Chapter 94 Death of Voldemort

As soon as Voldemort was distracted, Dumbledore immediately seized the opportunity.

A flaming spell nearly hit him, forcing him to dodge quickly, but the distraction proved costly, as Weiss immediately joined the fray.

"Senior, being distracted during a battle is not a good habit." At the same time, he waved his wand, "Ten thousand bullets fired!"

Countless light bullets rained down on Voldemort. Voldemort quickly deployed his magic shield for defense, but facing the combined attack of two powerful wizards, his magic shield quickly collapsed.

Seeing this, Dumbledore immediately cast a disarming spell: "Disarm!" An invisible force knocked the wand out of Voldemort's hand, making him lose his most powerful tool.

But Weiss was not so gentle. He directly cast an extremely cruel Cruciatus Curse: "Crucio!" This spell hit Voldemort hard.

Intense pain instantly swept through his whole body, as if every bone was being crushed and every muscle was being torn apart. This pain made Voldemort unable to concentrate and mobilize the magic power in his body to fight back.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Weiss threw out a special chain and tied Voldemort tightly. Then, he cast a gravity spell, causing Voldemort to lie prone on the ground, in a state of disarray.

"Bastard!" Voldemort roared in pain and humiliation, and he mobilized all the magic in his body to try to break free from the restraints.

But after struggling in vain, he realized that the chain was not an ordinary chain. It seemed to be able to sense the flow of magic power in his body and contracted tighter as he struggled. The chain was deeply embedded in his flesh and blood began to seep out.

"Senior, stop resisting." Weiss pulled a strange disc from his pocket and pressed it against Voldemort's body.

Almost at the same time, Voldemort felt his magic being drained away bit by bit, and his skin became paler until it lost the last trace of blood color.

The double loss of blood and magic power made Voldemort drowsy and his eyes began to blur.

Dumbledore looked at the weak Voldemort in front of him and sighed: "Tom."

Voldemort raised his head with difficulty and said with his last strength: "Dumbledore, don't be hypocritical." However, before he could finish his words, Weiss forced a bottle of truth serum into his mouth.

This made Voldemort's eyes even more blurred.

"This is a specially formulated drug, ten times more potent than ordinary truth serum. If you have any questions, ask them now. I'm worried he'll become an idiot if the drug is too strong."

Dumbledore calmed down and began to ask for the information he urgently needed to know: the location of the Horcruxes, the list of Death Eaters, how to resurrect, and other key information.

Voldemort also answered every question and told all his secrets without reservation.

These answers completely eliminated Dumbledore's last bit of mercy, and the crimes committed by Voldemort were irreversible.

In the end, Dumbledore personally ended Voldemort's life and mercifully buried him in the Riddle family plot.

Elsewhere, Moody, Harry, and Cedric caught Peter Pettigrew, who was trying to escape by transforming into a mouse. Pettigrew kept begging for mercy, hoping that Harry would spare him for the sake of his father.

But Harry learned from Sirius that it was Peter Pettigrew who betrayed his parents and caused their death. Hearing Peter Pettigrew mention his parents so shamelessly, Harry was furious and punched and kicked him.

Peter Pettigrew curled up into a ball, shivering.

Dumbledore arrived in time and stopped his behavior: "Enough, Harry. He still needs to clear Sirius's charges. You don't want Sirius to stay in the Black house forever." Harry stopped, took a few deep breaths, and tried to calm himself down.

"Did you see a big snake?" Weiss was referring to Nagini, one of Voldemort's Horcruxes.

Cedric pointed to a large hole not far away and said, "While you were fighting, I saw a large snake crawl out of that hole."

Dumbledore quickly came to the cave entrance and said with some regret, "It actually escaped."

Weiss took back the five golden spheres, and as the spheres were recovered, the barrier was lifted.

Weiss explained, "This barrier has a flaw: it can't extend underground."

"Is that snake important?" Cedric asked, puzzled. Despite its enormous size, the wizarding world boasted far more magical creatures, like the dragons of the Triwizard Tournament. Therefore, when he saw the giant snake, he paid it no particular attention, instead concentrating on helping Moody and Harry capture Peter Pettigrew.

I have to say that Peter Pettigrew's ability to escape is really top-notch. If it weren't for Moody's prosthetic eye with tracking function, he might have really escaped.

Weiss and Dumbledore did not elaborate on Nagini's significance, as they did not want to overload the children with information. Dumbledore then used a Restoration Charm to restore the graveyard to its original state, ensuring that Muggles would not be aware of the Battle that had taken place there.

Before leaving, Dumbledore asked Harry and Cedric to keep it a secret and not to reveal what happened today.

Then, the five of them returned to Hogwarts.

When they returned to Hogwarts, all eyes were on them.

Officials from the Ministry of Magic, professors, spectators, and the families of the warriors were all eager to know what had just happened.

Weiss and Moody quietly left the group, leaving the responsibility of explanation to Dumbledore. As the Headmaster of Hogwarts, Dumbledore was the most suitable person to handle the situation.

They quickly headed to the Durmstrang School of Wizardry compound, hoping to find Barty Crouch Jr. disguised as Karkaroff, but when they arrived, they found it empty.

"Has he escaped?" Moody's artificial eye kept turning, searching for any possible trace.

"He can't run far. He can't Apparate inside Hogwarts." Weiss analyzed calmly. According to the time calculation, from the time Barty Crouch left until now, he should not have run out of the range of Hogwarts.

Moody handed the cage in his hand to Wes, in which was imprisoned Peter Pettigrew, who had turned into a mouse again.

"Leave the tracking to me. Don't even think about escaping from me, Death Eaters." It seems that some traces have been found.

"Do you need my help?" Wes asked.

"I'm not so old that I can't deal with a Death Eater." After saying that, he chased in one direction.

Weiss watched Moody walk away, then turned around and took Peter Pettigrew back to Hogwarts.
