Chapter 549: Gather and the spring outing begins!
With the snacks he bought, Leon returned to the farm, went back into the house, and began to stuff the snacks into his backpack.

But he bought a little too much, and a backpack obviously couldn't hold it all, so Leon found a suitcase.

After the suitcase was full, he was able to put the snacks away with some difficulty. Seeing this, Leon felt a little embarrassed, as it seemed that he bought a little too much.

But thinking about it, I will be gone for three days, and I won’t be alone during these three days, so I should be able to finish it before coming back.

After placing his backpack and suitcase beside the bed, Lyon went downstairs to prepare lunch. After eating a quick meal, Lyon left the farm in the afternoon and went to the lake next to the mountain mine to fish for the whole afternoon. Finally, he returned home when night fell.

After throwing all the catches into the treasure chest in the kitchen, Leon had dinner, watched TV for a while, and then fell asleep peacefully.

The next morning, Leon got up early. The first thing he did after getting up was to go out to water the crops, feed the chicken coop, and go to the cave to pick mushrooms.

After finishing all this, seeing that it was just past seven o'clock, Leon started preparing breakfast in the kitchen. He made four pancakes.

When the pancakes were finished baking, Abigail just pushed the door open and walked in.

"I knew you would prepare breakfast for me."

Smelling the aroma of scallion pancakes in the kitchen, Abigail happily sat down at the dining table, waiting for Leon to feed her.

"Where's your luggage?" Leon asked Abigail, looking at her empty hands.

Abigail didn't say anything, but just took out a small wallet. When Leon saw the wallet, he realized that when Abigail first met Rasmodes, Lao Deng gave her a lot of gold coins. This thing looks like a wallet, but it is actually some kind of space storage bag that can hold all of Abigail's luggage.

"I still have some extra space in here. Do you want me to help you carry some of your luggage?"

Seeing that Leon obviously knew the use of his small wallet, Abigail asked Leon.

“No, I’m afraid the food will be gone if I leave it there for a while.” Leon complained as he served Abigail a plate of pancakes.

"Do you think I'm a thief? You should be carrying clothes, why do I need your clothes?" Abigail looked at Leon speechlessly and complained.

"It's not just clothes. If you feel hungry tonight, you can come to me and you'll know what I brought."

Although Lyon didn't say it explicitly, this sentence basically implied it. Abigail didn't need to think too much to know that Lyon must have prepared a lot of delicious food.

"If that's the case, it's really dangerous to leave it with me."

After knowing what Lyon had prepared, Abigail understood why Lyon didn't intend to let her carry it, because she might really embezzle it.

"Who are you writing to?"

Abigail, who was eating pancakes with milk, noticed that Leon was not in a hurry to eat breakfast, but was lying on the table, writing something, so she asked curiously.

"I'm writing down some notes for the old man who's been helping me take care of the farm these past few days," Leon replied.

"Oh, yes, I'll be gone for three days this time, so your farm does need to be entrusted to someone else." Abigail wasn't surprised, especially when she heard Leon call the person he was entrusted with "old man," and she stopped questioning him. After all, anyone who could be called "old man" by Leon must be an elder. If Leon was referring to a friend, then Abigail would have to ask who on earth could be so trusted by Leon that he could temporarily entrust the Red Star Farm to him/her.

"This is strange. The old man should be here. I even specially prepared his portion, but why is he nowhere to be seen?"

After finishing the letter, Leon looked at the time. It was already half past seven. Based on his understanding of Linus, he should have gotten up by now. Why hadn't he entered the farm yet?

"I won't come until you and Abigail leave. I won't disturb you young lovers' breakfast time."

Just after he finished complaining, Leon heard the voice of Linus brought by the breeze.

"Okay, then when you come, remember to try the pancakes I made for you." Lyon added, then picked up the chopsticks and began to enjoy his breakfast.

Lyon's mumbling to himself was nothing strange to Abigail. She knew that Lyon was probably chatting with a wizard or a transcendent who had the ability to communicate remotely.

After both of them finished their portions, Leon packed one of the remaining two pancakes and put the other one in the microwave.

Abigail took the initiative to take on the job of washing dishes. During this time, Leon went upstairs to put on his backpack, picked up his suitcase and went downstairs. Abigail had just finished washing the pots and pans.

He walked out of the door holding hands with Abigail. As soon as he took the first step, he and Abigail appeared together in the wizard tower. Judging from the layout of the surroundings, it should be the library in the basement.

"You guys don't miss any minute of your intimate time."

Seeing Leon and Abigail holding hands, Rasmodes' expression was very complicated.

"good morning teacher."

Abigail blushed a little when she heard Rasmodes's joke, but she still didn't let go of Leon's hand.

As for Leon, he smiled and handed the packed pancakes to Rasmodesmus: "Master, this is the breakfast I prepared for you, would you like to try it?"

Rasmodesm took the pancake handed to him by Leon, but instead of eating it immediately, he put it into the different space and then spoke.

"This time we'll go to the Blade's Head Guild via the teleportation array, and then we'll go to the western living area together. I've booked hotel rooms there for us to rest for three days. We'll be free to move around the Elemental City during the day, but we'll basically have to stay in the hotel at night. The Elemental City is not safe at night, so I won't allow you to leave the hotel after dark."

"Because Abigail and I need to visit other friends, Leon, you can choose to come or not. If you don't want to come, that's fine too. I'll entrust an explorer at Blade's Head to serve as your personal bodyguard, which will ensure your safety. As for the money, you'll have to pay for it yourself."

"No problem." Leon was quite satisfied with this arrangement. After all, compared to following Rasmodesmus, he still wanted to see more of the situation in the Elemental City. Now that he had this best of both worlds plan, he naturally would not refuse.
