Durin's Diary

Chapter 897 Devouring Zhu Hai

Chapter 897 Devouring Zhu Hai

In Dulin's mind, there are roughly three places where young people can have fun.

First of all, this place needs to have plenty of drinks, regardless of whether the kids who come are adults or not.

And there's plenty of food to eat here, since the little ones are at the age where they can eat the most.

Finally, this place is all about having fun, don't worry about whether it's against the rules, because that's just how young people are.

So when Dulin walked along the road with this little girl, he was ready to fight as soon as he got into position—if he found out that these kids were also inhaling something like the Smiling Mushroom, Dulin was prepared to give them a good beating.

Don't say it's nosy. Dulin thinks that whether it's his past life, this life, or even the possible next life, there are only two kinds of people he hates the most: human traffickers and drug dealers.

If these kids actually play with this stuff, Dulin will break their legs, then drag out the guy who sells it to them and smash his bones one by one with a stick.

The young girl stopped the car and led Du Lin into the alley.

To be honest, the alleyways with their red bricks and bluestone slabs gave Dulin a sense of history, allowing him to relive the shock he felt when he first stepped out of his small building and saw the muddy road in Lublin.

Leaving behind the steel jungle of the previous life, we confront the past, which is truly situated within the historical trajectory.

Dulin even saw the calico cat on the wall; the big cat was sitting there, sizing up Dulin and his group as they approached.

Xiangshu seemed to recognize it, and even meowed twice.

So the calico cat meowed and jumped into her arms. Because she was small, the sight of a little girl holding a big cat made Melinda smile.

Lina asked curiously, "She has the talent of a druid."

“I am a nature-based celestial master. This cat belongs to the Qian family. This entire neighborhood is her territory.” After saying this, Xiang Shu put the large cat down from her arms. The calico cat meowed and then walked to the front.

She leaped over the puddle, dodged the big yellow dog staring at her from under the bicycle, and finally arrived in front of a large red door.

Xiangshu walked to the door and knocked on it.

A short while later, someone responded and came over. Then, under the watchful eyes of Dulin and his group, a young man wearing a sweater opened the door.

He looked down and saw Du Lin and his group, including Xiang Shu.

Two seconds later, he let out a sharp scream: "Xiang Shu is here!"

Immediately, a cacophony of shouts and screams erupted from inside.

Xiangshu turned her head and said, "See? I told you this place would be fun." Then she walked inside.

Dulin pointed, freezing the young man who wanted to stop Xiang Shu. He smiled as he walked past him—this young man actually had some magic resistance. Fortunately, Dulin's magic penetration was strong, so he didn't embarrass himself.

Melinda, who was walking by, held the gun to the nose of the old black dog that had pounced on her with her left hand, and slapped it across the face with her right.

The dog was covered in sweat and kept wagging its tail—it seemed to be somewhat intelligent, knowing that the rabbit girl in front of it and the 12-gauge triple-barreled shotgun in her hand were the best way to deal with all kinds of vicious dogs.

Xiang Shu kicked the door down, saying, "What, you don't welcome me?" She looked at the chaotic hall from the doorway.

"What are you doing running around like that, you little girl!" someone yelled as they gathered up the magazines on the table.

"I'm going to tell your great-grandfather!" someone angrily threw the magazine under the table.

Although he hid those magazines quickly, Dulin's excellent dynamic vision, inherited from Zhulong, still allowed him to see the naked girls in them.

Du Lin blushed – Damn it, it seems I misunderstood these young people. Isn't it only natural for them to read a magazine and comment on Lei Da and Lei Xiao?

And honestly, I realize I've been overthinking it. Come to think of it, movies these days aren't very good, and there's little internet or computers. Young people's biggest form of entertainment isn't playing battle royale games, but reading magazines to relieve the stress of life and work. Besides, this isn't the Western Continent; there are no great directors like Du Lin, and certainly no other directors who make art films like "Just Do It"—all sorts of bizarre and wonderful films.

Look how suppressed the young people are.

Also, Xiang Shu is such a bad girl; she's really bullying people.

Just as Du Lin was sighing like this, he suddenly heard Xiang Shu laughing: "Go ahead and tell him that my great-grandfather asked me to accompany Mr. Du Lin today. I just brought him to see you idiots."

This statement is somewhat interesting, but it also seems to attract hatred.

Dulin raised his eyebrows and smiled at the stunned young man on the field, nodding: "I am Dulin Ersh, from the Western Continent."

"Blackie! Bite him!" a young man shouted, pointing at Dulin.

Dulin turned his head and waved to the black dog that was following Melinda around, barely daring to breathe.

The latter immediately wagged its tail and came over.

Dulin pointed at the young man: "Your name is Blackie, right?"

The dog nodded very intuitively.

“You know what’s going on, right? He’s your master. If you want to save him, bite his leg, understand?” Dulin said with a smile.

Without saying a word, Blackie jumped over the sofa and bit the young man's leg, who screamed.

Dulin smiled, then watched the young man rushing forward with a folding chair. The young man was frozen in front of Dulin, and the folding chair in his hand was smashed to pieces by Lina's palm. Then Dulin's little dragon took out a full steel baseball bat from her space and smashed his knee with it.

"Don't be afraid. Today's injuries are preventable and controllable. I'm not a bloodthirsty person. I just want you to understand one thing: I don't like killing, but I don't hate killing either. If you think that your fathers' legacy allows you to attack me without paying any price, then you are very wrong."

At this point, Dulin gestured with his small hand.

All the magazines flew out, landed in the yard, and then spontaneously combusted without a fire.

You might not even cry if your father died in front of you, but burning all the magazines you've collected over so long will be a foolish act you'll remember for the rest of your lives.

Thinking of this, Dulin sat down on the sofa and waved to Xiang Shu.

The little girl pouted and walked up to Dulin: "Sir."

“I don’t mind using me as a gun, after all, you’re just a kid. I just want to know why.” Dulin asked, while gesturing for Melinda to drag the black dog away—this puppy was really sensible, it really put in its best effort when it heard Dulin say that, in case it really bit its little master and caused him any serious injury, it would be the dog’s fault.

Melinda walked over and nudged Blackie's hind leg, and it turned its head to look at Dulin.

“That’s enough,” Dulin said.

Blackie retreated to a corner as if granted a pardon.

"Now can you tell me why?" Dulin asked with a smile.

“They know a guy who’s pursuing me, but I don’t like him,” Xiang Shu replied decisively.

"So you're taking advantage of this opportunity to get rid of him, right?" Dulin's smile faded. "You want him dead."

Dulin was waiting for an answer. If the answer wasn't good enough, she might escape death today, but she wouldn't escape punishment.

My knife is too fast; you can't handle it.
