Mystery: When the Fool Meets the Masked Fool

Chapter 341 Otto is wonderful, he made my Eden Star spin.
Audrey felt a sense of blurriness.

This is a sign that I am about to leave.

She looked at the beautiful woman opposite her and didn't know what to say for a moment. She just said somewhat dryly, "I may have to leave."

"Mm." The beautiful lady didn't try to stop her, and nodded with a smile.

At that moment, the light cone appeared and fell into Audrey's hand, its back facing up, with the light cone's name and description written on it.

"Dying without knowing the cause, living without knowing the reason."

[A five-star pure light cone.]
[introduce:]
[And so the war ended.]
[If she hadn't seen and experienced it with her own eyes, the girl would never have believed that the war was over.]
[As the deep night swallowed the orange-red twilight and then faded away, the "Silver Knight" before her seemed to have suffered a heavy psychological blow. Even though he had recovered, he did not attack the enemy again and retreated somewhat disheveled and bewildered.]
[Back in the city, she saw the numb crowds. For some reason, a sentence suddenly flashed through the girl's mind:]
"They die without knowing why, and live without knowing why."
Audrey looked up at the beautiful woman opposite her and saw that she was also looking at the cone of light, with a hint of surprise in her eyes.

Audrey looked down at the light cone again, and with a flick of her finger, turned it over to face up.

It was a young girl standing on a street that looked like ruins, facing the numb crowd, her left hand slightly clenched, her right hand gently touching her left chest, her eyes filled with complex emotions.

The girl had blonde hair and blue eyes, and was very beautiful.

It was Audrey herself.

Audrey couldn't help but widen her eyes and raise her head, wanting to look at the beautiful girl in front of her.

But the next second, everything around her blurred, and Audrey left the simulated universe.

Where she had been standing, the beautiful girl watched Audrey suddenly blur and disappear, and reached out to touch her face.

The golden mask called "Lies" was removed, and the beautiful woman's face immediately changed.

She became exactly like Audrey.

She lowered her head slightly and murmured: "A fool who does not belong to this era, the mysterious ruler of the gray mist, the king of yellow and black who holds good fortune."

“I had a magical experience today. I think I saw myself. No, I should say another ‘Audrey Hall’ from the past, who was very similar to me but had slightly different experiences.”

After a few seconds, she heard Mr. Fool's response.

"I see."

…………

On the other side, aboard the Karen Fantasy.

Compared to Audrey's sleepless nights due to her "Order Good" alignment, Otto, who was "Chaotic Neutral," clearly didn't take this matter to heart.

He ate with gusto as usual, completely unconcerned. After finishing organizing today's documents in the study, he planned to return to his room and log into the simulated universe to rack up points.

After tidying up the documents and leaving the study, Otto met John, a crew member, in the hallway.

"It's so late, aren't you going to rest?" Otto asked gently.

John scratched his head: "I can't sleep."

"I see." Otto nodded.

"By the way, Captain, what do you plan to do after the uprising is over?" John asked curiously.

"You're just setting up a flag for yourself," Otto teased with a laugh.

“However,” Otto thought about the problem for a moment, “I’d probably see if I could go back to my hometown. I’d like to go home and see my granddaughter.”

"The captain has a granddaughter!" John was surprised.

"I look young," Otto explained with a smile.

…………

Half an hour later, Otto logged into the simulated universe.

As his vision cleared, Otto began to observe his surroundings.

Beige floor, red long sofa, and a huge chandelier overhead.

Through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, you can see the starry sky outside.

Based on the shape and layout of the long, narrow "room," Otto guessed that it might be a train carriage.

He was about to look around again when he suddenly felt something pressing against his back. "Put your hands behind your back and answer my questions in short sentences," a deep, rock-like male voice sounded from behind Otto. "Otherwise, be prepared to be torn apart by gravity."

"Hmm? Okay." Otto gave a soft "hmm" and obediently put his hands behind his back.

“My friend, I mean you no harm.” Otto said without turning around, his tone tinged with a smile.

The deep male voice paused for a few seconds before continuing, "You shouldn't be... Void Treasury, right?"

"Oh?" Otto seemed quite interested in the question. "Looks like an old friend. Your voice... is that Siegfried?"

Suddenly, a gravitational pull came from behind, and Otto gracefully and swiftly turned around, his toes barely touching the ground as he instantly created distance.

“It’s Walter. Your voice has changed a lot.” Otto’s tone remained relaxed.

Walter Young, who was holding a cane and wearing glasses, listened to Otto's tone and words, put his cane on the ground, and raised his hand to adjust his glasses.

"It seems you really are the Otto I know." His tone was calm, revealing no emotion.

"Since that's the case, how can I not do my best to be a good host?"

As soon as he finished speaking, Walter gently pushed his cane forward, and a tremendous gravitational force was generated from Otto's body.

Eden Star - Zero Rated Power Liberation.

In an instant, a "pseudo-black hole" formed on Otto's body.

Otto is wonderful; he makes my Eden Star spin.

"To be or not to be, you have no choice!"

"Die, Otto!"

The immense gravitational force was suppressed and constrained before it could spread.

Otto raised his hand and put on the mask.

"Oh, dear Walter. Do you still hate me like this? It's been so long."

"Let me see, have you also mastered that energy called 'Destiny'?" Otto sensed it.

"If that's the case, judging from your appearance, quite some time has passed, hasn't it? So, what kind of hatred could last this long?"

“You should know very well that I am not bloodthirsty. I only killed your father because I had no other choice, and there was a reason for that.”

"But you've held a grudge against me all this time."

Otto spread his hands.

"Why bother?"

“You may not have a father, but you still have me.”

“I can completely replace him and become your guide in life, can’t I?”

But Walter was not angry; his glasses reflected a strange white light.

“If an uninvited person boards the train without permission, I, as an anonymous passenger, have the right to ask you to disembark. Do you know what that means?”

“What does that mean…?” Otto countered.

The next second, Otto suddenly felt the surrounding environment distort for a moment. He was detached from that carriage and appeared not far from the train, in the vacuum of space.

This did not kill him; he immediately completed his Herrscher transformation, ensuring he would not die in the vacuum.

"It's like a child throwing a tantrum," Otto chuckled, but Walter couldn't hear him because sound can't travel through a vacuum.

But Walter clearly guessed what he would do, and immediately went to the train conductor Pam after moving Otto away.

Pointing to Otto floating outside the window, Walter's tone was unusually excited.

"Pam, turn the car around and ram it."
