Chapter 436, Part 45: Holy Light Panda Hey, Heroine Lili Becomes the Junior Sister of the Sun Soul S

Chapter 436, Section 45. Holy Light Panda: Hey, Heroine Lili becomes the junior sister of the Sun Soul Sect - Bonus Chapter [15]

(Bonus chapter for "konstanzzz" [1/5])
The Dark Prophet's "profound fantasies" are truly hilarious; these "ingenious ideas" from the trolls left even the well-informed Vigilant speechless.

But you know what, this idea isn't entirely impossible, especially since the Azerite crystals bestowed by Mother World have indeed been found all over the Zandalari Islands. It's said that the Golden King specifically sent his daughter to be in charge of mining these sacred crystals.

This thing is similar in principle to the Well of Eternity; both are the convergence of the essence of the world's power. The only difference is whether it is given actively by the Soul of the World.

Zul said the trolls planned to deploy Azerite Dust Towers throughout Zandalar to promote their overall "evolution".

Based on the past experience of the Dark Trolls, this process might take hundreds of years, but the World Blessing concentration of Azerite Crystals is higher, so the time required for evolution may be shorter.

The World Mother even granted the trolls the power of "free evolution," meaning they would not become as "refined" as the elves.

They may develop new appearances.

In this situation, it makes sense to let Azshara, who had personally experienced the evolution of the dark trolls, lead the process, and it can indeed satisfy the queen's desire for dominance.

The premise is that the other party has to be willing.

Although the Highborne are no longer in the state of having established their own kingdom, their pride is formidable.

Although Diakum was very interested, he didn't want to get involved. The Dark Prophet clearly wanted to use Diakum's reputation. He knew that choosing other persuaders to "advice" might lead to disaster. Only a warrior of light like the Vigilant, who was powerful enough and had a warm heart, could be the messenger to "persuade" the trolls.

"Your weapon is now repaired!"

The old dwarf's cheers interrupted Dick's reverie, causing the Watcher to stand up, walk to the Titan sculpting platform, and reach out to take down one of the swords.

As per his request, the two weapons were simply fused together and reshaped; no further enhancements were made.

The reforged Ashbringer is no different from before, except that the hilt has turned red and there are exquisite pearl embellishments on the guard, making it look like an open eye from a distance. Both sides of the hilt are inlaid with blue Azerite crystals, allowing the weapon to receive a brief enhancement from the power of creation when necessary.

The Ashbringer's description remains unchanged, still in the "broken and rebuilt" state.

However, with the enhancement of Remonia's Force God-level materials, the remaining blades of Ashbringer would no longer be so easily broken. Moreover, Diakum could sense that the integration of the Death God-level material had indeed infused Ashbringer with certain "mysteries".

However, that profound meaning was too obscure and would only become apparent after Diakum's power increased.

As holy light poured in, the scattered blades pulsed, guiding the light to forge a sword, causing the gleaming, scorching holy blade to reappear. This time, the holy blade was surrounded by a ring of dark blue world power, forming a "light blade."

The smooth energy transfer pleased Diakum, who nodded in satisfaction and put the broken blade back into his bag.

"Are you going to stay in Pandaria?"

Diakum looked at Brann Bronzebeard, the old dwarf raised an eyebrow, then gave a wide, expectant smile. He patted his adventure journal and said loudly:

"Of course! This place has a civilization history of over tens of thousands of years. What's even more remarkable is that the Pandaren have a very complete record of history. I want to stay here to study for a while. Their archaeological techniques are quite exquisite."

I might also join the traveling scholar program.

Of course, I will also invite the top-tier scholars to join the Explorers' Guild. I just heard Lao Zhou say that Pandaria has always had the legend of the 'Golden Valley'.

I want to try and see if I can find that legendary place.

"Then you can stay here. Letting you run around is indeed a risky move."

Diakum complained:
"Come with us to Thor's Isle in a few days. There's some Titan technology there that you'll need to operate. It seems you really learned some real skills in Uldaman. You've even changed your habit of touching things randomly."

"Hehe, it's all because of the contrast with my peers that I look so good."

Brian scratched his head, and seeing Diakum about to leave, he quickly took a few steps forward with his short legs and asked somewhat uneasily in a low voice:
"I overheard Yrel and Commander Marad chatting about Darkforge and Firelands. My niece Moira was involved, and they said many things that I couldn't believe. Did Moira really go and become the 'Grand Chancellor' of the Dark Iron Dwarves?"

Diakum stopped and looked at Brian.

A few seconds later, he countered with:
“I heard everything you said during your confession. You also think Magni Bronzebeard is a bit stubborn, right? And what you really want to ask is whether the Lightforged Chapter and I will intervene in the dwarves’ internal disputes.”

Don't worry, we won't!
Unless the situation escalates to the point where the World Soul requires our intervention, the Lightforged Chapter is currently more like a 'mercenary force' for the World Soul.

"Ugh."

Brian sighed, and said somewhat forlornly:
"I wish Moira were a boy."

"If only Magni Bronzebeard weren't so feudal."

Diakum retorted.

It was quite blunt, but it left Brian speechless.

"Sir, we just received news that the Mantid have crossed the Valley of the West Wind, and their vanguard has reached the outskirts of Wine Jar, where many wounded soldiers are resting. The Trolls' Firstborn Legion has begun bombarding them."

Irele ran over, saluted, and asked:

"Do we need to intervene? Although the other warriors need to rest, my Lightforged Dragons can be deployed."

"Alright, you guys go and cover the retreat of the wounded from Jiu Tan Ji!"

Diakum waved his hand and said:

“Call Saloras over; I need to conduct an unplanned ‘Shadow Chase’.”

"Ok."

Yrel turned and left. Diakum closed his eyes and, through the connection of faith, whispered:

"Staghelm, can the Shadow Hunters be deployed?"

"We can always walk in the shadows, the light-makers."

General Staghelm's voice was more somber than before. He said:

Please specify the target.

“Very good. Have the hunters ready. You will be coming to Pandaria via the Void Rift as pioneers of the Zerg to enter the Mantid Plateau. In addition, the locals have collected a batch of special ‘Shadow-tainted weapons’, which will be distributed as standard armament for the Shadow Chasers. You will be responsible for selecting users.”

The swarm will begin its first real battle in the material world, and you will truly master the swarm's tentacles of conflict.

Oh, right, remember to send a team of sufficiently skilled veterans to Dragonblight in Northrend to search for and monitor the movements of Azjol Nerub.

We will not launch any operations there for the time being, but it is our future target.

"Roger that!"

------

"The mantis is coming! Tiger crouching cannon, prepare!"

A white tiger monk with his arm in a sling stood on the low wall surrounding the wine jar market, gazing into the distance. When he noticed a large group of mantis demons approaching, the monk, who had previously been injured and had retreated to recuperate, immediately waved the red flag in his hand.

The Tiger Crouching Cannons, which had already been positioned on the high ground surrounding the Wine Jar Market, immediately adjusted their direction. These firearms, designed and made by the Shado-Pan Fireworks Masters, were essentially magical versions of mortars, fired using flames specially made by the Pandaren. Some archers had already climbed onto the rooftops under the command of a Shado-Pan Master.

They lit the fuses at the tips of their arrows, and as the first wave of mantises swooped down, these sharp arrows ignited, setting the ferocious insects ablaze and killing them.

The Tiger Crouching Cannon then fired, its deep rumble and explosion echoing outside the wine jar market.

Some mantid assassins even sneaked into the town full of wounded soldiers in the chaos, intending to cause trouble. Unfortunately for them, the Shado-Pan had been entangled with them for ten thousand years and knew all about the mantid's tricks.

As soon as these small but more agile flying insects swooped in, they were swarmed and killed by a team of well-prepared Shadow Assassins.

Pandaren assassins rarely use daggers because they are all martial artists. They prefer to use versatile hand daggers or water-split daggers, aiming directly at the mantid's vital points with swift and decisive strikes.

Commanding these assassins was a masked female warrior, an elite Shadow Walker of the Shadow Phantoms.

After taking down the mantis assassin, the "Tao Shi" heroine coldly gestured for her companions to continue the hunt. She turned around, looked at the cabinet in the corner of the room, frowned, and pulled hard, revealing two little pandas hidden inside.

Lily raised her paw with an innocent look on her face.

Another dirty little panda, whose hands were tied with rope, whimpered, its mouth stuffed with a rag.

"Ten! It's you again?"

Tao Shi, the female warrior, seemed to recognize the captured red panda. She reached out and removed the rag from Shi Zai's mouth, scolding him:
"You've come to Jiu Tan Ji to steal things again?"

“No, this time I’m buying medicine for my dad.”

The little panda Shizai said with a helpless expression:
“I swear I didn’t touch anyone else’s wallet. Uncle Earth Spirit ‘Big Pocket’ can vouch for me.”

"You're lying! You clearly stole the Five Dawns Temple manual from me!"

Lili said loudly:
“I chased you all the way down from the White Tiger Temple, and you still tried to sneak into the Lightforged camp. You’re obviously a repeat offender.”

“That’s right, Ten is indeed a ‘habitual offender’.”

Tao Shi shook his head and said:
"But this guy's 'skill' is very high. Master Nurong said that this kid is a 'born thief'. Little girl, Shizai's family is not well off. He has ten children and his father is seriously ill. Shizai steals things to pay for his father's medical treatment."

The reason he has never been punished by the Shadow Phantoms is because this guy is a 'righteous thief'. He only steals when he is in dire need of money, and he always finds a way to raise enough money to return it to the benefactor afterwards.

The local merchants in the Jiutanji area all knew him, and they would even occasionally ask Shizai to help them steal back things that had been stolen from the monkeys.

After saying that, Tao Shi said sternly to Shi Zai:
"But it's one thing for you to steal chickens and dogs in the past, but why did you target other people's valuables this time? And there's a war going on in Jiutanji right now, what are you two kids doing here?"
"Return the items to them immediately, then follow the wounded to Baihu Temple."

"I really didn't take her secret manual."

Tenzi protested, saying:
"I was just passing by, but that girl from out of town has such sharp eyes. Before I could even make a move, she noticed the commotion outside! It was the mantis demon that crept over."

A born thief is different. He sensed the approaching mantis demon almost simultaneously with the professional assassin Tao Shi. Tao Shi reached out and made a shushing gesture to the two little pandas, then retreated into stealth.

A few seconds later, two mantises wielding amber greatswords rushed into the room. The one in the back was backstabbed and strangled by Tao Shi, its neck severed, and a poisoned water-splitting spike plunged into its brain. The other mantis swordsman had its compound eyes covered in flash powder and was howling as it wildly swung its sword.

Lili leaped out in a flash, mustered all her strength, and swung her Vermilion Crane Staff, smashing it into the mantis demon's neck. This attack utilized the holy power sealed within her by Iriel, unleashing a devastating, lightning-fast critical strike.

With a loud bang, half of the mantis demon's head was blown off.

This left Shizai completely dumbfounded. He genuinely thought this little panda was some kind of martial arts master, and immediately shouted:
“I really didn’t take your things, heroine! It was a monkey that took them. I was planning to follow the monkey and steal them back, but you chased me too closely.”

"Hmph, who knows if they're your accomplices?"

Lili used up half of the holy power sealed within her body with this attack. She felt weak, but still acted like a great master, leaning on her long staff. Tao Shi saw through her, but didn't point it out. He simply told the two guys to quickly leave with the wounded.

The battlefield at the Wine Jar Gathering is becoming increasingly fierce, with both the Mantis Demons and the Monks sending reinforcements.

As Lili and Shizai boarded the Earth Spirit's yak cart, she looked up and saw Big Sister Yrel riding a majestic Lightforged Dragon, leading the Lightforged Dragon Knights to fly in from the sky to provide support.

Those giant dragons covered in spikes were incredibly savage. They snatched the mantis's terror insects from the ground, tore them apart in mid-air, and slammed the flesh and limbs back to the ground. Although they were surrounded by holy light, their fighting style was so wild that they didn't seem like holy light creatures at all.

Yrel also used her War Power to demarcate a "Judgment Zone," and the holy light that descended from the sky quickly made the area in front of the wine jars shine.

"Did you see that? That powerful Eredar female knight!"

Lili said smugly to Shizai beside her:

“That’s my friend. She’s the one who taught me Sun Fist, even though she herself hasn’t learned it yet.”

"Nonsense! She hasn't even learned it herself, how can she teach you?"

Ten-zai didn't believe it at all.

This little panda is about the same age as Lili, but he has seen much more of the world. This "righteous thief" even managed to steal from the Shadow Master, which shows how bold he is.

Moreover, Ten actually has a "hidden identity".

His impressive thieving skills were certainly not something he learned on his own. Although he was not a formal member of the Jade Lotus Gang, he would occasionally take on private jobs from Madam Guo Su, who valued him highly, in ways that did not violate his own moral principles.

If it weren't for his father's illness and the large number of his siblings, the precocious Ten would have had a much better life.

"This concerns the inheritance of divine skills, and it's difficult for me to explain it to a petty thief like you."

Lili waved her paws, not wanting to say too much, but Shizi thought she was bragging.

The yak cart, driven by the earth spirit, was carrying the wounded to White Tiger Temple. However, it was spotted by the mantis demons on the way. Those ruthless creatures seemed to be preparing to attack White Tiger Temple. Having already stormed into the temple, they did not want others to interfere, so they used the dangerous "Soul Bomb".

A mantis-like monster flew low overhead, and as Lili looked up, a black and white insect egg was dropped, landing right in front of the yak cart.

It exploded with a loud bang, causing no real damage, but the black and white energy that exploded instantly engulfed all the injured people in the car.

The yaks pulling the cart immediately went mad.

With its eyes bloodshot, it darted around wildly, crashing headfirst into a rock amidst the earth spirit's cries of alarm, sending everyone in the cart flying.

The wounded coughed as they fled.

Dizzy and confused, Lili still clung to the monk's staff, trying to protect herself, but was dragged away by Shizai.

"That's demonic energy! Run!"

The worldly-wise Shi Zai screamed:

"The heroes of the Shadow Sect are all afraid of this. Once we are possessed by the evil spirit, we are doomed."

"If we run away, what will happen to them?"

Lili pointed to several injured monks amidst the smoky haze and said:

"We have to get them out of here."

"Take care of yourselves. We're just little pandas. We don't have the power of heroes, and we're destined never to become heroes. Don't do anything foolish!"

The pragmatic Shi Zai still tried to run away with Li Li, but Li Li broke free from him.

She rushed over and stood beside the injured monks, mimicking how Master Shangxi treated his injured apprentices, channeling her own holy power into the injured through a wave of true energy.

The effect is obvious.

Several monks quickly awoke from their stupor due to the impact and began to heal themselves. They transferred their inner energy to each other, creating a verdant whirlwind through the Path of Mist, which brought over several other unconscious wounded people nearby.

With a heavy heart, Lili took out the Crimson Essence Feather, a gift from the Celestial Venerable Zhuhe, from her bosom. She lit this treasure, which could protect against evil energy, and the crimson light and fire enveloped everyone, forming a barrier that led them staggering forward out of the evil energy.

Lili was supporting a female Pandaren with an injured leg. She was struggling to hold on, but soon someone else carried the monk on the other side.

She looked up, grinned, and said:
"Didn't you run away? You little thief, you're truly a righteous thief!"

"No."

Ten said with a sour face:

“A group of mantises are blocking our way outside, ready to kill us. If you want to be a great hero, you’ll have to think of a way.”

"what?"

Lili looked up and saw, beyond the scattered firelight of the Crimson Feather and the surrounding black and white evil energy, a group of ferocious mantis demons were indeed rubbing their hands together, ready to fight.

These bastards have no shame in killing the wounded.

In fact, they see this as part of the war; after all, what's the point of talking about morality with insects?

“I can’t fight, little panda, but you look like you have some advanced martial arts skills.”

The female monk, who was being helped by them, said breathlessly:
"I will transfer my true energy to you, and you will fight."

"Yeah."

Lili accepted the suggestion with a courage that was not that of a child. She had been secretly learning martial arts at Wuchen Temple for so long and had long wanted to put them into practice.

Moreover, with true qi in his body, he might be able to try out the 'Solar Fist' that Iriel taught him.

That's the martial art of the Vigilant; it must be incredibly powerful.

However, to use Sun Fist, one must become a Lightwalker. It seems that there are no Lightwalkers among the Pandaren yet. Big Sister Aria said that the priests in their Shado-Pan faction also study the healing arts of the Celestial Crane.

While they can also wield the radiant flames, the Holy Light is indeed not the faith of the Pandaren.

“Yrel said that the legacy of the Lightforged Chapter is justification by faith. As long as one wants to protect others and protect the good things, and as long as this desire to protect is strong enough, the Holy Light will respond to every good person, transforming into the power of punishment, protection and healing.”

While the female monk was transmitting her inner energy to Lili, the little panda was thinking about the scriptures in the "Creating Light Codex".

Although Irelia was not good at reading scriptures, the scriptures in her hands were not commonplace; they were the original second volume of the Holy Covenant of Light, handwritten by Saint Diakum himself, and were true "sacred relics."

Just because a little hoof can't understand something doesn't mean it's worthless.

"Without the help of the Holy Light, I alone could never have defeated so many mantises!"

Lili stood up.

She felt her whole body filled with the power of true qi flowing through her, but that wasn't enough.

She needed to be even more capable to protect the injured people in the vehicle.

"Actually, becoming the first Lightwalker among the Pandaren sounds pretty impressive. If the Light truly watches over every good person, then please grant me the power to protect them."

She grabbed her Zhuhe Fighting Staff and, like Uncle Chen charging into battle, channeled her inner energy to create a shield of energy that resembled a flying dragon in the sky. She then rammed into a small, thin mantis demon assassin, sending it flying. As she swung the staff, she raised her claws in a white crane spreading its wings gesture.

"Holy Light!"

Lili cried out in her heart:
"I also want to become a member of the Sun Soul Sect. I also want to use the all-encompassing sunlight to dispel the darkness and bring light, just like the Vigilant and Uncle Chen. Please let my Sun Fist shine."

"She's glowing! What kind of secret technique is this? Is this guy really a martial arts master?"

Shi Zai's eyes widened.

He clearly saw that as Lili moved nimbly, a light shone from her body, as if something was being forged within her.

When faced with the dangerous attack of a mantis demon swift swordsman, Lili focused her energy in her dantian, merging the surging heat and true energy within her body, dodging the slashing amber giant blade, and using the power of her legs to unleash a spectacular Rising Dragon Fist combo.

As the tightly gripping claws slammed into the Mantis Swordsman's chin, the Holy Slash, after charging up, finally erupted.

With a deafening roar, amidst a flash like a solar flare, the mantis demon's hideous head exploded in a blinding light, leaving the injured monks around in awe.

As expected, the Holy Light never disappoints in responding to hope.

"what!"

Lili rolled to the ground, facing the encirclement of several mantis demons. Feeling a raging fire burning within her, she stood on one leg like Uncle Chen, concealing her fighting staff behind her back. Amidst the flowing true energy like the rising sun, she finally shouted out her name for the first time with unparalleled majesty:

"I, Lili Stormbringer, a disciple of Master Shangxi, the abbot of Wuchen Temple, and a true inheritor of the Sun Fist of the Sun Soul Sect, hereby report! Evil Mantis Demons, in the name of the 'Fist of Light Warrior,' I will purify you!"
Ah, Uncle Chen even taught me the incantation for "White Tiger Descending to Earth".
So, it's the Fiery White Tiger!
Show yourself!

"Ow!!!"

With a deep roar, Ragnaros, the Lord of Light, made a majestic entrance, but the next second the entire battlefield, including the mantids and Lily, was stunned.

"How can you be so small!"

Looking at the "little Lager" that barely reached her waist, Lily said in a somewhat frantic tone:
"Why is this holy light so selective? This is unfair!"
