Chapter 666 Surprise Attack Operation
"Advance on foot. Prepare to engage the enemy." Regiment Commander Shi Dongzhan's order was concise and powerful.

He was the first to push open the hatch, and the heavy Terminator armor made a sickening "plop" sound as he stepped onto the slippery, soft, slightly wriggling ground.

Suddenly, a half-person-high vesicle on the side wall burst violently without warning, spraying out viscous fluorescent liquid. Accompanied by a piercing shriek, hordes of gene-stealing hybrids surged out like a tidal wave!
Their twisted forms, bathed in the eerie green light of the chamber, resembled a nightmare come to life, their scythe-like bone blades slicing through the air and stirring up gusts of foul wind.

"Charge head-on! Open fire at will!" Titus's roar was like thunder. The precision-engineered explosive gun in his hand instantly spat out deadly flames, and the first round of shots turned the two alien heads at the forefront into exploding pieces of flesh.

The narrow chamber was instantly filled with deafening explosions from bullet guns, the roar of chainsaw swords, and the sharp hiss of aliens.

The bombs hit their targets precisely, tearing the charging aliens to shreds. Dark purple blood and shattered tissue splattered everywhere, sizzling as they corroded the living walls.

But the enemies seemed endless, emerging from the folds of the flesh walls, from the membranous structures on their heads, and even from the mouthparts that suddenly burst open from the ground, swarming forward in a frenzy.

An Ash Knight Terminator stepped forward, steadied himself, and began to preheat the assault cannon in his hand, which then emitted a deep and continuous roar—

"Boom boom boom boom!" A torrent of scorching explosives instantly formed a wall of death, cutting off swarms of aliens in half or even blasting them into mincemeat. The fierce firepower temporarily suppressed the attack from the flanks.

"Advance! Maintain formation! Don't let them drag you into a war of attrition!" The warband leader's voice boomed like a bell. Each short burst of his Stormblaster accurately ripped open the skull of an alien, and he moved forward with steady steps.

The team struggled forward under immense pressure, expending massive amounts of ammunition and paying a heavy price for every meter they advanced.

One Deathwatch soldier's shoulder armor was corroded by the splashed strong acid, and Tao Gang made a painful hissing sound and emitted white smoke; another team member's thigh was slashed open by a bone blade that suddenly pierced from the ground, leaving a deep wound that exposed the bone. Blood immediately stained the dark gray armor, but he only groaned and did not stop firing his explosive gun.

Just as they were about to break through this frenzied resistance, several pitch-black, lightning-fast shadows pounced down from the shadows overhead with astonishing speed far exceeding that of the hybrids!

The immense force caused the monster to become deeply embedded in the wall, and the splattered tissue fluid and shell fragments stained the surrounding walls a bizarre and disgusting purple.

Titus was locked in combat with a chieftain guard that was exceptionally large and had dark gold carapace.

The opponent's bone blade clashed violently with his chainsaw sword, sparking blinding sparks. The force of each impact was astonishing, causing the servo system of Titus's arm to hum slightly due to overload.

Just as the two forces were locked in a stalemate, another guard pounced out from the shadows on the side like a ghost, its sharp, poisoned tail stinger drawing a sinister arc, aiming straight for the gap in his helmet visor!
"Sergeant! Left flank!" A Deathwatch soldier who was already wounded spotted the deadly ambush.

Aurejana remotely guided the accompanying technical sergeants to collect these precious samples with extreme care using the isolation containers.

High-yield thermobaric bombs and Triumph explosives were placed at key energy nodes and structural support points of the nest.

"All units, mission accomplished! Evacuate immediately! Detonation sequence activated!" The battle group commander's order echoed through the communication channel.

The soldiers quickly returned along the same route, their pace even faster than when they came.

They boarded the assault boat that had been waiting at the breach, its engines still running. As the thrusters roared to life, propelling them away from the lair and upwards, a series of muffled, deafening explosions echoed from within the massive biological structure behind them.

On the sea, the waves that had just calmed down surged violently again, and a huge, rotating whirlpool suddenly formed, frantically swallowing all the surrounding seawater, debris, and the few remaining Tyranid creatures that were still trying to escape.

A faint, fiery red light flashed briefly at the center of the vortex. Ultimately, the massive living nest structure completely disintegrated under the combined effects of the devastating internal explosion and the immense external water pressure, and was swallowed by the endless abyss.

Standing on the violently rocking deck of the assault boat, Titus gazed behind him at the gradually subsiding vortex, resembling the wounds of a colossal beast. His armor, covered in deep scratches and stained with purplish-black blood, looked particularly grim under the searchlights. Another cancer had been eradicated; the Emperor's enemy had been purified.

But every surviving warrior knew perfectly well that this war, which spanned the galaxy, was far from over. And their journey would never cease here.
