After I died, they cried in the live studio

Chapter 56 The Storm Is Not Over 2

Chapter 56 The Storm Is Not Over 2
Yi Shuqi, Sang Shuwan and Sang Jiuyue were facing each other in the cafe. The atmosphere was as tense as a fully drawn bowstring, ready to explode at any moment. Chu Ling walked in and stared at Sang Jiuyue with cold eyes, which seemed to penetrate her soul and made her feel guilty.

Sang Jiuyue's eyes suddenly turned red. She bit her lip and said in a trembling voice: "Chu Ling, for so many years, I have been silently by your side, but you have never looked at me straight in the eye. Now for her, you treat me like this." As she spoke, her tears burst out and slid down her cheeks. She looked so pitiful, as if she had suffered great injustice.

Chu Ling frowned slightly, with a hint of impatience in his eyes: "Sang Jiuyue, you asked for this. You have done so many things to hurt Shu Qi, and you still want me to do something to you?"

Sang Jiuyue sobbed and covered her face with her hands: "I just love you too much and I don't want to lose you. I thought that if I let her leave, you would see my good side, but now I understand that in your heart, I am nothing." Her shoulders trembled slightly and she cried even more sadly, which made people feel pity for her.

Yi Shuqi watched from the side. Although she was angry at Sang Jiuyue's behavior, she couldn't bear it at the moment: "Sang Jiuyue, you can love Chu Ling, but you can't hurt others in this way."

Sang Jiuyue raised her tearful face and looked at Yi Shuqi: "It's easy for you to say that, you don't understand my pain at all. Now, I have lost miserably, are you satisfied?" After saying that, she staggered to her feet, wiped her tears with her hands, straightened her back pretending to be strong, turned around and walked towards the door.

Her steps were somewhat shaky, and each step seemed to have exhausted all her strength, as if all her energy had been drained away. When she reached the door, she paused, as if expecting Chu Ling to speak to keep her, but there was only silence behind her. She took a deep breath, opened the door, and disappeared from everyone's sight.

Chu Ling looked at her leaving back, feeling mixed emotions. Although he was angry at what Sang Jiuyue had done, he had known her for many years, and seeing her so sad was hard to bear. However, he quickly came to his senses, turned his head and looked at Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan, his eyes full of concern: "Are you okay? Were you hurt by her?"

Yi Shuqi shook her head: "I'm fine, I just didn't expect her to be like this."

Sang Shuwan also agreed: "Yes, her acting skills are pretty good this time. I was almost fooled by her."

Chu Ling nodded slightly: "You should be careful with her in the future. I'm worried that she won't give up so easily."

After the three of them left the cafe, they returned to their own lives. After Sang Jiuyue left the cafe, the sadness on her face instantly disappeared, replaced by a sinister look. She secretly swore in her heart that she would never let Yi Shuqi and Chu Ling go, and she would make them pay for what they did today.

After leaving the coffee shop, Sang Jiuyue changed her pitiful and heartbroken look and instantly put on a smug smile. She thought smugly that all this was in her plan and the scene with Chu Ling just now was perfect.

She had expected that Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan would be on guard against her, so she reached a private cooperation with Chu Ling in advance. Although Chu Ling did not completely agree with her style of doing things, in order to completely resolve the misunderstanding between her and Yi Shuqi and to bring out the possible greater conspiracy behind it, he cooperated with her in this play.

As Sang Jiyue walked, she recalled the reactions of Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan in the coffee shop. Their seemingly concerned looks and words made her feel ridiculous. She believed that after this incident, they would definitely relax their vigilance towards her, and this was exactly what she wanted.

Chu Ling's heart was very complicated at this time. On the one hand, he hoped that through this cooperation, Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan could stay away from danger, but on the other hand, he was worried that Sang Jiuyue would do something beyond his plan in the process. He looked at Sang Jiuyue's back as she left, secretly reminding himself to stay alert at all times.

After Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan returned to their residence, they began to discuss what happened in the cafe today. Sang Shuwan frowned and said, "I always feel that something is wrong with what happened today. Sang Jiuyue's reaction seems too deliberate."

Yi Shuqi also nodded in agreement: "I feel the same way, but seeing how sad she is, I think she may have really let it go. Maybe we are overthinking it."

However, what they didn't know was that a bigger crisis was quietly approaching. After Sang Jiuyue returned to her secret base, she began to contact a mysterious person, telling him in detail what happened in the cafe today and discussing the next plan.

"Things are going very smoothly this time. They have begun to relax their vigilance against me. Next, we will proceed according to the original plan. We must bring Yi Shuqi to ruin and make Chu Ling regret his decision today." Sang Jiuyue said viciously.

The mysterious man sneered on the other end of the phone: "Very good, but you have to be careful not to reveal our identity. If this plan succeeds, you will get everything you want."

After Sang Jiuyue hung up the phone, her eyes revealed a mad breath. She knew that she had embarked on a road of no return, but in order to achieve her goal, she was willing to do whatever it took. And whether Chu Ling, Yi Shuqi and Sang Shuwan can see through Sang Jiuyue's conspiracy and protect themselves and the people around them, and where this dispute in the entertainment industry will go, everything is still unknown.

Chu Ling stood at the door of the coffee shop, looking towards the end of the street from time to time, his fingers unconsciously trembling slightly at his side, his heart full of nervousness and anticipation. When the familiar figure appeared in his sight, he took a deep breath and tried to calm himself down.

Yi Shuqi approached with a slightly heavy step, her eyes revealed a complex emotion, doubt, and a hint of unspeakable expectation. She wore a plain knitted top and dark blue jeans, simple yet elegant, her hair casually draped over her shoulders, a few strands of hair fell on her cheeks, making her face look haggard but still moving.

Chu Ling stepped forward and said softly, "Shu Qi, thank you for coming." There was a barely perceptible tremor in his voice.

Yi Shuqi nodded slightly without saying anything, and the two walked into the coffee shop together. Chu Ling gentlemanly pulled out a chair for her, and after she sat down, he sat down opposite her.

For a moment, the two were speechless, and the air was filled with a subtle awkwardness and tension. Chu Ling was the first to break the silence. He clasped his hands and placed them on the table, his eyes locked tightly with Yi Shuqi's, and he said, "Shuqi, a lot of things have happened these days. I know you have suffered a lot of grievances, and I also know that you have many misunderstandings about me. But I asked you out today to tell you everything and completely resolve the misunderstandings between us."

Yi Shuqi raised her head and looked at Chu Ling, a gleam in her eyes: "Okay, then you tell me. I also hope to clarify all this. After all, I am really tired of being involved in all this inexplicably." Her voice was a little hoarse and full of fatigue.

Chu Ling frowned slightly, his eyes full of heartache: "Shu Qi, I never thought of hurting you. From the moment we broke up, I regretted it every day and missed you. The time we spent together is my most precious memory. How could I forget it so easily?"

Yi Shuqi's mouth corners slightly raised, but with a hint of bitterness: "But what happened later? Those people and things around you made me feel that the distance between us was getting farther and farther. Especially Sang Jiuyue, her actions made me feel like a chess piece being manipulated."

Chu Ling quickly explained, "Shu Qi, Sang Jiuyue and I have nothing to do with each other. Her actions were all her own wishful thinking. I was just confused by her appearance and didn't see her true face in time. But I promise you that from now on, I will draw a clear line with her and will not let her have the opportunity to hurt you again."

Yi Shuqi looked at Chu Ling quietly, as if judging the truth of his words. After a moment, she sighed softly: "Chu Ling, I believe you this time. But the relationship between us is no longer as simple as before. What happened in these years has made me cautious and I dare not trust anyone easily anymore."

Chu Ling reached out and held Yi Shuqi's hand on the table, and said with a firm look in his eyes: "Shuqi, give me a chance, let me walk into your life again, let me prove my feelings with actions. I will always be by your side, protect you, and never let you get hurt again."

Yi Shuqi's hand trembled slightly. She did not pull her hand back. Instead, she looked into Chu Ling's eyes and said softly, "Okay, I am willing to give us another chance. But this time, I hope we can be honest with each other and not have any more concealments or misunderstandings."

Chu Ling showed a happy smile on his face, and he nodded vigorously: "Of course, Shu Qi, I won't let you down again."

At this time, the music in the cafe was flowing gently, and people around were talking to each other, as if it was just an ordinary afternoon date. But for Chu Ling and Yi Shuqi, this was an important moment for them to re-examine their feelings for each other and resolve misunderstandings. They knew that the road ahead was still long and there were still many difficulties they needed to face together, but at this moment, they were willing to put down the burden of the past and move towards the future hand in hand.

The afternoon sun shines through the thin clouds, dappling on the city streets, adding a bit of tranquility and softness to this bustling city. In the street cafe, soothing music flows in every inch of the air like a gurgling stream, trying to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, but this note cannot soothe Sang Shuwan's agitated mood at the moment.

Sang Shuwan sat quietly in the corner of the coffee shop. The coffee in front of her had already cooled down, and a thin film of film condensed on the surface, just like her gloomy mood at the moment. Her eyes inadvertently swept to a couple not far in front of her - Yi Shuqi and Chu Ling, and she was suddenly shocked beyond words. Yi Shuqi nodded gently at Chu Ling. At that moment, Sang Shuwan felt as if the air around her had solidified and time had stopped.

Her eyes were wide open, full of shock, as if she had seen something out of the Arabian Nights. She knew Yi Shuqi's character and what she had gone through before, and she could never have imagined that she would make such a choice. Sang Shuwan was wearing a lotus pink knitted cardigan today, with a white silk shirt underneath, dark grey straight pants, and a pair of black low-heeled leather shoes. The overall outfit was simple and elegant. Her hair was neatly combed behind her head into a low bun, with a few strands of hair hanging on both sides of her cheeks, adding a bit of gentleness to her temperament. She didn't put too much makeup on her face, but a light lipstick added a touch of color to her slightly pale face.

Yi Shuqi sat opposite Chu Ling, her posture elegant and dignified. She wore a royal blue slim dress with a slightly open neckline, revealing her delicate collarbone, showing her femininity just right. Her hair was draped over her shoulders, swaying gently with her movements. She had a perfect smile on her face, which seemed gentle and sweet, but her eyes inadvertently revealed a hint of indifference and determination. She seemed to be listening attentively to Chu Ling's longing for a reunion, nodding slightly from time to time, and pursing her lips gently from time to time, but her hands under the table unconsciously clenched tightly, revealing her inner tension and anxiety. In fact, she was secretly calculating in her heart: this reunion was just a step in her plan, and she wanted to use this opportunity to thoroughly let Chu Ling taste the consequences of his betrayal and make him pay a painful price for his actions.

Trust crisis in the villa and its resolution with warmth

Sang Shuwan returned to the magnificent villa in a trance. The afterglow of the setting sun shone on the outer wall of the villa, reflecting a lonely and desolate light. Her footsteps were a little messy, and the sound of her high heels hitting the ground echoed in the empty hall, just like her complicated mood at the moment.

Walking into the living room, I saw Jiang Cimu sitting leisurely on the sofa. The warm yellow light poured down, outlining his tall figure. He was wearing a dark gray silk pajamas, with the collar slightly open, revealing his strong chest. His hair was a little messy, with a few strands of hair casually draped over his forehead, which further highlighted the concern in his deep eyes. He was flipping through a magazine in his hand nonchalantly, and he looked calm as if all the troubles in the world had nothing to do with him.

Sang Shuwan walked straight up to him, her face slightly pale, her eyebrows and eyes full of fatigue and confusion. She opened her red lips slightly, her voice trembling a little: "Ci Mu, do you know? I saw Yi Shuqi and Chu Ling together today." After that, she raised her hand to tuck the broken hair behind her ears, but her fingers trembled slightly inadvertently, revealing her inner restlessness. "Yi Shuqi...she actually agreed to Chu Ling's request for reconciliation."

Jiang Cimu's movements suddenly stopped, and the magazine slowly fell. He looked up at Sang Shuwan, and when their eyes met, a hint of hidden relief flashed across his eyes, but it was fleeting. He quickly regained his calm expression, and a faint arc appeared at the corner of his mouth: "This is good, Chu Ling probably won't bother you again, and won't mistake you for Yi Shuqi again."

Sang Shuwan frowned and stared into Jiang Cimu's eyes, as if trying to find out his true thoughts. She took a step back and folded her hands across her chest, as if this would give her some sense of security. "Are you really looking forward to their reunion?" Her voice unconsciously rose a few degrees, her eyes full of doubt and a hint of imperceptible anger.

A trace of panic flashed in Jiang Cimu's eyes. He quickly stood up and took a few steps towards Sang Shuwan. He held her shoulders with both hands, his eyes gentle and affectionate: "I just don't want you to be bothered by these trivial matters, Shuwan, I just hope you can be peaceful and happy. As for those insignificant people, just let them be."

Sang Shuwan raised her head slightly, and her eyes were full of mixed emotions, including doubt, attachment, and a hint of uneasiness, as she looked at Jiang Cimu. Her lips moved, wanting to say something, but in the end she just sighed softly and let Jiang Cimu hold her in his arms. The night outside the window was as dark as ink, and the villa was quiet and a little depressing, which vaguely indicated that the days to come might not be as peaceful as they seemed, and the relationship between them, in this seemingly ordinary conversation, quietly planted the seeds of subtle changes.

Yi Shuqi's difficult decision and brave move forward In the city night, the lights are on, and the hustle and bustle of the city is gradually blocked by the closed doors and windows. Yi Shuqi walks alone on the way home, and the dim street lights lengthen and shorten her figure, like a lonely silhouette.

She had a slender figure, wearing a simple black dress that perfectly outlined her slender waist and long legs. Her delicate face looked a little tired, but it could not hide the beauty between her eyebrows and eyes. However, her eyes were a little empty at the moment, as if they were carrying many unknown thoughts. Her long black hair was casually draped over her shoulders, swaying gently with her steps.

Finally, she returned to her apartment. Pushing open the door, the warm yellow light in the house sprinkled on the floor, creating a warm and quiet atmosphere. In the living room, the child's small body curled up on the soft carpet, surrounded by all kinds of toys. He slept soundly, his little face was rosy, like a ripe apple, and there was a faint smile on the corner of his mouth, perhaps he was dreaming of something sweet. Yi Shuqi gently closed the door and tiptoed towards the child, fearing that she would disturb his sweet dream. She slowly squatted down, her movements were as gentle as if she was protecting the most precious treasure in the world, her eyes full of love and pampering. She reached out her hand and gently straightened the messy hair on the child's forehead, and picked up the scattered toys one by one and neatly placed them in a storage box beside her. Looking at the child's quiet sleeping face, Yi Shuqi's mouth corners unconsciously rose, and her heart was filled with an emotion called happiness. At this moment, all the fatigue and troubles experienced during the day disappeared, and she only felt that such a peaceful and beautiful moment was the most precious treasure in her life.

"As long as he can grow up happily and carefree like this, everything I have done is worth it." Yi Shuqi thought silently in her heart, her eyes becoming more and more determined. However, at this moment, her eyes fell on the mobile phone not far away, and her eyes changed slightly, as if a cold light flashed. At that moment, she seemed to have changed from a gentle mother back to the woman who had experienced hardships in life but was tenacious. She took a deep breath, slowly stood up, straightened her back, and walked towards the sofa. Every step she took was steady and firm, as if she was moving towards a predetermined destiny.

Yi Shuqi picked up the phone, slid her finger across the screen, and found Chu Ling's number. Her fingers trembled slightly, which was a manifestation of the tension and determination deep in her heart. She took a deep breath again, as if to muster up courage, and then pressed the dial button. The moment the call was connected, she held the phone tightly, close to her ear, and after a few seconds of silence, she said in an unquestionable tone: "Chu Ling, let's get married."

Chu Ling on the other end of the phone seemed surprised by the sudden words. After a brief silence, he shouted in ecstasy: "Really? Qiqi, are you serious? I can't believe it! I'm so happy, I've been looking forward to this day, but I didn't expect you to agree so quickly!" Chu Ling's voice trembled with excitement, with a bit of eagerness and unbelievable surprise.

Yi Shuqi closed her eyes slightly, listening to Chu Ling's cheers, and a complex arc appeared at the corner of her mouth. In this arc, there is a sense of relief from the past, confusion about the unknown future, but more of a determination to burn the boats. "Well, I've thought about it." She said softly, her voice was gentle, but it revealed an unshakable strength.

After hanging up the phone, Yi Shuqi suddenly collapsed on the sofa, as if all the strength in her body was drained at this moment. She stared at the ceiling blankly, her eyes empty and confused, and her thoughts drifted back to the past. She remembered the sweetness and quarrels with Chu Ling, the days of betrayal and hurt, and the hardship of struggling to survive with her child alone. But at this moment, she decided to let go of the past grievances and choose a new path for the sake of her child and herself.

After an unknown amount of time, Yi Shuqi came back to her senses. She picked up her phone, swiped her finger across the address book, and finally stopped at Sang Shuwan's name. She knew that this decision would affect many people, and Sang Shuwan, as her former friend and an important figure in this emotional entanglement, had the right to know the news. She pressed the dial button, and the moment the call was connected, she tried to make her voice sound calm: "Shuwan, I'm getting married, with Chu Ling."

Sang Shuwan on the other end of the phone was obviously shocked by the news. After a brief silence, there was a surprised and confused "What?" Yi Shuqi seemed to see the expression of disbelief on Sang Shuwan's face. She smiled bitterly and continued, "I know you may feel it is very sudden, but this is my decision. I want to build a complete home for myself and my children. Let the past be the past." Yi Shuqi's voice was a little hoarse, with a hint of imperceptible sobs. It was her farewell to her past life and her expectation for the future.

Sang Shuwan was silent for a long time on the other end of the phone, then said softly: "Qiqi, have you really thought it through? I'm just worried that you'll get hurt again." Yi Shuqi closed her eyes slightly, tears welling up in her eyes, but she tried hard not to let them fall. "I've thought it through, Shuwan. This time, I will take responsibility for my choice." Her voice was firm and powerful, as if she was declaring to Sang Shuwan, and also as if she was cheering herself up.

After hanging up the phone, Yi Shuqi leaned on the sofa, tears finally bursting out of her eyes. She didn't know whether her decision was right or wrong, but she had no way out. The night outside the window was getting darker, the lights of the city were still flickering, and her life was about to usher in a new storm on this seemingly calm night. But no matter what the future holds, she will bravely move forward, for her children and for the desire for happiness in her heart.

Sang Shuwan's late night exploration and true love protection

The night was like a heavy curtain, tightly covering the city. Everything was silent, except for the light in the corner of Sang Shuwan's apartment, stubbornly tearing open a corner of the darkness. Sang Shuwan leaned on the sofa, the moonlight shone through the gauze curtains, casting mottled shadows on the ground, just like her messy mood at the moment. The moment the phone screen lit up, the short text message was like a sharp dagger, piercing straight into her heart - "Shuwan, I'm getting married, with Chu Ling."

Sang Shuwan's eyes widened instantly, full of shock and confusion. Her hand holding the phone trembled slightly, and her face turned pale as paper. "How could this happen? This is too sudden..." She whispered softly, frowning, her mind racing, trying to sort out this sudden situation. After a moment, she took a deep breath, as if she had made some kind of decision, and stood up and walked towards Jiang Cimu's room.

Standing in front of Jiang Cimu's door, Sang Shuwan stopped. She subconsciously tidied her messy hair and pulled the loose white nightgown on her body. The collar of the nightgown was slightly open, revealing a small part of her white neck. The clavicle was faintly visible in the moonlight, adding a bit of charming charm. The folds of the nightgown became smoother under her gentle caress, but her heart was still restless. She bit her lower lip lightly and raised her hand to knock on the door.

"Knock knock knock," the knocking sound was particularly clear in the quiet corridor.

"Who?" Jiang Cimu's familiar and magnetic voice came from the room, with a hint of laziness as if he had just woken up.

"It's me, Cimu, Shuwan." Sang Shuwan's voice was gentle but could not hide his anxiety.

The door slowly opened, and Jiang Cimu's tall figure appeared in front of him. He was wearing a dark grey pajamas, his hair was a little messy, with a few strands of hair casually draped over his forehead, which further highlighted the concern in his deep eyes. The moment he saw Sang Shuwan, his eyes instantly became clear and focused.

"Shuwan, it's so late, what's wrong?" Jiang Cimu asked softly, stepping aside to let Sang Shuwan walk into the room.

Jiang Cimu's room was decorated simply and warmly. The warm yellow light poured out from the bedside table lamp, adding a soft atmosphere to the whole room. A comfortable big bed occupied a corner of the room, and the quilt was neatly folded at the head of the bed. There was a desk near the window, which was piled with books and documents, and a chair was casually leaning against the desk.

Sang Shuwan walked straight to the desk, picked up a small ornament on the desk, and rubbed it unconsciously with her fingers, trying to relieve her inner tension. It was a crystal ball with a small Eiffel Tower inlaid inside, shining charmingly under the light. She turned around and looked at Jiang Cimu, her eyes full of confusion: "Cimu, Yi Shuqi sent me a text message saying that she is going to marry Chu Ling. This is too sudden. Didn't you say before that their reunion was just a momentary impulse and there would be no result?"

Jiang Cimu frowned slightly, with a hint of doubt in his eyes: "It's really unexpected. I thought they just reconciled briefly, after all, there were many conflicts between them before." He walked to Sang Shuwan and gently held her hand, trying to give her some comfort. His hand was large and warm, tightly wrapped around Sang Shuwan's little hand, making her feel a little relieved. "Maybe something happened between them that we don't know about, which made Yi Shuqi change her mind."

Sang Shuwan nodded slightly, but seemed to suddenly remember something, and looked up at Jiang Cimu: "Do you think there is someone pushing this behind the scenes? For example, Chu Ling's family or friends around Yi Shuqi?" There was a hint of worry in her eyes, and she held Jiang Cimu's hand tightly, as if it was her only support at the moment.

Jiang Ci Mu pondered for a moment and shook his head: "Not really. Chu Ling's family has never been satisfied with Yi Shuqi. When they broke up before, Chu Ling's family also had a certain influence. As for Yi Shuqi's friends, I'm not sure if there are such people around her." His voice was steady and firm, and there was a hint of thought in his eyes.

"Could it be Chu Ling? Does he have other purposes?" Sang Shuwan's eyes were full of doubts. She let go of Jiang Cimu's hand and paced back and forth in the room, her thoughts becoming more and more confused. "Yi Shuqi has a child. Chu Ling suddenly wants to marry her so actively. Could it be for the child?"

Jiang Cimu looked at Sang Shuwan's anxious expression, and felt distressed. He walked forward, gently hugged Sang Shuwan, and let her lean on his arms. He rested his chin on the top of Sang Shuwan's head, gently stroking it, and said in a gentle but firm voice: "Don't worry, Shuwan. Let's not make random guesses first. I will find out the details. Maybe things are not as complicated as we think."

Sang Shuwan leaned in Jiang Cimu's arms, listening to his steady heartbeat, and her mood gradually calmed down. She raised her head slightly and looked into Jiang Cimu's eyes: "Cimu, I'm just worried that Yi Shuqi will be hurt again. She has been through so much, and I don't want to see her repeat the same mistakes." Her eyes were full of concern and worry for her friend.

Jiang Ci Mu gently stroked Sang Shuwan's hair, with a hint of tenderness in his eyes: "I know you are a kind girl. We will do our best to help Yi Shuqi. No matter what happens, I will be with you." His voice was low and magnetic, as if it had a magical power that made Sang Shuwan feel at ease.

Sang Shuwan nodded with a smile on her face: "Thank you, Ci Mu. I feel at ease with you by my side." Her eyes were full of trust and dependence on Jiang Ci Mu, and her hands were tightly around his waist.

Jiang Ci Mu gently kissed Sang Shuwan's forehead: "Silly girl, this is what I should do. You go back and rest first, and don't think too much. I will go and inquire about the situation tomorrow, and I will tell you the first time I have any news." His eyes were full of love and pampering, and he gently let go of Sang Shuwan.

Sang Shuwan nodded and turned to walk towards the door. When she reached the door, she looked back at Jiang Cimu and said, "Then you should also go to bed early. Good night."

"Good night, have a good dream." Jiang Cimu said with a smile, watching Sang Shuwan's back disappear at the door, his eyes revealed a trace of solemnity. He knew that there must be some unknown secrets behind this matter, and he must find out the truth as soon as possible, not only for Sang Shuwan, but also for Yi Shuqi.

Outside the window, the night is still deep, and the lights of the city flicker faintly in the darkness, as if telling unknown stories. In this quiet night, the lives of Sang Shuwan and Jiang Cimu are also stirred up by this sudden news. The road ahead is full of unknowns and challenges, but they rely on each other and are determined to face it all together.

Chu Ling's joy and Sang Jiuyue's plan
Chu Ling sat alone in the spacious living room of his home. The afternoon sun shone through the huge French windows onto the expensive marble floor, reflecting a cool light, just like his mood during this period. The decoration in the living room was luxurious yet stylish. The leather sofa, crystal chandelier and art paintings on the wall all showed the owner's taste and wealth. However, all of this lost its color in Chu Ling's eyes.

He was wearing a white shirt with his collar slightly open and his sleeves casually rolled up, revealing his strong wheat-colored arms. His hair was a little messy, as if he had just run his hands through it, and his eyes revealed a trace of fatigue and confusion. At this moment, the screen of his mobile phone lit up, and a text message from Yi Shuqi made him open his eyes wide instantly, and the fatigue on his face was swept away, replaced by full of shock and indescribable joy.

"I'm getting married, with you." These few short words, like thunder in spring, exploded in his heart. Chu Ling's hands trembled slightly, and the fingers holding the phone turned white because of the force. He repeatedly confirmed the content of the text message, fearing that it was his own hallucination. After a few seconds, the excitement overwhelmed him like a flood. He stood up suddenly from the sofa, his tall figure paced back and forth in the living room, and kept muttering: "Really? Is this true? Qiqi is finally willing to marry me!"

Chu Ling was not aware of the trap that might be hidden behind this. In his mind, Yi Shuqi's change of heart was a blessing from God. He recalled the sweet time he had spent with Yi Shuqi. Those beautiful memories shone in his heart like bright stars. They had strolled under the cherry blossom trees, with petals falling like snow on their shoulders. They had also hugged each other at the beach, listening to the sound of the waves and making a lifelong commitment. Now, these memories are like flames, igniting his deep longing and desire for the future.

In another corner of the living room, Sang Jiuyue was sitting on the sofa, seemingly flipping through a fashion magazine leisurely, but in fact, she was secretly observing Chu Ling's every move. She was wearing a tight red short skirt today, which showed her curvy figure to the fullest. The length of the skirt just reached the middle of the thigh, revealing her fair and slender legs. She was wearing a pair of black high heels, and the rhinestones on the uppers sparkled in the sun. Her hair was curled into big waves and draped over her shoulders. Her face was delicately made up, the color of the eyeshadow was just right, and the color of the lipstick was bright and eye-catching. However, this beautiful face was slightly distorted because of jealousy.

When Sang Jiuyue heard Chu Ling excitedly talking about marrying Yi Shuqi, her hands trembled violently, and the magazine slipped from her hands and fell to the ground with a slight sound. Her eyes widened instantly, her eyes were full of shock and anger, and she seemed to be unable to believe her ears. After a few seconds, she stood up from the sofa, clenched her hands into fists, and her nails dug deep into her palms, leaving deep marks.

"How is it possible? How could she agree to marry him?" Sang Jiuyue roared in her heart, the flame of jealousy burning in her heart, making her almost lose her mind. She thought of everything she had done to get Chu Ling, and those unscrupulous pasts were like poisonous snakes entwined in her heart. She once thought that Chu Ling would eventually belong to her, but now Yi Shuqi's appearance has shattered all her fantasies.

However, Sang Jiuyue was a person who was good at disguising herself after all. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down. She knew that being impulsive at this moment would only make things worse. She slowly sat back on the sofa, a hint of viciousness in her eyes, and began to think of a new plan in her mind.

"Chu Ling, do you think you can marry her easily? I won't let you succeed." Sang Jiuyue swore secretly in her heart, the corners of her mouth slightly raised, revealing a sneer, that smile was like frost in the cold winter, making people shudder.

Chu Ling didn't notice Sang Jiuyue's abnormality at all. He was immersed in the joy of getting married to Yi Shuqi. He picked up his phone and quickly replied to the text message: "Okay, Qiqi, I'm so happy! I will definitely be responsible for you and the child. We will be a happy family." After sending the text message, he sat on the sofa again, leaned back, closed his eyes, and began to look forward to the future life with a happy smile on his face. He imagined himself and Yi Shuqi walking into the palace of marriage hand in hand, with relatives and friends blessing them from the audience; he imagined them taking care of the child together and watching the child grow up slowly. The warm picture kept playing in his mind like a movie.

Sang Jiuyue sat aside, watching Chu Ling quietly, with jealousy and hatred growing stronger. She knew that she had to take action as soon as possible, otherwise she would lose Chu Ling forever. In this seemingly peaceful afternoon, a new storm was quietly brewing, about to sweep everyone's life.
