Chapter 53 Silver Dragon
Quinn opened her eyes and found herself lying on a very soft bench, covered with a blanket that had a pleasant citrus scent.

There were messy piles of ancient books, crystal balls, black stockings, and women's pajamas around. It was extremely messy. It was obvious that this was Amamiya Ningning's office.

Quinn sat up and looked around. The sky outside the window had turned dim, and a sense of foreboding spread in his heart.

My head was splitting with pain, and a trembling feeling of extreme fear still lingered in my heart. What on earth could that be?
I'm alive?

"Are you awake?"

Amemiya Ningning raised her head from behind her desk, a half-burned cigarette between her teeth.

There was a thin layer of smoke. It had only been a few days since she last came, but her desk was already piled high with books, most of which were homework submitted by students who had returned from vacation. Correcting them was quite a headache.

".What did you do to me?"

Quinn was extremely uneasy. Could it be that the divination of the groove had come true?

His expression couldn't help but become sad and angry, like a young wife who had lost her virginity for no apparent reason, feeling extremely resentful.

"What did you do?" Amamiya Ningning couldn't help laughing. "You slept for almost ten hours after you fainted. The opening ceremony was about to start, and I was worried you wouldn't be able to attend it in time."

Quinn subconsciously touched his clothes. The expensive arcanist robe was still on him, and Niu Niu did not show any signs of overwork.
He hurriedly called up the system and turned on the divination function, only to find that the divination was still there and had not been settled, which meant that it had not happened yet.

Quinn couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief.

Amemiya Ningning held the cigarette in her hand, shook the ashes into the ashtray, and took another light puff. The hazy smoke swirled around her, making it difficult for Quinn to see her eyes clearly.

She smokes with an elegant posture, like an artist pinning their hopes on a cigarette in search of inspiration, handling it with care. Only when she smokes does Amamiya Nene's strange childishness fade, leaving only the charm and laziness of an adult.

Quinn felt his whole body and found that there was nothing missing, and the pistol was still there.

"I didn't expect you to be afraid of heights." Amamiya Ningning said with a smile as she corrected homework, "You fainted just after we started flying. If you had told me you were so afraid of heights, I wouldn't have taken you flying. You could have walked back slowly."

"F-fear of heights?"

Quinn shook his head violently. "No, it was the dragon—it was the dragon that scared me unconscious!"

"Dragon?" Amamiya Nene stood in awe. "Who is the Dragon?"

"A dragon with wings!"

Amamiya Ningning picked up the pen, tore a piece of paper, and began to draw quickly -

"so?"

I have to say that byd's painting skills are pretty good.

"Not the membrane wings of a bat, but the wings with feathers," Quinn corrected. "And the eyes have vertical pupils, like a cat's, golden, not these completely black ones—"

Amemiya Ningning quickly changed it again.

"Why does this look like a Tyrannosaurus Rex with chicken wings?"

Quinn waved his hands in despair: "A dragon! A silver-white one! The kind that breathes fire, steals princesses, and flies in the sky!!"

Amamiya Ningning burst out laughing.

"why are you laughing?"

“I thought of something happy.”

It was difficult to hold back her laughter, and her shoulders twitched. "Dragons became extinct in the Second Age. The ones you're talking about are subdragons, just lizards with dragon blood. They can't be found in Grindelwald."

Quinn looked at her angrily: "Isn't that your familiar? His name is 'Wangcai'."

This woman must have done it on purpose, right?
What on earth did she do while I was unconscious?
"Prosperous wealth?"

Amemiya Ningning blinked, then bent down and picked up a sleepy puppy-like creature from under the table: "Are you talking about it?" This little thing looked furry, with fur mixed with silver and milky white, a pair of medium-sized wings, a big head and no neck at all, and looked like a Bichon Frise, but its eyes were as small as a slit, so cute.

Amamiya Ningning held it in her arms lovingly and stroked its head like a cat

"You're seeing things! How could Wangcai be a dragon? She's only this small."

Wangcai flapped his wings and flew slowly, flying over the frightened Quinn's head as if he was patrolling his territory, and made two "cackles".

The sound is not very pleasant, like a duck.

"No, no, no, no—it has to be this thing, right?" Quinn jumped up from the recliner in a panic. The shadow cast by the dragon was so deep that his voice was stuttering. "The fur color is the same!"

"Mr. Quinn."

Amamiya Ningning sighed, walked over to Quinn with a cup, and handed it to him: "Have a drink to calm your nerves. You must be too excited. You can't do this in front of students, okay?"

Quinn took the cup and swallowed it in one gulp.

Then, he looked at Amamiya Ningning stiffly:
".What did you give me to drink? Why am I feeling hot all over—"

"Hot water."

"Oh then it's okay."

The furry Wangcai landed next to Quinn. Because the ground was too messy, Quinn had no way to avoid it and could only watch stiffly as the little thing came towards him.

Its nose sniffed at Quinn's trouser leg, sniffed again, then it walked away, found a comfortable corner, lay down and dozed off again.

call.

Quinn just breathed a sigh of relief when the system suddenly lit up unexpectedly—

In the lost land of gray fog, the fortune teller found a sword and a dragon egg. The journey to explore the sky has no end. Perhaps only the ancient dragon that rules the sky can find the way home.

"Wangcai doesn't hate you?"

Amamiya Nene said in surprise, "How rare! She usually hates humans."

".You call this thing Wangcai?" Quinn's eyes twitched.

He was 100% sure that the dragon that scared him unconscious on the platform was Wangcai.

Damn Amamiya Ningning, still pretending!

"Yes, this is the name my father gave me. He loves to say auspicious words."

Amamiya Nene hummed twice and said, "It sounds nice, doesn't it? It's catchy and auspicious."

Quinn raised his thumb and named a dragon Wangcai, your dad is this.

Suddenly, the loud sound of a bell spread throughout the entire campus.

Jacob's voice rang out from every speaker: "Hello, hello, hello? Ahem, the opening ceremony will be held in half an hour. All teachers and students, please go to the main castle auditorium and take your seats. Bringing in familiars and other dangerous items is strictly prohibited."
