Chapter 1281
Since the initial construction of Cybertron was completed, the Justice League has moved most of its facilities there.
Of course, the Watchtower has not been abandoned; it's just that it now functions like a Hall of Justice in the universe, which is the Justice League's official base.
In reality, the watchtower has now become a mere outpost, essentially controlled by Cyborg alone.
As for the new base Cybertron, it was magically hidden on the far side of the moon, a spell cast with the help of the High Heavens.
Generally speaking, non-Justice League members only have two ways to see the hidden Cybertron.
The first is to release a special anti-curse, which is currently known to only three people: High Heaven, Yang Le, and Batman.
The second method is to use someone even more powerful than the spellcaster to forcibly break the magic.
Generally speaking, to do this, the one who breaks the curse must be several times stronger than the one who cast it. In terms of the power of the Supreme Heaven, there are very few people like this in the DC Universe.
As for why the base was moved to Cybertron, there's no other reason than it's simply too big; ten watchtowers can't compare to one Cybertron.
After being moved to Cybertron, many ideas that were originally limited by technology and space can now be realized.
But that's a story for another time. Right now, in the meeting room on Cybertron, Green Lantern John is questioning the Tamaran sisters.
John was chosen for this job because of his identity as a Green Lantern; as a space police officer, he knows more about the Tamaran aliens than other superheroes.
As for why Hal wasn't chosen for the job, it was simply because he was afraid of arguing with Corman Anthan. Don't forget that the greatest Green Lantern was actually a hot-tempered young man, even though he's not that young anymore.
This decision proved to be correct. The older sister, Komanantan, had a very bad attitude, but fortunately, the younger sister, Kolianantan, was easy to communicate with, so the inquiry process actually progressed quite quickly.
"Are these two really sisters?" The Flash, Barry, scratched his head. "The difference in their personalities is just too great."
Meanwhile, in another room, the Justice League members were observing what was happening in the meeting room on a screen.
“If what Coriantan said is true, then considering his sister Cormantan’s childhood, it’s not surprising that she became so twisted.”
As the top psychologist Batman said, the old sayings "long illness makes a good doctor" and "a doctor cannot heal himself" are both reflected in him.
“Even the most hateful person has a pitiable side.” Wonder Woman Diana shook her head and sighed, but when she looked up, she found that everyone around her was looking at her.
"I learned this Chinese proverb from Yang."
“Diana’s words hit the nail on the head.” Superman crossed his arms. “What should we do with those two sisters?”
“Coriantan is alright; her heart is full of kindness and love. But her sister, Cormantan, is different. What happened on Tamaran distorted her values.”
"In retrospect, Cormanantan is actually a sinner," Green Lantern Guy Gardner said, pointing to the screen.
"She started the war between the two planets. If she goes to the cosmic court, she'll be in jail."
“You didn’t read the information carefully again, Gai.” Green Lantern Hal couldn’t help but shake his head and rub his forehead. “‘The Castle’ has always been an enemy of Tamaran, and the former has always wanted to find an opportunity to invade the latter.” “Cormanantan is not the one who started the war. At most, she is a collaborator. Although she is equally despicable, these two crimes are completely different. Don’t always label others.”
"Okay, my bad." Silly Guy awkwardly withdrew his right hand and stopped talking.
"The Justice League has no right to judge the Cormanantan; we should return them to Tamaran."
Diana brought the matter to a conclusion.
“The situation on Tamaran is not good right now,” Hal shook his head. “The war between the castle and Tamaran has never stopped these days. Both sides believe that the attack that caused the two sisters’ disappearance was caused by the other side.”
"Even with the Green Lantern Corps mediating, these two groups are still secretly making trouble. I heard that the Green Lantern in charge of this mission is fed up with them."
Hal sighed, but judging from his expression, he was relieved that he wasn't the one who carried out the mission.
"However, the problem now is that we still need to ask the two parties involved for their opinions."
Yang Le, who had been silent until now, stepped forward and looked at the Tamaran sisters on the screen, saying, "Both Komanantan and Kolianantan have been hurt by Tamaran and the castle. I already asked them about it on my way to Cybertron."
"Leaving aside Cormanantan, even Corlianantan doesn't want to return to his home planet Tamaran anytime soon."
“Of course,” Hal exclaimed. “No one could bear what those two sisters went through.”
"If all else fails, let's do this for now," Yang Le suggested. "Let's listen to the sisters' opinions for now, and then let's inform them and see what they have to say after Green Lantern has mediated the situation on Tamaran."
“If we consider the sisters’ opinions, this is indeed the best solution,” Hal nodded. “I will pass on the news that the sisters are still alive to the Green Lantern over there, and hopefully we’ll get results soon.”
"Then let the two sisters live on Cybertron for the time being."
Batman made his decision, only to be rejected by Superman.
“I don’t think this is a good suggestion,” Superman shook his head. “The sisters have just experienced such a brutal ordeal, and an overly isolated environment might trigger those painful memories.”
"I suggest we don't restrict their personal freedom too much; instead, we should keep them under surveillance."
“Well said.” Batman nodded. “But we don’t have that many people, or you could take a break from your life of protecting Metropolis and dating Louise to keep an eye on them both.”
"I was just offering a suggestion, you don't have to be sarcastic towards me." Superman's face fell.
"I won't take any useless advice." Batman remained indifferent, but those in the know understood that this was just a routine occurrence for the Big Three, and Wonder Woman would soon step in to smooth things over.
"Alright, you two, leave this to me." Diana slapped each of them on the shoulder.
"Donna has been very busy recently since joining the Justice League, and Cassandra is also very lonely by herself. She needs some playmates."
“Excuse my bluntness, Diana,” Batman frowned. “We don’t yet know if these two Tamaran aliens are in disguise. Is it inappropriate to let them approach Cassandra rashly?”
