Warhammer: Don't Call Me the God of All Machines

Chapter 457: Live Up to the Blood of Sanguinius

Chapter 457: Live Up to the Blood of Sanguinius

On the vast battlefield, the most thrilling battle is not the bombardment and fighting between Titan machines, nor the attack of thousands of super-heavy tanks on each other.

When the genetically modified warriors of the Lord of Mankind, wearing heavy armor, rush towards the enemy, everyone will feel the primitive violence and aesthetics.

As Radolon's adjutant, Kano followed the company commander like a shadow. He found a position in the second row and used the grenade launcher in his hand to cover the people in front of him.

The Holy Blood Guards around him held heavy melta guns and used the high temperature of thermonuclear material reactions to evaporate these extremely durable enemies.

They didn't know which Chaos God blessed these Death Guards, but their tenacity was simply incredible.

Even if half of its body was shattered by a grenade launcher, the Death Guard would be able to stand up again after a short pause, and even its body would have returned to its original state.

Radon ignored the fallen enemies. He stood at the front and roared loudly to indicate his presence.

"Keep going! Keep going! Break through their formation!"

"Their bodies must be thoroughly purified with fire, otherwise they will rise again." A Blood Angel said in the communication channel.

The Death Guard showed no fear. They attacked in groups, and Radoron could see the pale and empty fanaticism in their dim goggles.

The Death Guard and the Blood Angels collided with each other like two torrents of completely different colors. Although they were at a disadvantage in terms of numbers, they showed no signs of retreating.

Radon was extremely disgusted with these Death Guards who had undergone strange changes. He still remembered how powerful the veterans of the Fourteenth Legion, known as the Dusk Raiders, were. But now these guys seemed to have only their infinitely enhanced tenacity left.

However, the Death Guards wearing Mark IV extreme battle armor suddenly grew in size for some reason. They were bloated like a bloated corpse, and the metal power armor actually began to wriggle like a living thing.

Radon thrust out his sword swiftly, and the powerful weapon made of angel steel was so sharp that it completely penetrated into the chest of the Death Guard.

The captain twisted his body and sent his explosive shells almost completely into the enemy's body. A dozen explosive shells were enough to completely blow an Astartes to pieces, but those powerful projectiles seemed to be lost in the enemy's body.

The Death Guard in front of him turned around stiffly, holding an extreme chainsaw sickle in his hand, and chopped at Radoron's head with his backhand.

The enemy was walking and hacking at the same time, and Radon was surprised to find that the explosive bombs that had been shot into the enemy's body actually fell to the ground while he was walking.

The Death Guard were incredibly powerful. Even though the Star-type power armor had far superior power output than before, it no longer had the same ability to suppress these slightly sluggish enemies.

If the Blood Angels relied on their hard armor to resist attacks, then these Death Guards, although they did not have hard armor, their inner strength was extremely tough, and they could withstand beatings like an extremely durable sandbag.

Radon had never seen such an outrageous enemy. He became ruthless and swung his power sword again to block the opponent's chainsaw sickle, and cut a gash in the enemy's chest.

He used his other hand to swiftly pull off a string of grenades and stuffed them directly into the enemy's flesh.

Then, the company commander rolled out with a smooth movement, avoiding the explosion range of the melta grenades. After a series of roars, the invincible enemy finally turned into ashes and fell to the ground.

"The traitors have found a way to deal with the generation gap in equipment. This is not good news."

"They wield the profane power of the Warp."

Librarian Kano unleashed a psychic lightning bolt to defeat the Death Guard's enemies, and a Blood Angel was knocked to the ground by the enemy. A swarm of Nurglings surrounded him, trying to tear through the defenses of the adamantine armor with their claws and fangs.

The roaring chainsaw sickles cut through the adamantium armor. The armor's thinker was on alert as the single-molecule saw teeth carrying psychic damage had already torn through the armor's surface defenses.

As the armor was damaged, the stench of various fungi and soil began to seep into it. The Blood Angel almost felt nauseous and wanted to vomit. Then a small amount of nanorobots stored in the armor flowed out and blocked the original gap.

As artillery and missiles descended from the rear onto the battlefield, a swarm of fly-like insects summoned by Nurglings immediately swooped in, gnawing at the physical ammunition and, at the cost of being blasted to ash themselves, neutralizing the terrifying bombardment. Radon painstakingly cut down three Death Guard warriors. For an Astartes of his rank, ordinary Space Marines would be a piece of cake, but these toughened Death Guard, with their enhanced skin and flesh, required him to spend even more time and energy.

"Take him away, pharmacist!" His whole body was tense, and a rage was brewing deep in his blood.

The captain's attention was focused on the fallen Blood Angel. Before his eyes, the battle brother's vital signs began to weaken, and this was merely the result of the armor being pierced.

He realized that the Blood Angels' penetration raid was not going well, and the enemy's infantry defense line was swallowing up their attack like a quagmire.

The jetpack on his back started up again, gushing out air waves, and Radon flew into the sky. He used the grenade launcher in his hand to split the head of a Death Guard from above, and then used gravity to accelerate his fall again, crushing half of the opponent's body with his iron boots.

He must find the enemy commander and end the battle by decapitation as quickly as possible.

Radon and Crosius, who was hiding in the Death Guard, locked eyes. In an instant, the captain of the Blood Angels' first company realized that this was the enemy's commander.

Radon rose into the air again with unstoppable force, and slashed down with the power sword in both hands, trying to kill the damned son of Mortarion with one blow.

Croesus roared and used his chainsaw sickle to block the captain's slashing blow. His waist bent instantly, and half of his body was almost smashed into the mud. His power armor let out a wail of being overwhelmed, but he still blocked this powerful blow.

"Nice to meet you, Radolon."

"Son of an angel."

The Death Guard's voice seemed to come from a throat sticky with phlegm. He stood up step by step, keeping his eyes level with Radon.

There are few who have not heard of the legend of Radolon, this powerful Blood Angel who is capable of standing shoulder to shoulder with Abaddon and Sigismund, but today, with the power of his loving father, he was able to resist his attack.

This is power, the power from the highest heaven, Croesus muttered to himself.

The demons residing in his power armor and chainscythe unleashed powerful psychic shocks that almost blinded Radon. The lingering whispers and murmurs disturbed him, but the effect was not obvious.

Radolon let out a battle cry. He was fearless and not even the Chaos Demon could make him surrender.

On the planet Daven, not even the Chaos Daemons could make the Blood Angels bow their heads.

He could feel that the machine soul of his power armor was being affected. The demonic weapon was continuously releasing psychic toxins. The powerful adamantium was vaguely twisted and deformed under the influence of the father's power.

The Blood Angel parried the enemy's attack with incredible skill, and with the help of the powerful jet pack, he swung his sword and moved directly behind Croesus, half of his body being broken off by the decomposition field of the power sword.

The dark blue arc continued to flash, and the Death Guard's body was cut off cleanly again. Not even a drop of blood flowed out of the extremely smooth fracture.

"This..." The Death Guard murmured in disbelief. They were clearly evenly matched just now, and he thought he could defeat this famous Blood Angel.

"Our power never came from our armor, we were born from the blood of Sanguinius!
His passion blossoms into skill! His might brings justice! His desire turns into the invincible wrath of our judgment! "

Radon's cold voice sounded, and after some exploration, he accurately seized Croesus' brief distraction and flaw, and killed him with one blow.

Compared with him, one of the three heroes of the Great Crusade, the enemy before him was still too young. Croesus' body was cut into several pieces, but the wounds that continued to heal themselves allowed him to remain a whole.

His eyes bulged and the corners of his mouth trembled constantly. He endured endless pain and the pleasure of self-healing.

Radon walked on the muddy, slippery and dirty ground, leaving his footprints on the filthy earth. He raised his angel sword, intending to give the fallen Space Marine a quick death.
