When the mad gods first broke out of prison, the Third Holy Mother was defeated because of Aurelia's premature birth. They must have been gone for a very, very long time, not returning until the High Gods created Heaven.

During this period, the goddess Heracles and the other 'forbidden wizards,' also known as the 'ancient sages,' remained in the human world causing trouble.

The true forbidden wizards who waged war against the gods, tore the world apart, drove out the gods, and even once stormed into the heavens were trained by Heracles and his group of mad gods.

Heracles and other so-called great wizards and sages fought their way to heaven.

When they finally reached the Supreme God, the Supreme God and the other gods tried every means to make Heracles and the other so-called 'great sages' remember who they really were.

And so, the war ended.

When the Third Holy Mother returned, Heracles and the others already knew their true identities, so they did not follow her.

Heraca, because she highly valued her status as a 'Forbidden Grand Scholar'—or rather, because she was the most seriously ill—continued to secretly support wizards and even left behind the 'Path of Truth'.

Roland asked, "So, those main gods who didn't show up today were all 'Great Sages' from back then?"

“No,” Olivia said, “those present are…” Roland: “.”

They have long forgotten everything that once was.

They've even forgotten magic.

We will too.

Then, everything will have to start all over again.

Therefore, Diana, the path given by the gods is merely a new cycle.

Stepping into it is merely stepping into a new vicious cycle; this path cannot lead us to a true future.
