Chapter 187: Cardia Stands Firm, Part 2
The Blackstone Fortress landed above the obelisk array, and the gods' grim sneer echoed over Cadia.

The impact destroyed the Earth's core and tore Cadia apart. Now, as magma churns across this legendary fortress world, the Empire must admit it.

Kadia is dead.

Demons rolled out from the warp rifts, the gray sky was like a hell on earth under a volcanic eruption, and the ancient metal engines were like metal dragons, plundering the little peace in the air.

Taylor was standing on a Valkyrie transport plane, firing at those ugly things. To be honest, this was the first time he missed the greenskins so much.

At least those things would allow him to avoid having to face demons or enemies alone.

But now there is no complaining.

After his plasma gun hit a flying horror, he cursed, "Roglo, I don't blame you for faking your death, but now, let's get serious!"
