The Tathagata Buddha chuckled and said, "You two haven't read the Mahavairocana Sutra, the Vajra Peak Sutra, and the Susiddhi Sutra?"

Kasyapa and Ananda looked at each other, then lowered their heads in shame.

The Tathagata Buddha smiled again and said, "In any case, the Tantric school has this qualification. If I pass away in the future, the Tantric school will become one of the most important sects in our Buddhist community, shouldering the heavy responsibility of the vast Dharma."

Guanyin Bodhisattva asked solemnly, "Buddha, why are you here?"

The Tathagata Buddha said calmly: "This is fate, what can we do?"

Guanyin hesitated for a moment, then added, "But didn't the Buddha say that everything has a glimmer of hope?"

The Tathagata Buddha smiled and said, "There is a change now, but whether it is a ray of hope is still hard to say."

Guanyin, Manjusri, Samantabhadra and others fell into silence.

Of course they knew who the Buddha was talking about.

Yes, the person of destiny in this generation is the biggest variable, but just like Sun Wukong back then, he has no heart towards Buddhism.

The Tathagata Buddha seemed to have been prepared for this. He smiled and nodded, "Yes, yes. Kasyapa and Ananda, you two go to the Kaibao Pavilion and ask him to fetch the scriptures."

Kasyapa and Ananda looked at each other, and both felt nervous.

After all, what the two of them heard most recently was how cruel the Man of Destiny was.

But the Buddha's decree had already been issued, and they dared not disobey, so they could only go ahead to lead the way.

Sun Wukong looked around the hall again, but he didn't know how many of these monks could survive to the end?
