches he's chosen to heaven.

Tu Ruoyi struggled fiercely, her wrists were rubbed raw and bloody by the hemp rope and tree bark, but she still couldn't break free from the restraints.

Her face was streaked with tears, filled with regret. "I want to go home..."

The man in black had a syringe in his right hand, and with his left hand he gripped Tu Ruoyi's chin tightly, and smiled gently: "Ruoyi, heaven is your home."

Tu Ruoyi's pupils contracted sharply, the whites of her eyes turning bloodshot with terror, and tears streamed down her cheeks. She felt an unknown liquid enter her mouth, her throat forced to move, and a chill instantly swept through her body; her limbs seemed to freeze into icicles.

The man in black withdrew his hand, looking at her with affection. "Ruoyi, don't be afraid, I'm helping you."

Tu Ruoyi tried to vomit, her voice trembling and hoarse: "What exactly did you feed me?"

"Good stuff." The man in black reached out and touched her hair. "You won't have to suffer anymore."

"You...cough cough cough..." Tu Ruoyi wanted to say something, but she coughed violently before she could finish speaking.

She looked at the man, but couldn't make out his figure. Devastated, she cried out, "What are you giving me to eat? Why are you doing this to me? Can you please let me go...?"

"Why would I do this to you?" The man in black flicked his cloak, his posture elegant. "Of course, it's because I love you and want to help you."

Tu Ruoyi gasped for breath, the pain in her abdomen making her face grow even paler. "You...you're lying!"

The man in black shrugged: "Ruoyi, what you said really hurts me. Sigh, I knew I shouldn't have helped you."

He left those words behind and turned to leave.
