Chapter 75 1610, Ultimate Universe

My name is Peter Parker, and I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and ever since then I've gained super powers.

So for the next ten years, I became the only Spider-Man in the world, and everyone knows what happened next: with great power comes great responsibility.

I fight crime year-round, and to be honest, I didn't really like it at first. I had no time for Aunt May or to meet with Mary Jane.

Oh, and the suit is too tight, especially in that area, ahem, you know.

But like a bottle of red wine, it seemed a little too high-end to be my good neighbor image.

Let's do it again, like, oh well, I can't think of another metaphor right now, let's just use the original one.

Just like a bottle of red wine, the older it gets, the more valuable it is. Over time, I found that my job was not that bad after all.

People love me more and more, and I fall in love with this job, so for those who love me, no matter how many times I get knocked down, I will get up again.

This time too.

"boom!"

A red and blue figure broke through the glass and crashed into the wall. The huge impact force even caused many cracks to appear on the wall.

"Oh! My back!" Peter cried out in pain, and a huge, blurry black shadow rushed towards him like a bolt from the blue.

Peter kicked the wall and dodged the attack by turning sideways. After a loud explosion, the wall shattered into pieces.

"Oh, this scene reminds me of the unfinished Lego building I built as a kid."

Peter shot out spider silk, creating distance between him and the shadow, and a piece of debris flew onto his face and fell into his empty hand.

"Similarly, it was kicked to pieces by a bully. Even in this respect, it is very similar. It is a childhood trauma."

Peter looked at the fragment in his hand for a while, then threw it towards the dark shadow.

"Hey! Norman! I knew you were crazy, but I didn't expect you to want to blow Brooklyn to the sky!"

The fragments passed through the billowing smoke, and after a moment a dull sound was heard.

"Boom!"

"Good shot!" Peter cheered, raising his hands. "I just hit you on the head, didn't I? I've done it many times, and I can't mistake that sound."

Peter's response was an angry roar and a thick steel bar.

Peter fell backwards, avoiding the flying steel bars.

"Honestly, that one definitely hurt."

"I'm definitely going to tear that mouth of yours apart!"

Norman roared out of the smoke and rushed towards Peter with a flap of his wings.

Norman chased him relentlessly, and Spider-Man dodged and moved.

The Green Goblin was full of flaws, and Peter took advantage of them.

"boom!"

Spider-Man slammed the Green Goblin's face with his right fist. The Green Goblin came as fast as he went back. He fell down in a daze, his head was disoriented, and he fell among the debris and couldn't get up for a long time.

"Honestly, Norman, you're scarier as a human."

Peter, the wage earner standing on the wall, teased the capitalist who was lying in the pile of debris.

'That's why I like this job.' Peter chuckled inwardly, his spider-sense buzzing.

After removing the bio-static charge from his feet, Peter immediately fell off the wall, which also allowed him to avoid another attack.

"boom!"

The purple phantom brought with it an astonishing force, and another wall was shattered. Seeing this, Peter opened his annoying mouth again.

"Seriously, when a super villain shows up, does he have to break down a wall to show how powerful he is? Do you have enough money to repair it?"

"I do have a lot of money." The Green Goblin climbed up from the debris. His height of more than 3 meters made the building materials look a little smaller.

"Hey! I didn't ask you!" The worker Peter pointed at Norman angrily.

"So many that we could have a truckload of flowers at your funeral!"

Norman picked up the crane arm and hit Peter. Peter wanted to dodge, but his super vision allowed him to see that there was a little black guy screaming on the arm.

"what!"

"Miles?" The purple figure also saw the little guy and was struggling internally. Just as he was about to step forward to rescue him, a figure appeared faster than him.

Spider-Man shot out spider silk, picked up the container on the ground, and threw it at the Green Goblin with his arms. The Green Goblin was too big to dodge and was knocked away.

As the crane arm slipped out of his hand, Miles was terrified that the biostatics failed and he fell off the crane arm.

Spider-Man was like a flash of lightning, blocking the spider silk and catching Mars who was falling from the air.

Miles was sweating profusely, huddled in Spider-Man's arms in shock. "Honestly, kid, I never thought I'd get to carry a boy like a princess one day." Peter saw that Miles was frightened, so he thought of saying something flirtatious to distract Miles.

"Buzz!"

Their spider senses were triggered at the same time, and Peter looked at Miles in surprise.

"I thought I was the only one. Are you the same as me?"

"I...I don't want to...be like this." Miles' skin turned pale and his upper and lower teeth were chattering, but at least he could speak.

"I'm afraid you don't get to choose your child." Peter said as he took Miles to a safe place.

Peter put him down and said softly, "I know you are confused. Believe me, I understand how you feel right now."

"Oh... of course." Miles sat down on the ground as soon as he landed. The experience just now really made his legs weak.

"Don't worry, you'll be fine." Peter squatted down and patted Miles' shoulder.

"When I'm done, I'll teach you a couple of moves."

Peter was about to say a few more words when a huge mechanical roar interrupted him.

"Oh, I'm going to get busy." Peter stood up immediately and did not forget to give instructions to Miles before leaving.

"Wait for me here, I'll be back soon."

After saying that, he shot out spider silk and swung towards the source of the sound.

After Peter left, Miles struggled to stand up from the ground, rummaged through his pockets for his cell phone, and wanted to call the police, but he couldn't find it. He probably thought it was because the situation was too intense just now and his cell phone fell out of his pocket.

Miles was dejected by the loss of his cell phone. He was lost for a while and looked in the direction Peter left.

"There are several of them." Miles spitted and muttered in a low voice.

"Maybe he needs my help, and he also said that I am the same as him."

Miles hesitated for a while, and finally overcame his fear and took a step forward, heading in the direction Spider-Man was going.

Spider-Man's trail is easy to find, just follow the spider web, but he walks on his legs, so it's much slower.

Miles quickened his pace and soon saw a round gate emitting white light.

When he ran to the door, the scene in front of him made his jaw drop.

"Oh my God." Miles looked at the huge space in front of him in shock. It was as big as a football field, or even bigger.

The outside of the door was all white, with a protruding pillar on each wall on the left and right, and a lot of scaffolding standing next to the pillars.

There is a huge piece of glass in the middle, facing the door, but the distance is too far to see inside clearly.

"boom!"

A muffled sound attracted Miles' attention. Turning around, he saw Spider-Man fighting with someone in the air.

The purple enemy had tongues of fire spewing out of its feet and, relying on its ability to fly, it chased Spider-Man relentlessly, making him very difficult to deal with.

However, this is not the worst, because he still has another opponent.

The Green Goblin on the side was waiting for an opportunity. While Spider-Man was busy dealing with the attack, he found the right moment and punched him from the side, knocking Spider-Man out and hitting the glass.

The glass was very strong and not damaged at all. Spider-Man shook his head, but before he could stand up, the Green Goblin stepped on him.

"Roar!"

The Green Goblin roared at Spider-Man and spit out a lot of saliva at the same time.

"Oh." Peter shrank his head, trying to avoid the saliva.

"That's disgusting Norman, I hope you don't have a contagious disease."

"Good evening, Spider-Man."

A voice that Peter was very familiar with sounded. Peter looked towards the glass and sure enough, Kingpin was looking at him from the other side of the glass.

"Do you like my new toy? It cost me a fortune, but of course I don't mind."

While Kingpin was talking, he kept pressing the button of the ballpoint pen in his hand, making Peter not know where to look.

"If I had played with a pen like this when I was a kid, I would have been beaten by my uncle," Peter complained.

Kingpin ignored Spider-Man's complaints and continued talking to himself.

"Thank you so much for coming all this way here. Since you're so supportive, I have no choice but to let you enjoy the light show I've been preparing for so long."

Kingpin raised his hand and signaled his men to start the machine.

With the pressing of the start button, the two huge machines roared and slowly started up.
