Chapter 166 Leaping Over the Wall

Chapter 166 Leaping Over the Wall
"In which direction is the radiation source?" Yang Le asked.

"East of us," Franklin replied.

"The exact location is not clear yet, but the radiation is coming from the east."

"OK, then let's go east." Yang Le nodded.

"If it's the east, we might be in some trouble."

Valeria's voice came. She lowered her head and disassembled the gun in her hand while talking to Yang Le and the others.

"There's a Francs Wall over there. It might be difficult to cross it."

"What is that?" Yang Le looked at Valeria in confusion. He didn't remember there being such a place in Marvel.

"It's a steel city, built by S.H.I.E.L.D. and AIM. We don't know the details, but we know the zombies have tried to take over it several times but have failed."

Valeria explained without looking up.

“Some survivors considered it a sacred city and wanted to go there, but most of them died on the way.”

"This has too much of an American legend vibe to it," Yang Le complained.

"That's a little bit." Valeria agreed with Yang Le and handed the other gun to Franklin.

It would be faster if two people worked together to complete the transformation. They didn't know what difficulties and obstacles they would encounter along the way, so they didn't dare to waste time.

"But with you here, I think getting over there won't be a problem." Valeria looked at Yang Le, who had turned into X-Force. His godlike power became the confidence for her journey.

"Be prepared for the worst, Xiao Wa." Yang Le didn't say too much. After all, he didn't know what level of incident this was. Who knew if the screenwriter would suddenly get crazy and turn some abstract things into zombies?

After all, even a pure energy entity like Devouring Star has been transformed into a zombie.

It’s strange to say, according to Vulkan, only organic organisms can be infected, so how can a pure energy body like Galactus be infected?
Could it be that the Galactus in this universe is an organic being? That would be really degrading.

Ignoring this little addition by the arbitrary screenwriter, relying on Nana's speed, Valeria and Franklin had just finished modifying their guns when they saw the Wall of Francos not far away.

"Look!" Franklin pointed to the glittering city in the distance.

"That's Francos."

The so-called Francos is a steel city built entirely of metal. Gold, silver, brass and other metal colors shine brightly under the sunlight, which is particularly dazzling.

Yang Le looked at this magnificent city and nodded. This was indeed a good place to go. Those well-built and scary weapons of various large calibers were obviously not to be trifled with. When ordinary people came here, they probably wouldn't have to worry about the zombie crisis anymore.

Yang Le also perked up, because they were about to fly over Francesca. They were invading illegally, and the other party would most likely shoot them to death. What Yang Le had to do was to block those attacks.

There is no need to fight back. After all, there are still people living here. If you destroy these facilities and allow zombies to break in, that would be bad.

But what surprised Yang Le was that no one attacked them. The people in the city didn't seem to notice them. They turned a blind eye to them and didn't care at all that a large robot was flying over their heads.

"How strange." Yang Le murmured in a low voice. Even with his super vision, he could not see any pedestrians on the street. If he could not feel the various energies flowing in the city, he would have thought it was a dead city.

"Master, we are in trouble."

Nana, who had remained silent all this time, spoke, and her words sounded an alarm.

"There are zombies approaching behind us."

Without Nana's reminder, Yang Le had already felt the threat behind him, but he was not nervous because he felt that the people behind him were too weak.

Yang Le turned around, and as expected, he couldn't even recognize who these zombies were. They were probably some seventh- or eighth-tier characters.

"It's Alpha Rangers!" Franklin answered Yang Le's question and revealed the name of the person who came. Yang Le nodded. Good, he still didn't know who it was. In case it was from the magic side, it was better to deal with it as soon as possible.

Yang Le stretched out a finger, and a beam of light burst out from it, shooting at the leader at lightning speed, a strong man wearing a red and white uniform with holes all over his body.

When the strong man saw Yang Le attacking, he wanted to dodge and flew to the right.

Unexpectedly, the beam of light also changed direction, drew an arc, and flew towards him again.

This was obviously beyond its expectations. It immediately climbed up and tried to use its height to avoid the attack, but it was no use. The light beam also climbed up and finally shot through it accurately.

The zombie fell powerlessly from the air, and a beam of light emerged from his brain, flying towards other zombies without losing momentum.

Just like that, he copied the same trick and took care of all the other zombies. This was the easiest battle Yang Le had ever fought since he came to this universe. It was so boring that he almost yawned.

"It would be great if the next step is just as simple." Yang Le said.

"That's right." Franklin nodded in agreement.

Even though they all knew it was impossible.

"Speaking of which." Valeria suddenly spoke.

"Uncle Peter and the others should be awake by now, right?"

"She must be awake." Franklin glanced at the sun and thought his sister was talking nonsense.

"They must have noticed we were missing."

"If I get caught, I'll definitely be scolded to death." Valeria hugged her legs, her eyes looking at the steel city below, but her mind was not on it at all.

"Maybe he will take action." Franklin absentmindedly touched the gun in his hand that he had just modified. He had modified this pistol into a rifle, and the size was just right for him.

"Why are you scared?" Yang Le glanced at the brother and sister.

"Do you want to go back?"

"Of course not!" the brother and sister said in unison.

"I'm just a little worried about Uncle Peter and the others." Franklin said.

"Me too." Valeria's expression was downcast.

"Maybe I shouldn't have argued with Moonstone."

"It's not too late to think it through now." Yang Le squatted between the two of them. A sensible child is definitely more likable than a naughty child. He put his hands on the brother and sister's heads.

"Then let's wait until we save the world before we apologize to them."

"Will Uncle Peter not scold us after saving the world?" Franklin looked at Yang Le hopefully, expecting a positive answer.

"Of course not." Yang Le shattered his delusion.

"But it should save me from getting beaten."

The brother and sister looked at each other and sighed.

"I'm sorry."
