Dedicate loyalty to the good empire
Chapter 359: Guilliman loves the bathhouse
Chapter 359: Guilliman loves the bathhouse
After Taylor climbed out of the stinking Aix manure pit, he felt like he was pickled all over.
He arranged for a large room, several hundred square meters on Macragge's Glory, to be used as a cold storage room.
In it, incense and holy oils were used in large quantities, heat and moisture were deposited here, the ceiling was covered with beads of water, and the soldiers were naked and frank.
Whether they were Catachans or Cadians, or those homeless Skadi warriors under Taylor.
Even some space warriors or special forces, such as the Imperial Navy and Imperial pilots, would come here to relax from the fatigue of war.
Taylor was now sitting in a corner of the room, eating tasteless fruit to replenish his body fluids, crossing his legs, and watching a few bastards playing music with iron whistles.
This is one of the few entertainments for the rough guys on the battlefield. The officers blew one short and three long notes, and then said.
"Emperor, what is your order?"
The Cadians shouted. "Charge!"
The Catachan said. "Birdsong!"
The Skadi people haven't reacted yet.
A few of the answers had everyone laughing. The Cadians were laughing at the wrong answers, and the Catachans were laughing at those guys for taking this situation so seriously.
However, the noise stopped immediately when several giant men wearing golden armor walked in.
Taylor looked at the bright red ears of corn and seemed to see several red tasseled spears walking on the ground.
However, despite their laughter, when the giants stepped into the room, the Imperial soldiers, and even the Ultramarines who had been silently enjoying the atmosphere here, stood up.
The imperial guards, with exaggerated muscles like those of armored vehicles, walked in here in white loincloths and naturally found a seat next to Taylor.
It can be said that it is a man on top of a man, attacking from both sides.
However, Taylor knew very well that they came here just to take a shower, but he didn't know why the Imperial Guards came here.
He asked the Cornhead next to him.
"To the Emperor and all his war-apostles, what brings the Emperor's Guards here? I thought you had better baths than this."
"I imagine that you will have someone to cleanse you of the filth left by Chaos, and that you will have the finest things to cleanse your bodies, especially if you have a real bath."
"Rather than a shower cubicle with several taps."
The Imperial Guard replied. "That's not bad, at least I think it is. There are places dedicated to cleaning up the filth, and most importantly, comrades."
"But it's true that we are not so idle that we can come here for you."
Taylor said. "The only answer is that Lord Guilliman is coming."
“The allure of a large bathhouse to the Romans cannot be underestimated.”
He recognized the Corn Head as the one who had received him on Terra, and it was clear that he had become Guilliman's nanny.
Taylor quipped. "Too bad all I have here is a kettle, a glaring promethium lamp, and a stinking old man."
"If the Regent wants lead goblets and spouts carved in the shape of lions, large bathtubs and beautiful women, I must ask him to seek more."
The guard replied. "No, he came for you."
"You've been spending every day in the bathroom or in the cafeteria, basically working two shifts. Even the Regent can't find you."
Taylor said. "I was absolutely right to turn off the tablet and hide in the men's bathroom."
"You can't expect me to give you more tasks just because I just defeated a big demon!"
At this, he stood up to leave, but bumped into Guilliman's chest. The Regent was now stooped as he entered the room, and even though this was a huge cold storage room, Guilliman had to keep his head down to avoid hitting the ceiling.
Guilliman asked now. "Walking quickly, in such a hurry? I can have my scion do it for you."
"How about putting away your anxiety now and chatting with me."
He pulled Taylor to sit against the wall. Guilliman was, of course, now naked, with only a thin white scarf wrapped around his waist for covering.
However, the most perfect thing forged by the Emperor does not need to be covered up. His whole body is almost white and hairless, and his swollen muscle tissue has no dullness or slowness.
Like the musculature of a big cat, instead of dumb dead muscle with empty power.
The complex muscle fibers also provide the Primarch with endurance that is no less than that of a herbivore. In Taylor's words, this fist can smash him to pieces in one blow.
Almost under the pressure of the Regent, Taylor had to sit down and listen.
Taylor's last hope of escaping his job vanished as he watched the soldiers immediately disperse to give Guilliman space.
Guilliman patted Taylor on the shoulder and said naturally, "Let us celebrate the victory of the Battle of Aix."
Taylor said, "If that world is devastated and uninhabitable for hundreds of years, that's still a victory."
"If Kugath and Moarion escape, it will be considered a victory."
"Then we really have won."
Guilliman said. "You cannot always expect smooth sailing like we did against Magnus."
Taylor said. "I know, so you can't always think that things will be fine just because I intervene."
"We are alive this time only because of the Emperor's power. You keep saying you don't believe in faith, but it's about time you understood."
"My Lord Primarch, the Emperor's power truly exists, and as the Great Rift unfolds, it is growing stronger."
"Next, miracles and saints will appear more frequently, and the gods will not know that the Great Rift that seems to be their advantage is actually a bridge that allows the Emperor to intervene in the mortal world."
Guilliman wiped the sweat from his forehead and smiled. "As expected, your views differ greatly from Cawl's."
"That's right. The Mechanical Sage thinks so too."
Taylor said, "Oh, my lord, you only give me so many throne coins a month, and Lord Kaul is obviously more powerful than me, so why are you still holding on to me?"
Guilliman replied. "Because the Mastermind is only as powerful as it is when it is together."
Taylor asked. "So who do we have here now? Cawl's off doing archaeological work somewhere, Celestine's on the other side of the battle lines, and the Grand Inquisitor is fulfilling his responsibilities."
"I can't make a difference alone, let alone decide the fate of human civilization."
Guilliman smiled now. "Well, rise, we need to meet another member of the Mastermind."
Taylor said. "Could the Primarch go mad? Of all those elite mortals you recruited, I'm the only one left on this front."
"I don't know of any way to communicate across the galaxy unless the two people communicating are wizard masters no less than your brother Magnus!"
Guilliman said. "Cawl left behind a machine, though suspicious, but I command you now."
"Come with me to discuss the next strategy with it, and I invite you in the name of the Imperial Regent!"
Taylor sighed.
Finally, he is now digging a hole for his own future.
He proposed and he executed, this is the Blackhearted King Guilliman, who can use two of the same person!
