The third step is to absorb the Qi of the twenty-four constellations, visualize the starlight transforming into twenty-four immortals, and circulate them within the body to clear the meridians and cleanse impurities.

The fourth step is to open up thirty-nine grotto-heavens in various parts of the body, each with a deity presiding over it.

Finally, visualize the hundred spirits transforming into a hundred energies, which enter through the mysterious entrance and then transform into purple clouds to form the "Great Cave Emperor One Venerable Lord," enabling "light and energy to penetrate inside and out, and form and spirit to be perfect," thus reaching the realm of ascension.
