Chapter 508: Tariq Torgadoon (Request for Subscription)

On the battlefield, an enchanted warrior who was at least five meters tall and wearing armor covered with brass spikes and horns was riding on the back of an even larger furnace demon engine.

The four-legged monster beneath him was charging forward like a rhinoceros that had been magnified countless times, with sharp metal barbs snaking out from all over its limbs and arcs of flame flashing inside its thick iron-grey armor.

There are six-barreled Demon Vulcan Cannons of huge caliber on both sides of the body. This weapon that can unleash huge amounts of firepower is the signature product of the Lord of the Furnace. Even the demons of the Blood God will not refuse such an efficient killing weapon.

However, such a powerful demon engine is just a mount for the enchanted warrior behind it. In his hand, he wields a giant warhammer that is big enough for the primarch to use, and he can turn iron men into molten scrap iron with his will.

This strange combination showed amazing lethality. Even though the Node Iron Man had mobilized a considerable number of War Iron Men to encircle and suppress the enemy, he was still unable to stop his charge.

His speed far exceeded the illusion created by his bloated body. In fact, when he was speeding on the Hammer Demon Engine, one could only see a blurry afterimage and the shaking ground.

The heavy hammer demons under him continuously released deadly firepower. Those powerful shells tore through the bodies of the iron men blocking their way, and even their storm shields were crushed under their iron hooves.

This strange enchanted warrior is seeking out and hunting Space Marines. He has no interest in Iron Men, but is obsessed with hammering Astartes into pulp with his sledgehammer.

"Abomination!"

Costwain watched helplessly as the enchanted warrior smashed a Dark Angel veteran into the air. His heavy Star-type power armor flew backwards dozens of meters like a light falling leaf. A terrifying deep pit appeared where the giant hammer made contact, and even the chest plate armor was deeply sunken into it.

On the virtual display screen in front of the Lion Butler, the battle brother's vital signs were directly reset to zero, changing from the original steady green to a dead red.

Then, Coswayn saw a very subtle hint of amusement and mockery in the other's eyes that were burning like fire.

"This guy is..." Coswayn inexplicably felt a familiar feeling from this enemy, as if they had met before.

The body of the enchanted warrior shattered the original power armor into pieces. The extended black metal and flesh tissue preserved this ancient armor and wore it on the enchanted warrior's huge body.

The Dark Angel could vaguely see the exquisite and gorgeous decorations on the armor, as well as the pattern markings that symbolized the owner's identity.

Although all of this has become blurred and difficult to discern under the corruption of Chaos, for the Lion King Steward, even the slightest clue is enough to find the answer.

There are already countless inner-ring orders within the Dark Angels Legion, many of which do not even have specific names, and are only distinguished by intricate patterns and symbols.

As Lionel Johnson's steward, Koswain already had a deep understanding of this aspect.

When the Lion King Butler saw a small detail on the armor, he suddenly widened his eyes and came up with the answer in his mind.

"Tariq Torgaddon!"

The man in front of him was none other than the Luna Wolf who had died on Isstvan III, and who, according to Gaviel Loken, had fought with him to the end, Captain Torgaddon.

He and Loken were the two who chose to be loyal to the Emperor in the Council of Four Kings.

During the Great Crusade, Corswayn had dealt with the Luna Wolves and knew of the existence of a captain named Torgaddon.

The Lion King's biggest impression of this captain was that Torgaddon always told some extremely embarrassing jokes, but he thought they were really funny.

Loken said himself that Torgaddon was beheaded by his former brother Eichmander for rebelling against Horus, so the people in front of him must be these damned traitors who desecrated Torgaddon's body.

"Emperor, even the bodies of loyal warriors are desecrated in this way after death..."

"Unforgivable!"

Corswain's fury boiled within him. He could no longer bear to hear Torgaddon's damning jokes. He had assumed that even after their rebellion, the Sons of Horus still retained a modicum of honor and humanity. As a former member of the Council of Four Kings, Torgaddon deserved a respectable burial.

Instead of becoming a damn chaotic monster like now!

Costwain charged at the huge enchanted warrior. As he ran, he took a storm shield from his battle brother and rushed forward with a power sword in his right hand.

He dodged the vicious fire from the demon engine beneath him with extreme agility, relying on rolling and using other iron men as cover to quickly approach.

Every dodge of the Lion Butler brought people a thrilling sense of beauty. The graceful arc narrowly missed the cannonball, and the relic-level power sword in his hand had already completed charging.

He chose to kill the ugly hammer demon first. Coswayn lowered his body and used inertia and speed to slide past the side of the demon engine.

The shining decomposition field cut the body of the Demon Engine from the side, and immediately a large amount of incomprehensible organs, tissues, flesh and blood gushed out of it. It fell to its knees on the ground trembling, its limbs unable to support the huge enchanted warrior.

The enchanted warrior didn't hesitate at all. He stomped on the half-broken head of the demon engine under him, grabbed the warp demon bound in it, and stuffed it directly into his body to devour.

There were hair-raising sounds of chewing and tearing, and an enchanted warrior, much taller than Cosway, strode towards them.

The size of this monster is comparable to that of a knight mecha. Torgaddon's powerful body carries the power of the Chaos Demon within it, creating this most powerful enchanted warrior.

"Do you know him?" the enchanted warrior suddenly spoke, and Coswayen even suspected that he did not have this ability at all.

"This body of mine is that of one of Horus's most beloved sons, but unfortunately it is dead."

The enchanted warrior slowly stroked his neck with his deformed and narrow claws. The sword of little Horus Eichmand had cut off the neck, but the evil enchanted witchcraft had repaired his broken body.

"But when I entered his body, Torgaddon's soul was not completely dead yet. Now he is wailing in my belly. You can go in and keep him company." The Chaos Demon in Torgaddon's body suddenly laughed arrogantly.

On the other side, the furious Broken Hounds surrounded the prey from the side, forming a pincer attack with Coswayen on the left and right.

Further behind, Luo Xi also noticed this blasphemous enchanted warrior.

He was a little worried and was hesitating whether to take action himself.

"Leave it to the son of the lion king. That is his prey." Uslan raised his hand to dissuade him.

"I see the thread of fate entangled between them. They are bound to fight."

Luo Xi considered Uslan's words seriously and decided to believe in Coswayn's strength.

However, he also blessed and strengthened the opponent's armor and weapons, allowing them to cause real damage to the enchanted warrior.

The opponent is essentially a Chaos Daemon from the Warp. This is not an enemy that a Space Marine should face, so it is completely reasonable for him to lend a hand.

The power of Om Messiah descended upon Costwain, and the Lion King Steward, who was ready to go, suddenly found that his armor was shaking uncontrollably, and the boiling fighting spirit of the Machine Soul responded to him enthusiastically.

A sacred arc of light flowed across the surface of his armor, granting him infinite power and courage.

His power armor burst into flames as sacred psionic energy attached to it, and the Chaos Demon immediately took a half step back in disgust and a little fear.

It could sense the threat contained therein, a force that was capable of completely harming its essence.
