On either side of the lobby, the hotel set up lounge areas for fans and media. Peng Ruilin's fans held up signs reading "Rui Lin, We Love You" as they waited for their idol to appear. Before the signing ceremony, fans could participate in interactive activities to earn virtual currency, which could be redeemed for Qingxin Hotel products.

Liu Bowen took advantage of the brief moment when Han Qingyue was alone and came over to ask, "Boss, where's Mr. Lu? Why haven't I seen him? I remember he said he would come to the event today."

"He came from Shanghai and got off the plane two hours ago. He should be arriving soon."
