Chapter 521 Puppet Show

Zarathustra retreated rapidly, tearing a glowing crystal from the air with each step and then quickly enclosing it.

Those are all historical projections of His extraordinary nature.

With each additional attribute it acquired, Zarathustra's power increased, and it quickly recovered from its initial empty position to its peak.

This is something He would only dare to do within His own little divine realm; otherwise, He would most likely lose control.

Klein imitated Zarathustra, and from the pile of toys above his head, one of the dolls reached out and into the air, as if to hold something up.

It tried several times but failed.

Zarathustra immediately became alert, and a tentacle emerged from the vortex and waved in the air.

He transplanted the scene where the historical fog had just been completely devoured into the present, causing the historical fog here to disappear as well.

Although He didn't know what Klein was trying to pull out, the fact that a powerful being who had entered the form of a mythical creature, was ranked at the first rank, and even possessed the aura of the Source Castle had tried so many times without success meant that it was likely a level zero sealed artifact, and might even involve uniqueness.

Although they cannot directly extract a unique historical projection, it is not difficult for them to exploit loopholes, such as extracting the divine vessel of the true god.

Banning diviners from historical mysteries was a huge blow, a point Zarathustra himself knew all too well.

Moreover, Klein didn't bring any secret puppets, while Zarathustra had plenty of them inside the castle.

This undoubtedly maximizes His advantages.

However, what Zarathustra didn't know was that Klein skipped Sequence 3 and came directly to Sequence 2 through the Mask of Pleasure; he didn't have any extraordinary abilities related to historical projections.

[To fool or deceive].

This is a subtle symbol of fooling revealed by the fusion of the Fool card and the spirit of the Source Castle!

This can't directly lower Zarathustra's IQ, but it can weaken Zarathustra's spiritual intuition, causing Him to make incorrect judgments.

Just like now.

He merely refrained from further intensifying his actions.

Klein and Zarathustra spoke at the same time once again:
"I hope to increase my dominance here."

"I hope that external forces will weaken here."

The next second, Zarathustra, the "Mysterious Servant," and Klein, the "Pseudo-Miracle Master," both had their wishes fulfilled. Klein immediately felt that all his items and amplifications had been weakened.

This includes, but is not limited to, props, imprints, light cones, and even the blessing of the Source Castle.

Klein's rank dropped from Sequence One to Sequence Two in an instant.

Numerous puppets from within the castle also flocked to this side; some were giants, some were elves, some were vampires, some were humans, and some were mutated monsters.

These puppets immediately surrounded Klein, confronting the Candy Knights that had appeared around him.

However, most of Zarathustra's Mickeys have their own unique characteristics, but Klein's Candy Knight does not.

However, Klein did not sit idly by. Metallic hands instantly appeared above the heads of the Candy Knights, sending down threads that connected with them.

Instantly, doll-like patterns appeared on the knights' bodies, exuding a slightly domineering aura.

He used the power of the Herrscher of Domination to control his Candy Knight.

The next moment, the Candy Knights all recalled the Key of God.

Zarathustra's gaze flickered slightly as he watched the Candy Knight pull out equipment that wasn't originally there. He glanced thoughtfully at Klein's mythical creature form.

“I never imagined that the master of Source Castle would actually side with the Outer Gods.” Zaratu’s voice echoed repeatedly within the ancient castle.

Klein ignored him, turning the head in his hand so that one side faced Zaratu, allowing Zaratu's figure to be seen.

Zarathustra immediately felt as if his soul was being pulled, as if it were being sucked into those eyes.

Snapped.

Zarathustra swapped places with a close pair.

That was a wronged spirit.

The vengeful spirit vanished from its spot, drawn by Klein's pull, and reappeared in Klein's sight.

The teleportation step was skipped, and the possession by the vengeful spirit was accomplished with ease.

Klein stood frozen in place, his hands tightening as if he wanted to crush Klein's head.

At the same time, the secret puppets launched a fierce and relentless attack.

The vampire's "Abyssal Shackles," the giant's "Light Storm," the elves' "Wind Binding" and "Lightning Arrow," the human's "Mental Pierce" and "Summoning Holy Light," and various other extraordinary abilities enveloped the target one after another. Some controlled, some weakened, some attacked, and some purified, all working together in perfect harmony. Klein only had time to dodge some of them before being completely "overwhelmed" by the combo.

As if taking a stroll, Klein leisurely walked out of the attack range, tearing through space to appear behind Zarathustra's main body.

"Hahaha."

Loud laughter erupted from the pile of toys, and a balloon floated out of the vortex of tentacles—it was Zarathustra's head.

Zarathustra immediately had several marionettes open their arms, summoning beams of pure light, each wreathed in flames.

The curse that had been wrapped around His head quickly dissipated.

The balloon burst, but it did not harm Him.

At this moment, the vengeful spirit that had possessed Klein broke free from Klein's body, and doll-like patterns appeared on its body. It completed its "reset" by using the subtle connection between itself and Zaratu, and appeared above Zaratu's head. It then fell downwards and into the vortex of tentacles.

Klein did not attempt to seize the secret puppet; he simply "dominated" it.

Hundreds upon hundreds of thick, silvery-white lightning bolts fell from nowhere, striking Klein. Klein's body, however, became translucent, allowing the lightning to pass right through him.

Taking advantage of the opening, one of Zarathustra's druid puppets snapped its fingers.

The ground beneath Klein's feet softened instantly, turning into a "swamp" that sent his body hurtling into the sea, causing him to sink rapidly.

"captivity."

"bribe."

Two curly-haired baboons, each wearing a crown of thorns, simultaneously gave Klein a loose handshake.

The space around Klein froze, and the cage was twisted into a bribe, a weakening force against Klein.

"Praise the sun!"

The swamp solidified again, and half of Klein's body was stuck underground. A pure sun rose above Klein's head.

The back-and-forth between the two was like a puppet show.
