Who let this Dementor into Hogwarts!

Chapter 27 Cohen also did it

After evacuating the depths of the forbidden forest, the sky had already fallen completely into night.

A full moon hung in the clouds, and the howling of werewolves could be faintly heard in the distance - but Cohen didn't really want to fly such a long distance today.

You should go back to sleep at this time.

Looking at his soul which had reached 19% integrity, Cohen contentedly released his Dementor form outside the Forbidden Forest. If he had flown to Gryffindor Tower like this, he would probably have been killed instantly by Dumbledore.

God knows whether this old man's Phoenix Patronus can peck Cohen's soul apart in one bite, and he still has the Elder Wand in his hand.

"It's also made of elderberry, why don't you learn from others..."

Cohen pointed to his wand CPU.

But the wand's soul still shrank into the core and could not come out - Cohen once suspected that it was dead.

Night fell over the castle and the grounds outside, so we should be able to return to the dormitory undetected—only the few lights in the towers were still on, and most of the braziers and candles in the castle were out.

But when Cohen sneaked into the castle and prepared to go back...

"Ha! I got you!"

Filch could be heard gnashing his teeth, and he popped out from the corner like a ghost, holding a yellow oil lamp.

"I knew it was you Gryffindor brats...wasn't it you who threw the dung egg last time—"

"Everything is forgotten!"

Cohen immediately cast a forgetfulness spell behind him—morality was for students in detention, and Cohen didn't want to waste his time cleaning the castle or skinning Flobberworms.

While Filch was distracted, Cohen quickly rushed out.

Fortunately, he could see the stairwells in the dark clearly - although he didn't know why (because pure-bred Dementors had no eyes) - otherwise Cohen felt that he would probably be trapped for a long time by these broken stairs that would occasionally get people's legs stuck.

After all, Squib Filch could be controlled with spells, but the school stairs couldn't be controlled.

If the child breaks the rules a little, he or she will be grounded for the weekend. If the situation gets any worse, the parents will be called.

Cohen didn't want to see an angry Rose in the principal's office.

In front of the Fat Lady's portrait, Cohen was surprised to find that the Fat Lady was still awake at this late hour.

"Oh, are you having some secret party somewhere tonight?" the Fat Lady asked Cohen curiously.

"Pig Nose—is anyone else coming out?" Cohen asked after giving the command.

"You'll see once you get in. They're much more anxious than you are—they're sweating profusely from running." The Fat Lady yawned, and the picture frame swung forward, revealing a hole leading to the lounge at the back. "I guess you don't have any companions who haven't returned yet... I'm going to sleep..."

As soon as Cohen climbed in, he knew who the other people who had violated school rules tonight were.

"You, you guys, what are you eyes for?" Hermione's voice sounded annoyed. "Can't you see what it's standing on?"

"On the floor?" said Harry's voice. "I wasn't looking at its feet. I was just looking at its head..."

"No, not on the floor," said Hermione angrily. "It's standing on a trapdoor. It's obviously guarding something."

"I want you to be proud of yourselves, we were all nearly killed—or—"

Hermione was interrupted by Coin climbing into the common room.

Cohen had wanted to wait until the discussion was over before coming in, but if he had to keep crawling on all fours in a narrow hole... his waist would hurt. There were four people in the common room: Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Neville, who looked like he would never speak again.

Now there was Cohen in the lounge, who had just crawled out of the hole and had a lot of mud on his robe.

"Maybe I came at the wrong time—"

"Cohen did it too!" Harry said, pointing at Cohen.

"Huh?" Cohen's eyes widened. "No—I didn't mess with any of you—"

"I was referring to the night outing, Hermione," Harry explained to Hermione. "You take breaking the school rules too seriously..."

"But at least Coin didn't go to the fourth-floor corridor." Hermione said word by word, and cast a disappointed look at Coin - she didn't notice that she was also one of the worst offenders of the school rules. "If you don't object, I'm going to bed."

Ron stared at Hermione's back, his mouth hanging open in surprise.

"Go to bed, we have no objection," he said. "What's the point? It's as if we dragged her over."

"No, where did you go?"

Cohen felt as if these people had gone to the three-headed dog in the corridor on the fourth floor.

But Cohen remembered that Harry received a broomstick from Professor McGonagall the day after his flying lesson and joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team.

But Malfoy, who was supposed to come and threaten Harry and Ron to duel at midnight, never showed up. Cohen originally thought he had remembered it wrong, but now it seems that Malfoy just picked a time when Cohen was not around.

"It was Malfoy," said Ron fiercely. "He lied to us and said at dinner he would duel us at midnight, and turned out to be a complete coward!"

"And Cohen—why didn't you come to dinner?" Harry was also curious about Cohen's whereabouts. "And..."

Harry looked at the dirt on Coin's robes.

"You went to the Forbidden Forest again?"

"Going to the Forbidden Forest is better than going to the fourth floor corridor with her." Ron curled his lips, but he was also very curious about Coin's trip to the Forbidden Forest. "Coin, what did you see in the Forbidden Forest? I heard from Fred that there are many dark magic creatures there..."

"Maybe..." Cohen raised his eyebrows nervously. "Anyway, I didn't see many alive. Just some spiders and fire ash snakes."

Ron shuddered at the mention of spiders.

"Then I hope I never have to go there..."

The three of them returned to the dormitory, and Harry couldn't wait to tell Cohen about the "big dog with three heads" they saw and the "slip door" mentioned by Hermione. He even told him about the small bag Hagrid took out of Gringotts and the fact that Gringotts was robbed on the same day.

Cohen decided to make Harry the second "message safe" at Hogwarts, the first being Hagrid.

"Cohen, what do you think is hidden under that trapdoor?" Harry lay in bed, unable to fall asleep. "What Hagrid brought out from Gringotts..."

"Maybe it's a magic potion that can turn everything into candy..." Cohen's voice sounded muffled as it came from under the quilt.

The Philosopher's Stone must be tried. Maybe one stone can give Cohenxiu a lot of soul integrity.

But how can I get the Philosopher's Stone safely?
Being threatened by Quirrell to eat the Philosopher's Stone to test the poison? If Dumbledore believed this, he would really have Alzheimer's disease.

To protect the Philosopher's Stone from being taken away by bad guys, he swallowed it in one gulp?
"What have you protected?" - Cohen inexplicably heard this sentence.

I have a headache... I can’t figure it out all night. Now that things have come to this, I’ll go to sleep first.
