Chapter 1160 Damian's Great Adventure

Chapter 1160 Damian's Great Adventure (2)

Having made up his mind, Damian's first task upon arriving on the surface was to search for the Bigfoot Ninjas' headquarters.

Damian wasn't the kind of reckless fool who would wander around aimlessly like a headless fly; he had already gathered quite a few clues before he came out.

As for who his source of information was, it was naturally Michelangelo. The Turtles weren't very wary of their comrades, especially Michelangelo, who had such a big mouth.

Damian exploited this weakness of Michelangelo's, and after saying a few flattering words, the latter revealed everything.

However, Michelangelo's account contained a lot of embellishment, so Damian had to search for useful information himself and then put it together.

Although the process was a bit arduous, Damian at least learned some useful clues, such as Quriel, which is the base of the Bigfoot ninjas.

Qu Ruier, also known as Schreid, is a human named Xiao Luqi in the human world. He is a well-known American entrepreneur in this universe and owns a building in a prime location in New York.

That building was his base, and the headquarters of the Big Foot Gang was also located there.

The alien, Qu Ruier, was a very greedy guy. Not satisfied with having Bigfoot, he even recruited a group of thugs in New York and formed the Purple Dragon Gang to work for him.

Damian thought this was somewhat unnecessary. After all, the Bigfoot Ninjas could do the same things that the thugs could do. All they needed to do was take off their disguises. There were just too many uncontrollable factors associated with using those thugs.

This group of thugs are a bunch of unambitious scoundrels who are addicted to alcohol and drugs all day long. They have no goals and no morals. Damian felt that contacting them would dirty his hands.

However, not all members of the Purple Dragon Gang are useless. For example, Han, the original leader of the Purple Dragon Gang, was very capable. He rose from a street thug to a position in the Big Foot Gang through his own efforts.

Han is the only Purple Dragon Gang member that Damian values. Both his skills and unwavering loyalty are exactly what Damian needs.

If possible, Damian hoped to recruit Han as his deputy, since the latter simply lacked systematic training. This was evident from the previous battle, as Han had essentially figured out his moves on his own.

Although he couldn't compare to the top fighters in his own world, Damian believed he could help Han take things a step further. Han's loyalty and prime age made him a perfect fit to assist him in his current role.

Using his agile skills and the equipment of the Assassin's Guild, Damian moved between the houses and soon arrived in front of a building.

This building looks extremely special. Near the top floor, there is a paw print logo hanging on the roof, and green plants are planted on the top floor. Among the lush trees, you can also see a small Japanese-style house.

Meanwhile, there are still many cracks in the glass on the building's surface, many trees on the roof have fallen, and the roof of the Japanese-style house on the roof is still broken.

It looks like it has been the site of a terrorist attack. Indeed, American skyscrapers are extremely dangerous, even if you are not a Gemini.

This was Qu Ruier's base camp, and also Damian's destination. Not knowing whether the Bigfoot Ninjas had scattered and fled, he could only come to this only base camp that he knew of to take a look.

There were no police officers as Damian had anticipated downstairs, not even a police cordon. It was illogical that the police hadn't cordoned off the area, especially considering the Turtles had just attacked the building.

That makes sense, though. Leonardo and his group didn't kill Qu Ruier. Maybe the police did come by, but Qu Ruier, disguised as Xiao Luqi, chased them away.

Now that Qu Ruier has died in Modu's base, the place has become a no-man's land, which suits Damian's purposes perfectly.

Using the skills he learned from the Assassin's Creed, Damian easily infiltrated the building. He entered using a rope, but because the surrounding buildings were not as tall as his, he could only enter from the upper part of the building.

Damian entered an office. After interfering with the surveillance equipment, he opened the office door a crack and began to look out.

Outside was a long corridor, completely deserted, but unlike the dimly lit office, the corridor was brightly lit.

This made Damian secretly more vigilant, indicating that there were indeed people in the building, whether they were the Bigfoot ninjas he wanted to subdue or anyone else. In any case, if Damian didn't want to be exposed, he had to be careful.

After using his portable equipment to find out how many surveillance cameras were outside the door, Damian turned his attention to the ventilation ducts inside the office.

These pipes might be a bit narrow for an adult, but they were just right for Damian. He pried open the cover with his dagger and climbed inside.

Although there was no map, Damian had a good sense of space and direction. Even in a pipe where he couldn't see the outside, Damian could still figure out which direction he was moving in.

Moreover, Damian didn't intend to travel through the pipes to his desired location; he simply wanted to find a less monitored area within the pipes and use that as a starting point to proceed.

His office is in a bad location; there are at least three security cameras operating outside, two at the end of the corridor and one in the middle.

Damian's equipment couldn't cover such a large area, so he had no choice but to start over.

His mother had told him that being a ninja wasn't always smooth sailing; sometimes the investigations done beforehand could go wrong, and they would have to improvise.

After crawling for ten minutes, Damian finally found a suitable spot using his instruments. The surveillance camera was located just below the ventilation shaft. Once he interfered with the camera, he could officially begin his infiltration.

After hacking into the camera beneath him, Damian carefully pried open the cover and jumped down from the ventilation duct, then began to look around the room he was in.

Judging from the surrounding layout, this should be a control room. In front of Damian is a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and in front of the windows is a row of control panels.

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Damian could see several long assembly lines in the room outside, along with robotic arms and various parts on conveyor belts around the assembly lines. This must be a factory that produces some kind of mechanical equipment.
