Spy Wars: Return of the Red Luan

Chen Lanfeng was inexplicably ordered to come here by two annoying spy chiefs, Xu Enzeng and Dai Chunfeng, supposedly to welcome Japanese Navy Rear Admiral Aoki Takashi, his classmate from the Army Academy. He was very unwilling.
