American Scandal King

Chapter 131: Forever in History

Chapter 131: Forever in History (Part )

In the cockpit, Shawna was still familiarizing herself with the dashboard, while Ian sat in the passenger seat, learning with Shawna and cooperating when necessary.

Both of them are very smart and quickly figured out the general situation. The rest depends on their actions.

Don't expect to be able to adapt to the situation on your own. Everything has to be done step by step according to what the tower says, and then you have to pray for God's help.

There was constant news coming from the tower.

Three airliners had already crashed, the third hitting a corner of the Pentagon.

Flight 77 was the fourth and final one.

Now everyone knows that this flight has also had an accident, and countless people's eyes are focused here.

The phone rings.

It was James Pelley.

His tone was solemn and serious: "Are you on the plane?"

"Yeah." Ian smiled. "It's okay. The bandits have been dealt with. Now we just need to worry about landing. Our beautiful new captain is getting used to this big guy."

James Pelley took a long breath. "I don't know what to say."

Ian said: "Then there's no need to say anything, just prepare for the live broadcast."

This time it will not be a recorded broadcast, but a live broadcast.

As for Leso, he did not broadcast live, but sent the video directly to the email after completing the shooting.

"What did you say?" James Perry was stunned.

Ian laughed and said, "I once said that even if I fell from a height, I would still face the microphone with a smile. Now it's time for me to fulfill my promise."

James Pedley took a long breath.

After a while, he said, "Ian Carr, I admire you! I'll arrange for the signal to be connected right away."

Ian smiled and stood up, then asked Shawna, "How long will the fuel last?"

Shawna replied, "Four hours."

Ian nodded: "We still have time, how about accepting my interview?"

The tower shouted, "Don't waste time, Ian Carr! She must use all her time and energy to learn how to control the plane!"

Ian said contemptuously, "It doesn't matter these few minutes. Personally, I think mentality is more important than technique. Don't make her nervous, okay?"

The tower quickly fell silent.

After a while, the other side said: "You are right."

At this time, the signal has been connected to CBS.

CBS and WND News Network all began live broadcasts, with the hosts sitting in front of the cameras and saying:

"Now, breaking news. Just thirty minutes ago, three planes crashed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, hijacking a total of four passenger planes. Fortunately, the crew and passengers of Flight 77 received the news in time and intervened to stop the hijackers. However, since the pilot was killed, the plane is currently unmanned and is being piloted by a flight attendant."

"Our special correspondent Ian Carr is on board the plane right now and will be sending us a live report from the front."

As the host cut the connection, Ian Carr and Shauna appeared in the camera.

Ian cleared his throat and said with a smile, "Ms. Shawna, I'm Ian Carr, a special correspondent for CBS. I'm going to interview you now. This may be the last interview of our lives. Do you have anything to say?" Shawna was carefully reading the flight manual while also checking the instrument panel and the joystick. She said casually, "You're a hero, Mr. Carr."

Ian smiled and said, "I was asking about your mood."

Shawna responded, "That's what I thought."

She put down the flight manual and turned to look at the camera. "When the robbers attacked, it was Mr. Carl who took the initiative to stop them. He was also the one who led us into the cockpit. He dealt with all five robbers. Otherwise, we might have crashed into the White House by now."

She paused and continued, "But none of this matters anymore. What really makes me think he's a hero is his courage. Even in this situation, he didn't panic at all. He was the one who told us what to do and asked everyone to calm down. Photographer, please focus your camera on the cabin!"

The photographer turned to the cabin, where most of the passengers were sitting with pale faces, and a doctor was bandaging the wounds of the previously injured passengers...

Then the camera turned back to Shawna, who said, "Did you see that? Everyone is sitting quietly. As an experienced flight attendant, I want to tell you that this is not easy. The most frightening thing on a plane is panic and chaos, and after what just happened, everyone is terrified. It was Mr. Carl who gave us courage. His extraordinary courage infected all of us, allowing us to have the courage to stand up to the criminals, allowing us to remain calm even in the most desperate moments of our lives, and allowing us to still have light in the darkness."

Then she looked at Ian: "Mr. Carl, you should interview the passengers in the cabin and ask them to leave messages for their families."

Ian smiled. "I will. That's good advice. What about you? Don't you want to say something?"

Xiaona shook her head slightly: "I don't have much to say. I just want to get familiar with flying the plane as soon as possible."

Ian asked, "Then I'll ask you one last question. If we manage to survive, what will you do?"

Xiaona thought about it seriously and said, "I want to make love with you."

Ian: “???”

Xiaona nodded seriously: "You are my hero. Sleeping with you is my biggest dream now. Can you promise me?"

So Ian Carr laughed too.

He looked at the camera and said, "I accept your invitation!"

Countless people were watching the interview in front of their TVs and computers.

At this moment their hearts were in pain.

Faced with this life-and-death moment, all the audience were nervous and afraid for them, but the parties involved showed great composure in the face of danger.

This may be the great courage that people burst out in the moments of life and death.

Ian didn't ask any more questions, but said to the photographer: "What's your name?"

"Daniel," the photographer replied.

Ian said, "Show your face and leave a message for your family. People will remember you too."

Daniel faced the camera, thought for a moment, and tried to calm down before saying, "Sandy, baby, I'm sorry for how I treated you yesterday. I know I've neglected you, this family, and our children over the years... but I'm really working hard. I'm doing my best to make our family better, but unfortunately, I may not be able to do it."

Tears fell from the corners of his eyes and also appeared in Xiaona's eyes.

Daniel said softly, "But I'm glad to have met Mr. Carl. Although we may be flying to heaven, at least our death is no longer meaningless. We defeated those terrorists and avoided a greater disaster..."

"History will remember us, and this moment will be recorded in history forever!"

His voice was a little choked up as he said this, and he lowered his head and said, "That's all I have to say. Give others a chance to leave a message."

So Sean and Daniel walked out of the cockpit.

They came to the cabin and began to interview the passengers one by one, comforting their hearts and asking them to leave messages for their families in front of the camera.
