Chapter 324 Peturabo: Bucha!
Chapter 324 Peturabo: Bucha!
While Dawnwing and Iron Warriors were locked in fierce battles across various star sectors, our Chaos Warlord was also keeping busy.
In the recent conflict between the Black Legion and the Ark of Usvi, Abaddon, the invincible and highly strategic Chaos Warmaster, devised the most ambitious battle plan.
The main force of the Black Legion moved out through the network tunnels to hold back the Eldar war council, while he himself led the Gastrins to decapitate the enemy command post.
"This fighting style has been used for ten thousand years, can't we come up with some new moves?"
Upon seeing this, Ramses' expression became indescribable.
A turn of advantage can secure victory; a turn of disadvantage can turn the tide; and a turn of equilibrium can seize the opportunity to win.
Everything can be switched or jumped to another side, that's true.
"The Internet is like the backyard of evil gods; demons can enter whenever they want."
Arthur, on the other hand, was more concerned about the Eldar's disastrous performance in this war.
If even the network exit of one's own Ark can be invaded by Chaos, the current security of the network is questionable.
"Now it's even less meaningful for Astartes to rebel in order to avoid following the same path as the Thunder Warriors."
Ramses's sharp tongue strikes again.
"I think even if the Web Path Project succeeds, it will be a long time before Astartes and Primarchs retire. The monsters and demons in the Web Path alone will keep them fighting for another ten thousand years."
"I wonder what the emperor is doing with his mouth."
He always played music out loud.
The guards around them forced themselves to think about the saddest thing in their lives.
Even Uslan, who was far away, keenly caught this sound and immediately found the formless and shapeless Lord exceptionally adorable.
That's for sure. As an old friend of the emperor, he knows the emperor's character all too well.
Everyone says the Eldar are riddle-makers, and this Emperor is even more of a heavyweight. I seriously suspect that when they went to the Comoros, they surpassed their predecessors.
Uslan surveyed his surroundings.
As an old man who had been dealing with humans for 20,000 years, and who was able to establish a connection with a god-like figure like an emperor, he had gone very far in the art of reading people's expressions and moods.
Compared to the past when they were distracted by the heavy responsibilities they were given and fell into a state of internal strife, these soldiers who now truly understand what they are doing are much more focused than he had seen in the past.
Ramses's sharp and straightforward manner put Uslan at ease, and he was secretly pleased that a normal person had finally arrived. He began to wait silently for the Primarchs to finish analyzing the report.
It's unclear whether Abaddon had some strange curse on the idea of 'leading Gastrin Terminators in a raid to decapitate people'.
During the attack, these Chaos Astartes, who rarely dealt with the Eldar, clearly underestimated the power of the Eldar prophets.
Why is the Council of Prophets usually able to ride roughshod over the Council of War in an Ark world? And why is it that even a member of the Council of Prophets can interfere with the Phoenix Lord's decisions?
Excluding those empty and nonsensical prophecies, there's only one reason.
Purely capable of hitting.
These prophets are not the ordinary psychics of the Empire who are slaughtered like chickens by the Astartes when they get close. Compared to the average Astartes strategist, these Eldar prophets not only possess far greater psychic power, but also exhibit an overwhelming gap in physical abilities.
As a result, the main force of the Black Legion not only failed to completely stop Uthvi's war council, but also allowed some Eldar tribe warriors to flood into the Prophet's Council, creating a pincer movement.
In the end, all the Gastrin Terminators who participated in the raid were killed, leaving only Abaddon and a flag bearer who held out until the end to carry out the decapitation operation.
He located Uslan immediately and then charged towards him.
As one of the Four Gods, you can question Abaddon's intelligence, but you cannot question his health and combat prowess, which have been blessed by the Four Gods.
After instantly killing two Eldar prophets with Horus's Claw, the Chaos Warmaster roared and pounced on the old prophet.
The invincible warlord has fallen once again. The reason is that Abaddon was betrayed by his own weapon, the demon sword Draconion.
Draconion, a demon born from the first murder in the long history of mankind, exists independently of the Four Gods system. It has corresponding names in different races and cultures, and its name is still sung even in the realm of the Warp and in the howls of demons.
Unlike those demons who boast but run away faster than anyone else when they actually see the Emperor's golden flames, wishing they had thirteen more legs, this guy, born from the Emperor's family conflicts, has an almost unreasonable attack on humans, and has actually caused huge damage to the Emperor's physical body in the real universe.
Does this mean that emperors were indeed poets?
A question flashed through Ramses' mind, but he continued analyzing the case.
It is precisely because of the unique nature of Draconion that the human mind cannot understand it as words; Draconion is a concept.
Even after Abaddon obtained the demonic sword that the Emperor had sealed within the body of a member of the Imperial Guard and exiled to the depths of the Web, he could not comprehend this demon.
But Erdral Uslan understood.
According to the prophecy, he and the Council of Prophets would ultimately fall at the hands of the Chaos Warmaster, and their souls would eventually be devoured by Draconion.
So he decided to play along.
He controlled the connection between Draconian and Abaddon.
As Abaddon's body was pulled forward by the thirsty Draknion, the armor blessed by the evil god was pierced, and his throat was pierced by the tip of the Osama scepter held by Uslan. Hot blood dripped onto the old prophet's face, and the trajectory of fate began to change.
The old prophet, having once again successfully changed his fate, looked directly into Abaddon's eyes, hoping to glimpse the more distant future and, to some extent, confirm whether his actions and decisions were correct.
Then he saw the fury raging like a wild beast in the heart of the Great Raider, a fury that was about to become unbearable. In that terrible future, the Chaos Warmaster's dark expedition would begin again, and it would be even bloodier and more insane.
Their wrath upon the Empire will spill over into the Eldar, bringing unprecedented disaster to this ancient and dying race.
So the old prophet wanted to take this opportunity to kill the threatening Chaos Warmaster once and for all.
This premeditated attack, launched by the Chaos faction through psychic prophecy, was used by him.
However, just as the old prophet was about to kill Abaddon by waving the scepter of Osama, the air around him suddenly became unusually heavy, accompanied by a stench of nothingness.
Then Abaddon vanished, leaving behind a pile of Gastrin Terminators and Black Legion members' corpses.
His only ally, who wasn't paying attention to the real universe, promptly took away their chosen ones.
All I can say is that chaos is a game you can never afford to play.
At that time, Uslan realized that he could only change the temporary disaster, not the final destruction, so he decisively chose to cooperate with the Wings of Dawn.
Uslan's goal was simple.
I give spells, I give people, and then I need the help of the 'Primarch'.
This spell can force a connection between a subspace object and its owner that is bound to a certain individual, through the subspace level.
Whether you continue to construct other spells to curse them, or weaken their combat status to gain an advantage in one-on-one combat, you can do it all.
Furthermore, with the help of the Eldar, Dawnwing found the planet where Fulgrim stole Perturabo's power and thus ascended to demonic status. Given the power of the Formless and Aspectless Lord, he could likely accomplish many unexpected things.
The goal is to use the characteristics of these four Primarchs to kill the Chaos Primarch, or at least make them bleed profusely if they cannot be killed!
Uslan believed that this was also the goal that humanity wanted to achieve.
The Primarch and his legions represent the most powerful force of Chaos influencing reality. If the Primarch encounters problems, the fragmented Warband will fall apart.
A ten-thousand-strong Astartes Legion could destroy an Eldar Ark world, but a ten-thousand-strong Astartes Chaos Legion could not.
Having learned from the example of the evil god, Uslan certainly didn't expect to be able to easily kill those ascended primal beings under the command of the four gods.
But isn't there still a state of chaos and undifferentiated existence?
