"We don't have four hours left, so we should stop his vital signs immediately."

"No, we finally managed to get Ronnie back to the lab this morning. We have to save him."

"We're out of time!"

The conversation between the doctor and Barry flashed before Ma Zhaodi's eyes.

"Gideon, can the tachyons in the faster-than-light particle prototype be transferred into the quantum connector?"

"Tachyons can act as fission-inducing particles for quantum connectors, but if faster-than-light particles are converted, your future plans will be slowed down and delayed."

Inside the sealed room, Wells looked at the yellow speedster leather jacket beside him and took out a small core component from the prototype of the faster-than-light particle on its chest. That was the part that contained the tachyons.

"If Central City were to be razed to the ground by a nuclear explosion in seconds, then we wouldn't have any future to speak of."

Ma Zhaodi stared in disbelief as the light and shadow flashed by. He finally understood why Reverse-Flash's speed combined with Barry's speed could so easily traverse time and space—in the original timeline, the faster-than-light particles were converted into the quantum connector by Wells, saving the firestorm from exploding.
