"Brother, why are you here..." Han Qingyue asked.

Lu Siqing turned around slowly, a smile curling up at the corner of his lips in surprise: "Lao Qin, you came back early? Isn't there a high-speed train tonight?"

After chatting and laughing for a while, Qin Wendong took a call and left. Lu Siqing looked at the time and saw that it was already lunchtime. "Qingyue, you must be hungry, right? Wait here, I'll make you something to eat!"

"Okay!" Han Qingyue nodded.

Lu Siqing left the bedroom and soon returned upstairs with a bowl of porridge and boiled eggs, placing them on the bedside table. Han Qingyue rarely ate such bland food, but remembering that she had a fever, she didn't ask for anything more.

Han Qingyue received a screenshot of the video and realized she seemed to have seen one of the people somewhere before, but she couldn't place it. Although she was frail, she insisted on going to work. Lu Siqing couldn't persuade her and had to take her to the hotel. In the car, he chose a soothing song and played it on loop. Han Qingyue felt very comfortable listening to it.
