Chapter 63 Green Goblin: I should have known it was rotten in the medicine

The Green Goblin heard the alarm from the glider and knew that the altitude had reached the upper limit of the machine.

After taking a look at the location of the hospital and making sure that Peter would not be involved, the Green Goblin decided not to stay.

He stretched his right hand over the right wing, and a palm-sized ball popped out from the wing and was pinched in his hand.

“Try some fresh candy!”

After flipping the switch, the Green Goblin immediately threw the ball at Gwen.

"Beep beep beep!"

The sphere issued a rapid alarm, and green light continued to emerge from the cracks in the shell.

"That's definitely not tasty."

Gwen narrowed her eyes slightly and shot a spider silk at the flying ball. The ball was firmly stuck to the spider silk. With the help of the power of the jet, Gwen turned in the air and threw the ball out.

The ball exploded immediately after being thrown out, and the storm generated by the explosion even affected Gwen's balance.

"Wow wow wow!" Gwen opened her arms and finally regained her balance.

"Don't be picky! This is my masterpiece, and it tastes very spicy!"

The Green Goblin laughed wildly, his hands not idle either, throwing out two more bombs.

"Thanks, but I prefer sweet."

Gwen raised her arms and made a pistol gesture with both hands at the same time, and her suit began to transform at the same time.

The pink gloves turned black and were covered with green circuits. Energy flowed along the circuits and gathered on the index finger, finally shooting out two green lasers.

The laser penetrated the bomb, detonating it prematurely. The blast overturned the glider, and the Green Goblin lost his support and began to fall from the air.

The Green Goblin did not lose his composure. He quickly pressed the button on his belt with his right hand, trying to call back the glider, and pulled the pull ring hidden in the shoulder armor with his left hand.

Two plates on the back popped out and a parachute unfolded, slowing down the descent.

"It looks like you need some help."

Before the Green Goblin could catch his breath, Gwen had already flown to his side, folded her arms across her chest, and slowly fell with him.

"Oh, that's so sweet of you. How can I ever repay you?" The Green Goblin's voice was filled with gratitude, as if he wished Gwen would save him.

"I might as well give you a bullet!"

Before he could finish his words, the Green Goblin pulled out a peculiarly shaped mini pistol from his belt, pulled the trigger, and a bullet flew towards Gwen.

Gwen dodged the bullets by spinning like a ballerina. Her spider sense had already sounded the alarm when the Green Goblin was speaking, so it was almost impossible to sneak attack her.

The Green Goblin fired two more shots. For the sake of concealment, the ammunition capacity of this mini pistol was reduced, and three rounds of ammunition was exactly its upper limit.

However, the Green Goblin's purpose was not to kill Gwen. The pistol was just to delay time and buy time for the glider that was approaching.

The bullets were emptied, but the Green Goblin never waited for the glider to fly back.

What happened? The glider should have returned by now, given its speed. A gust of wind of that magnitude shouldn't have been able to damage it.

The Green Goblin couldn't help but look back in the direction of the glider, but he saw a scene that shocked him.

A human figure made of lava, covered in flames, was floating not far away. Under its feet was a ball of blazing flames, and the glider he had been longing for was in his hands.

The thing's surface temperature seemed to be extremely high, and not just because the Green Goblin saw flames burning on its head and shoulders.

It was because the surface of his glider had melted under his grip, and the liquefied metal kept falling down, and was vaporized in the fire cloud at the feet of that thing, which looked very terrifying.

"Don't worry." Yang Le, who turned into a fire man, noticed the Green Goblin's gaze and said to him.

"I definitely won't compensate you." "What the hell is this."

The Green Goblin muttered to himself that compared to this guy, he was just a normal person.

"Okay, now your last support is gone." Gwen took the opportunity to come to the Green Goblin, dodged the pistol in his hand, grabbed the parachute rope, and controlled him in the air.

"Let's see who you really are."

Gwen reached out to remove the Green Goblin's mask, but was blocked by the other party.

"Instead of being curious about who I am, you might as well care about your partner." The Green Goblin looked at Gwen sinisterly.

"I still have a lot of bombs in my glider. Your fiery friend should not accidentally set them off. Oh my god, that would be beautiful!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a loud bang was heard, followed by an astonishing gust of wind, which blew Gwen and the Green Goblin around, and it took them a long time to regain their balance.

"Hahahahahaha!"

The Green Goblin laughed wildly, thinking he had defeated an enemy.

"I'm so sorry sweetheart, it looks like you'll need to piece your friend back together, if he even has any left."

Gwen looked at the laughing Green Goblin without any sadness or joy, she just moved her hands and turned him around.

The Green Goblin's laughter stopped abruptly, as if someone had grabbed his throat.

Yang Le floated in front of him unharmed, with his arms folded across his chest, looking down at him condescendingly.

"How is this possible? With that amount of explosives, how could any creature still be alive?!"

What happened today was beyond the Green Goblin's understanding. He originally thought that he could do whatever he wanted with this equipment, but he didn't expect to fail miserably on his first deployment.

"It's obvious that I'm not an ordinary creature." Yang Le snapped his fingers, causing a lot of sparks to fly.

Even the explosion of a spaceship couldn't kill the Fire Man, and these bombs couldn't even scratch off a layer of dust.

"By the way, I ate the flames from the explosion. If you want, I can spit them out for you."

After saying that, Yang Le opened his mouth and several flames fell out of his mouth and landed on the Green Goblin, scaring him so much that he hurriedly slapped them to put out the fire.

"What species are you? How could nature produce something like you?"

The Green Goblin wanted to ask more questions, but Gwen pulled him down to the same level.

"You ask too many questions." Gwen frowned and held out her other hand.

"Given your lack of cooperation and your unpleasant laughter, the jury unanimously decides that you should go to sleep first."

"Boom!"

The Green Goblin, whose head was smashed by Gwen's elastic force, was like a puppet with its strings cut. His limbs drooped limply, his head tilted, and he fainted.

"Are you sure you won't make him look like a fool?"

There was a dent in the Green Goblin's helmet and even a crack on it.

Yang Le looked at Gwen with a frown on his face. That sound was definitely not the sound of a bursting brain. It was more like the sound of knocking a wooden fish.

"His laugh was awful."

Gwen emphasized again, shaking the Green Goblin in her hand.

"Okay." Yang Le raised his hand to surrender.

"Let's go back to the secret base. I have a feeling we might have caught a big fish."
