Chapter 284 Heidi
The dark world has been restored to light.

The mountains that had disappeared reappeared under the sun.

Inside the mine, the military mage stared blankly at the scenery outside.

"What's going on?" Ding Xutian's mouth was slightly open as he stared blankly at the sunlight that had been regained outside the cave.

They were holding their line, preventing the serpent demons from getting in, but suddenly, all the serpent demons retreated.

Just when they thought they had held their ground, suddenly, the sky went dark!
The deathly aura was so thick it was unbearable.

They almost thought the Great Pyramid of Giza had descended upon them!

Not long after, the sunlight shone in again, and all the snakes and scorpions disappeared, replaced by even more terrifying undead!

They instantly felt like giving up.

After all, what else could be causing so many undead in this godforsaken place but a pyramid?
The venomous creatures have just left, and now the dead are here!
How to keep this?
But the next moment, all the undead disappeared!

They immediately breathed a sigh of relief!

My mood is like a rollercoaster, going up and down!
“It must have been Professor Blanche who drove the demon away!” one of the students from Alps Academy said, his eyes simultaneously turning to a flaxen-haired woman who wasn’t originally there.

Heidi's face was a little pale, but when she saw her classmates looking at her, she perked up and nodded.

Of course, she couldn't just stay in the city. Her classmate was in danger, and even though she was terrified of reptiles like snakes and scorpions, she had to come out and save him!

She couldn't possibly watch her mentor risk his life to save people while she did nothing in return!

However, after the venomous demons retreated, her complexion began to improve.

After resting for a while, she turned her attention to the military mages.

Just then, Pochis, who was standing nearby, seemed to see an opportunity and rushed to Heidi's side, crying out...

"Heidi, thank goodness you came! Otherwise, I might really have died here! Waaaaah~"

He also exposed his neck, where bruises were clearly visible.

"They threatened to strangle us if we didn't go out and kill the demons!"

Her sobs immediately drew everyone's attention.

The military mages, who had just breathed a sigh of relief after the battle ended, were all stunned and looked at Boqis with bewildered expressions.

Is there such a thing?
They wondered why these young ladies had come out, but it turns out they were forced out!

"Wait a minute! President Heidi!" Qi Yuan was about to explain when she saw Heidi raise her hand, signaling her not to speak.

Heidi then looked at Li Henglong, the leader of the military mages, because she clearly noticed that the other military mages were obviously unaware of this matter.

Only this member of the Military Intelligence Bureau seemed to know about this.

"Is what she said true?"

Heidi asked bluntly.

"Yes." Li Henglong didn't hide anything and nodded.

"Why?" Heidi frowned and asked.

If she were still at the Alps Academy, perhaps she would have acted without asking, but after venturing out and gaining experience, she saw much more than before.

She wasn't so arrogant anymore.

Her powerful mental strength endowed her with keen attention, and her three-dimensional magic made her even more sensitive to spatial fluctuations.

She sensed that the bruises on Boqis's neck had obvious fluctuations of spatial magic, while the officer in front of her did not have spatial magic.

"The Red Scorpion Tribe's invasion this time was because she stole the Red Scorpion cubs while the monarch-level demon was still alive."

“Red Scorpion cubs?” Heidi turned to look at Bochis.

Pochis dared not lie to Heidi, so she simply avoided looking at Heidi.

Heidi frowned slightly.

It seems they really were wrong this time.

Knowing this, Heidi still felt a surge of magic emanating from her, and she turned to look at Li Henglong. Her eyes were somewhat cold; in her eyes, this was her classmate being bullied, and no matter the reason, she was determined to get revenge.

"Hand over the person who did this, and I'll punish him. That will settle the matter."

But as soon as these words were spoken, the expressions of several people present, including Boqisi, visibly changed.

"How about we forget it, Heidi?" Pochis quietly tugged at Heidi's sleeve.

She hadn't thought much about it; she just saw Heidi and, feeling wronged, instinctively started crying to her.

Go deal with Lin Ming?
The thought of Lin Ming's appearance still sends chills down her spine, and then she glances at Heidi.

Sensing the spatial fluctuations around Heidi, he couldn't help but nod.

Hmm. Too weak. I feel like if I go looking for trouble I'll just get beaten up. Maybe I should just give up.

Heidi glanced at her, puzzled, and snorted.

"We now represent the reputation of Alps Academy! If we don't fight back, we'll tarnish the academy's reputation! Otherwise, people will think we're an all-girls academy and easy to bully!"

He then glanced at the military magistrate in front of him.

Hmph! Nothing special, there's none she's afraid of yet!

"Since you won't hand it over, I'll find it myself!" Heidi slowly floated up, her flaxen hair billowing upwards!

Slender, long fingers gently pulled at the air in front of her, and a pale silver light appeared behind her!

"sound"

But before they could even make a move, a gasp came from outside the mine!
"Heidi! Stop!"

The next moment, a figure dressed in a long robe flew in and instantly stood in front of Heidi.

He gently waved his hand, interrupting Heidi's skill, and then coldly shouted.

"What happened! The demons just retreated, how did they start fighting amongst themselves!"

Heidi breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing her mentor, then turned and pointed at Bochis, before pointing at the military mage in front of her.

“Porches was bullied, and they refused to hand over the people.”

Were you bullied?

Blanche glanced instinctively at Bochis's location, and Bochis immediately shrank back, as if she had seen something frightening.

For a moment, Blanche and Heidi both looked toward what was behind Blanche.

Just then, Lin Ming finished cleaning up the corpse of the Red Scorpion Monarch and entered the mine, only to find two beautiful women staring at him.

"What's wrong?" Lin Ming asked, puzzled.

But the next moment, Heidi, that hothead, didn't care about all that and immediately rushed forward.

"It was you! You bullied someone from our Alps Academy!"

However, Blanche immediately pulled him back.

She looked at Lin Ming and Heidi and smiled, "Don't be impulsive! There must be some misunderstanding."

She dared not let Heidi and Lin Ming actually run into each other. Given the strength Lin Ming had just displayed, even if he killed Heidi, she wouldn't have the ability to take revenge.

"An explanation should clear up the misunderstanding."

"So this is ah!"

In the distant Medusa tribe, a blonde woman held a white-robed man unconscious in her slender, jade-like hand, a wicked smile on her face.

"A super-level female mage and a male mage. Hmm, I just happen to be missing two skins and eyes recently, so I'll go."

The blonde woman chuckled softly, her bright yet wicked eyes captivating anyone who looked at her.

The original leader of this Medusa tribe, a scorpion-woman Medusa of minor monarch level, could only obediently prostrate herself at her feet.

"Hmm~ Not bad. I'll give you a chance. Come back with me, and I'll give you the status of a pet."
