Chapter 352 Three women and one drama
"...It's a bit complicated."

Lin Xiuyi chuckled dryly and took a half step back, his back against the kitchen counter. The kitchen was filled with the rich aroma of miso, but it couldn't mask the tense atmosphere that filled the air.

I'll explain later.

Yukiko let out a disgruntled snort, then put her hands on her hips and glared at Akane Koizumi: "We're not open for business yet, so please don't come in if you're not a customer."

“Who said I’m irrelevant? I’ve already prepaid for a week’s worth of meals! And…” Akane Koizumi pointed at Hideichi Hayashi with a righteous indignation, “He promised to tutor me in math!”

Lin Xiuyi felt two burning gazes fall on him at the same time again, and a bead of cold sweat immediately seeped out from his forehead.

Although he knew Yukiko was glaring at him with murderous intent, he could only nod reluctantly, admitting that what Akane Koizumi said was indeed true.

"You!" Yukiko was so angry that her teeth itched. She gently bit her lower lip with her small, pearly teeth, leaving a row of shallow teeth marks. "When I came back last time, didn't you tell me that you wouldn't have any contact with her? How come you're so close to her now?"

The atmosphere in the kitchen froze instantly. Midori Orikasa, who had just stepped out of the storage room with onions and carrots in her hand, saw this and silently retreated.

Eri Kisaki sat at the cashier, resting her chin on her hand, watching the standoff with great interest.

Like her, Lingzi also stopped doing her homework and instead looked up to watch the excitement.

“Something happened in between,” Lin Xiuyi explained helplessly. “A couple of days ago, Xiao Lü’s friend was kidnapped. In order to rescue her, I went to her for a divination and had to agree to her three requests.”

"Finding people through divination?"

Yukiko's lips twitched slightly, as if she was suppressing her anger.

"I'm not stupid, don't try to fool me. You clearly didn't believe any of this before."

“I don’t want to believe it now either,” Lin Xiuyi said with a wry smile. “But her divination is indeed different from others. You can try it if you don’t believe me.”

"Just try it!"

Yukiko crossed her arms, tapping her arms lightly with her fingertips. After thinking for a moment, her eyes lit up.

"Since your divination is so accurate, can you divine when my movie will be released?"

Upon hearing this, Reiko, who also didn't want Akane Koizumi to stay, quickly got up and ran over.

The little girl tugged at Yukiko's sleeve and whispered, "What if she says it won't be released for another six months? Does that mean we're just going to have her stay in the store during that time?"

"Yukiko-neechan, how about we choose a different divination method that can immediately determine whether it's accurate or not?"

Eri pushed up her glasses and smiled leisurely, "I think this fortune telling is quite good. Aren't some people always hoping to become big stars?"

After learning that Yukiko would be returning soon yesterday, Eri Kisaki persuaded Shuichi Hayashi to leave Akane Koizumi behind.

The confrontation between Yukiko and Akane Koizumi just now was exactly what she had hoped for.

Eri Kisaki naturally hoped that Akane Koizumi could stay and cause trouble with Yukiko every day.

"It was me who did the divination, not you!"

Yukiko glared at Eri Kisaki, then realized that Reiko's words made sense; the priority now should be getting rid of Akane Koizumi.

Thinking of this, she immediately changed her mind: "Then please tell me who I'm going back to Tokyo with today."

Akane Koizumi clapped her hands, and with her applause, a figure wearing a silver mask pushed open the shop door and walked in carrying a huge leather suitcase.

The mask gleamed with a cold metallic sheen under the light, obscuring the person's entire face except for a pair of lifeless eyes.

“I brought my things with me too.” Akane Koizumi directed the masked man to open the suitcase and take out a crystal ball, tarot cards, and various strange-looking talismans, which he then laid out on the table by the door.

"Alright, you naughty boy, you can go back now." Akane Koizumi waved casually. "Come pick me up around 10 o'clock."

"Yes." The masked man nodded mechanically and turned to leave.

"You jerk? There are people with that name?" Reiko's eyes widened in surprise.

Akane Koizumi glanced sideways at Shuichi Hayashi, her crimson eyes gleaming with mischief: "That person was always annoying, didn't you think?"

“Even if you hate it, you can’t give him this name, can you?” Lin Xiuyi replied sternly. “It’s so rude, you’ll get a lecture again…”

After he finished speaking, he clapped his hands meaningfully.

Akane Koizumi immediately jumped up like a startled rabbit, instinctively covering her buttocks with her hands, and a blush rose on her cheeks.

"Hmph, I'll call him a nuisance, a nuisance," the girl muttered softly, her voice noticeably weaker.

Yukiko frowned as she watched the two talking: "What kind of riddles are you two playing?"

Her gaze swept back and forth between Lin Xiuyi and Koizumi Akane, trying to find some clue.

"Shuichi, do you know that masked person?"

It's more than just knowing each other...

Lin Xiuyi immediately recognized the familiar figure wearing the mask as the doll butler who looked very much like him, summoned by Akane Koizumi.

Of course, he couldn't say this to Yukiko, so he could only make up an excuse: "I just think that Koizumi-san is being a bit too much of a bully."

“So what if he’s bullying me? He’s my servant, I can bully him however I want,” Akane Koizumi said smugly, sticking out her tongue. “Alright, you wanted to do a fortune telling, right? Let’s begin.”

Yukiko placed her hand on the crystal ball with some skepticism. The surface of the crystal ball was cool and smooth, and the touch was strangely reassuring.

Akane Koizumi closed her eyes and whispered an obscure incantation. An eerie purple light began to emanate from inside the crystal ball.

"Judging from the divination results," Akane Koizumi suddenly opened her eyes, "the person who came back with you should be your friend."

"That's obvious!" Yukiko curled her lip in disdain, a mocking smile playing on her lips. "If we weren't friends, we wouldn't have come back together."

As she spoke, she rolled her eyes, a gesture that made her look exceptionally charming.

Akane Koizumi ignored her sarcasm and continued, "Your friend is also an actor. You met because of this movie."

Her voice suddenly became ethereal.

"She has blonde hair and is very beautiful."

Yukiko's expression froze instantly, her rosy lips slightly parted, forming an adorable "O" shape.

Other details could be attributed to Koizumi Akane's guesses, but the blonde hair part is quite remarkable. Blonde people are rare in Japan, yet Koizumi Akane described it as if she had seen it with her own eyes.

Yukiko quickly looked down and carefully checked her clothes.

"Yukiko-neechan, what's wrong with you?" Reiko tilted her head in confusion.
