Warhammer: Black Emperor

Chapter 714 I declare that I will punish the Timefire Xenomorphs of Nyx's Nest.

Chapter 714 I declare that I will punish the Timefire Xenomorphs of Nyx's Nest.

Wolf Prime, Nyx Nest City.

Company Commander Dixon of the First Regiment entered a house in Nest City with its door open. He stared at the table, where the food reeked of decay.

The man, woman, and two children lying on the ground are facing different directions, some rolling over, others lying on their sides.

Their eyes showed large areas of white, their pupils shrank to a point, and their bodies were burned into mummies.

The veteran "sheriff" squatted on the ground, a glint of golden light rising in his dark pupils.

The scorch marks on the ground quickly became clear, and in his mind, he pictured the Time Fire bursting through the door, pounced on the four people like a stream of fire, and coiled around them.

The alien's claws slammed onto their heads, knocking them unconscious, and they were eventually burned to death in their sleep.

As Dixon stood up, his helmet emitted a piercing buzzing sound.

After he answered the call, the voice came through:
"Company commander, everyone in the entire Nest City is dead."

"Upon investigation, the manner of death was similar: all had white eyes and charred bodies..."

"Squad 61 has entered the lower nest, but so far, no aliens have been found."

“I understand,” Dixon said confidently. “They’re still here, in the bottom nest.”

After hanging up the communication, Dixon recalled the Black Emperor's oracle. He glanced at the corpses, raised his power gauntlets, and swore a punitive oath in Dunn's language:

"I hereby declare that I will punish the Timefire Xenomorphs of Nyx's Nest!"

The "judge's" voice rippled outwards with spirituality, raising specks of golden light.

The captain of the guard and two other guards dressed in prototype Saturn Terminator suits felt an indescribable authority emanating from "Judge" Dixon.

They instinctively bow down to authority.

A radiant light, like the first rays of dawn, suddenly rose and thickened in the surrounding area.

A few seconds later, the light suddenly converged onto Dixon's body.

The "judge" intuitively felt that his body had become one with some strange power.

That was his judgment, his declaration of punishment to the Fire of Time.

Three standard hours later, Dixon, with his honor guard, stepped into the Nest City's bottom nest.

Bang!

The gates opened, and Dixon led the "judges" out, their pace similar to that of the honor guard members dressed in Ironclad Terminator uniforms.

Inside the dome, dim lumens flickered, and scattered stalls reeked of decay, littered with charred corpses.

As the seasoned "police officers" marched, golden light shone in their eyes as they surveyed their new jurisdictions in different directions.

Judge Dixon suddenly raised his left arm and shouted in Dunn's language, "Whip!"

As the "Judge" swung his powered gauntlets, he concealed himself within the burning boiler room, waiting for the black-armored giant to approach. The Timefire aliens that launched the surprise attack were struck as if by an invisible soft whip.

The flames surrounding them crackled and flickered, emitting piercing screams, transforming into streaks of dazzling fire as they shot out.

Judge Dixon raised his right hand and shouted, "Supernatural flames are forbidden here!"

An invisible force spread, and amidst a series of crisp, explosive sounds, the flames swirling around the alien rose in streams of fire before dissipating.

The "judges" all twisted their bodies, and together with the company commander, raised their left arms and shouted in Dunn's language, "Exile!"

Unseen forces struck the Timefire Aliens, sending them flying.

Boom boom boom...

The ejected Timefire alien slammed into the dilapidated building, knocking over broken equipment...

The "judges" lunged forward, raising their right arms: "Imprisonment!"

A flowing, extremely viscous, transparent liquid formed out of thin air.

Large pieces of amber encased the rat-like body inside.

Layer upon layer of walls, overlapping and intersecting, imprisoned hordes of aliens.

Dixon gazed at the punished alien before him and commanded in a deep voice, "Load it into the transport ship and present it to Father." ...

929.M30.

Newx Nest City.

"Judge" Dixon leaned forward, swinging his arm as he clenched his fist.

Dixon proclaimed in Dunn's tongue: "Death!"

The "judge's" body merged with some strange power, dragging a blur as it crashed into the rat-like body.

The shimmering blue slammed into the fiery rat-shaped body with an irresistible and unavoidable force.

boom!
With a loud bang, the rat's head exploded into a pool of blood mist.

Amidst the rising blood mist, Dixon, who had ruled Nyx Nest City for a year, confirmed that he had punished the last Timefire Xenomorph within his jurisdiction.

Most of them, more than five thousand, were "imprisoned" and then offered to the Black Emperor.

The last one was someone he deliberately left behind to kill in order to fulfill the Black Emperor's decree.

He has completed the disciplinary ceremony.

Dixon removed his gauntlets, took out a golden potion, and drank it down.

As soon as the medicine entered his mouth, a golden light, like the first rays of dawn, rose from his throat.

The light tumbled and fell, crashing into the stomach.

The light of dawn enveloped his entire body and covered his mind.

The "judges" of the surrounding honor guard felt as if the company commander had been elevated in status.

It's not that they've become physically taller.

It was the imposing presence emanating from Dixon that made them feel that the company commander was even more imposing, as if he could control their lives with a wave of his hand.

They were overcome with inexplicable fear and couldn't help but bow their heads and kneel down.

Thump thump thump…

The guards knelt down one by one.

Dixon sensed that those around him wanted to listen to his every word and follow his every command.

He seemed to sit on a golden throne, looking down upon everyone.

As Dixon reveled in his own majesty, burning ashes suddenly shone into his eyes.

The Golden Throne... is nothing but an illusion...

I am my father's offspring, I am the Black Emperor's punitive fist!
The burning ashes rapidly consumed the illusory golden throne, reducing it to ashes.

Dixon gathered his scattered thoughts and began to meditate.

A moment later, the newly appointed "Punishment Knight" felt his body confined within the small armor.

The heavy Saturn-type Terminator prototype is much lighter than it was not long ago, just like when he was still the "Arbitrator" wearing the Mark II Expeditionary Power Armor.

"Punishment Knight" Dixon immediately realized that it wasn't that the armor had become lighter, but rather that his physique had become stronger after receiving the Black Emperor's blessing for the fifth time.

Every part of his body contains power.

Golden light flashed in his eyes, and his spirit became even purer.

Dixon moved cautiously, muttering to himself.

I need to find the armor master to forge a new suit of armor.

Fortunately, this armor is not just the Saturn-type Terminator; it has an embedded adaptive system.

Whoever obtains it will inherit nearly seventy years of combat experience from when I wore it, and possess a strong physique.
At the same time that Howard Finder, the Arbitrator Lord of the First Warband, along with Company Commander Dixon, Company Commander Yashin, and Company Commander Mihaly, were promoted to Sequence 5 "Punishing Knights" in Wolf, punishing the Timefire Aliens, countless rat-like bodies wreathed in flames sprang out from the shadows of Morley's Knox Nest.
