Jin Yi's expression froze instantly, his heart felt like it was being gripped tightly by an icy hand. He immediately realized what was happening, and his voice changed: "Just now...didn't you take Wanwan and leave first? That...wasn't it you?"

An overwhelming chill instantly shot from the soles of my feet to the top of my head!

Meanwhile, on the other side.

Bai Wanwan was held tightly by the chieftain's hand as she struggled through the chaotic and fleeing orc horde.

He pulled her so hard she stumbled, and when she finally regained her balance and looked back in alarm, she found that Yin Ze and Jin Yi, who were supposed to be following closely behind, had vanished.
