I will be the ruler of the three realms, in charge of the Heavenly Court, and I will call myself the Heavenly Emperor!!"

Its majestic aura swept across the Nine Provinces, and the illusory image of the Heavenly Emperor connected the heavens and the earth, expanding infinitely until it surpassed the Nine Provinces continent. Even Xu Qi'an, who was in the outer starry sky, could clearly see it.
