Dedicate loyalty to the good empire

Chapter 544: Almost ready to play mahjong

Chapter 544: Almost ready to play mahjong
Obviously something is not right.

Taylor now really wants to find out who old Typhons is, who that lady is, and what is happening with the nuns belonging to him.

After all, this is her dream, but what will happen if so many people join in?
Taylor can't say for sure at this point.

Most importantly, who are those people?

Taylor first asked the guy who interfered.

"Ma'am, who are you?"

"Lilith? The goddess of fate, one of the beliefs of the Eldar?"

The woman smiled and said, "I didn't expect the monkey to know my name. However, I can only appear in the form of the Goddess of Life, because..."

The tall, thin man in the robe spoke. "Because you're a skulking worm, afraid to face the reality of the gods' victory."

His voice was so hoarse, like the rustling of dry branches, that it made people feel uneasy and nauseous.

It was also like a dying old man, reciting with his hoarse voice, but his voice had nothing to do with being small; it could even be said to be sonorous and powerful, which was amazing.

Now, the lady's expression changed rapidly.

"Because of your brilliance, I overlooked that this visitor was not..."

"It was also my negligence."

She said a little hurriedly. "Take him!"

Before Taylor could figure out what was going on, countless thin green branches covered the entire church, looking like dark green blood vessels, full of vitality.

But as soon as the countless branches approached the tall and thin man, those things began to wither and rot quickly.

Soon the branches turned from grass green to a withered yellow, and then turned into rotting liquid, emitting a disgusting stench.

The woman exclaimed in amazement. "Sickening stench and curse. You are a believer in the gods, and you are also the one who moves the long strings of fate."

"The Crucible..."

She showed a look of obvious disgust, and at that moment the skinny man replied, "You almost became my lord's property."

"Like your sister, the Goddess of Life."

"You spirits don't have the ability to be like the Corpse King, and you can't even protect yourself. Obviously, I don't have to be afraid of you."

He walked slowly forward, power pouring out continuously, and the entire church was rotting.

Now he said, "Although I can't make that woman a believer of my Lord, killing her will have the same effect."

"It's a bit of a pity, but it's not a big loss."

His pace quickened, and the self-proclaimed goddess retreated timidly, saying to Taylor, "Monkey!"

"I'm here for your Emperor. Protect me now! We are allies!"

Taylor, who was only halfway through the show and didn't want to bother, asked, "Why should I fight for someone who won't show his true self?"

"God knows who you are, the so-called Eldar goddess, or some other terrible being."

"Why should I trust you? Even if what you say is true and accurate, what does a foreign god have to do with me?"

These few sentences basically hit the point. They are just casual acquaintances, there is no need for them to help each other, and there is no reason for them to help each other.

This is a chaotic universe full of twists and turns and all kinds of dangers, not a so-called gentle and humane place.

There was absolutely no need for Taylor to help or not.

Taylor's statement was quite clear and smart, and there was no possibility of him falling into fatigue.

Apparently, the supposed goddess rarely encountered such blatant disobedience, but Taylor was definitely one of them. Perhaps the powerful Lady Lilith was rarely disobeyed, in other words, it had been like this for the roughly 50,000 years that the Eldar had been so powerful.

It's no wonder that the Eldar gods always look down on others. Even though most of them are now slaves of the gods, some of the relatively free guys can't lower their proud heads.

The goddess who called herself Lilith said in an annoyed voice.

"What are you talking about, monkey?"

"Even your emperor wouldn't dare speak to me like that!"

Taylor answered without hesitation. "You forget you're no longer a god, ma'am."

"Your tribe has long been broken, your group of gods has long since fallen into decline. Born in the God of Joy, by now, you have become even less powerful than a demon with a name."

"Honestly, who would be afraid of you now?"

"Is a god reduced to serving as a human's assistant truly that noble?"

Lilith asked reluctantly. "So what do you mean? Watching me get killed by that madman?"

Taylor replied. "Of course. I want you to swear an oath so that you can be my assistant once, in exchange for something of equal value."

The being who called herself Lilith asked, "You know my name, my title, and yet you dare to call me that, like that?"

Taylor replied. "At the moment when the Eldar belief system was crumbling, and now that there are only a few Eldar left to worship you."

"How much power does the so-called goddess of fate have?"

The lady hesitated slightly, looking at the tall and thin man approaching quickly, looking at the gradually falling apart church and the twisted figure.

The goddess who called herself Lilith finally softened her attitude.

"I agree. Of course I agree to a stupid monkey enslaving me, don't I?"

Taylor said with a headache. "Your attitude needs a little work, but otherwise it's almost perfect."

"Like your attitude."

The woman replied with a wry smile. "If I hadn't been compassionate or humble enough just now, I would have reframed my words and said,

"You damn monkey, I promise you!"

Taylor watched the strange man approach, then sit next to him, cross his legs, and fidget with the red blanket and wooden seat beside him when he had nothing to do.

He seemed relaxed and at ease, but he was actually feeling uneasy inside.

This was the only lady he had working on his production line, and if anything went wrong with her, things would get pretty messy.

But he wanted more chips, and secondly, he couldn't leave his back to others. These two things forced Taylor to see clearly what was in front of him.

He was thinking about how to obtain God's oath, and as the tall and thin man of unknown identity approached, the being who called herself Lilith couldn't help but shout out.

"I promise you!"

"help me!"

Taylor replied immediately. "Of course, my lady."

"Nothing."

He picked up his chainsaw sword, and the powerful psionic energy and the power of the Emperor gathered around him, and then quickly offset the power of the Chaos Fang.

Taylor said with a smile after the corruption and death receded.

"Is it right this time, Mr. Typhons?"
