After understanding three hundred volumes of Buddhist scriptures, one can see the truth with wisdom.

From then on, Xuanming continued to translate scriptures, specializing in the Three Hundred Sutras, reading them over and over again, studying them tirelessly, and writing them tirelessly.

He read every Taoist scripture carefully thousands of times, understanding, tasting, considering and realizing every word and sentence.

It is the indifference and freedom that comes from being rooted deep in the mountains.

Only the words of the great Dao suddenly flooded into my heart.

The blessing came to his mind and sounded from his mouth. The words left his mouth, reached his ears, and entered his heart.

"…There is Huangting above and Guanyuan below, Youque behind and Mingmen in front. Breathing in the room enters Dantian, and the clear water in the Jade Pool nourishes the spiritual roots…"

The sound of Tao was faint at first, then gradually became louder.

Finally, it was like the roar of thunder at the beginning of the world.

A ray of light blooms between the words on the avenue.

The universe was broken, and the world was created. Wuji gave birth to Taiji, and Taiji gave birth to Liangyi.

He saw the separation of clear and turbid, the flow of yin and yang, and the evolution of water and fire, which turned into an endless supply of vital energy to nourish the new world. Finally, the fetal membrane was formed, and the outline of heaven and earth began to take shape.

The energy of Hongmeng cannot be extinguished.

In a trance, Xuanming heard the roars of dragons and tigers.

It was a god, shrouded in endless divine light. Although it was not clear, it was eternal and majestic.

Just looking at it makes me feel at peace and refreshed.

The god disintegrated and turned into eight streams of light, evolving into the Bagua pattern, with the five colors of blue, white, red, yellow and black flowing.

Mountains rise from the ground and rivers rush across the sky.

Among them, one god is the most sacred, emitting endless ochre divine light, commanding the seven gods, maintaining the world, driving the operation of heaven and earth, and promoting the creation and growth of all things.

Xuanming was immersed in it.

Until a cock crows.

He suddenly came back to his senses, having emerged from that mysterious state.

His mind entered the mysterious gate, and the "Huangting Waijing Yujing" fell silent again. Although it was a pity, Xuanming had no regrets.

To be able to have such good fortune is already a great blessing.

If you are dissatisfied and greedy, you will fall into confusion, worry about yourself and trap yourself in mental difficulties.

He always had a clear mind on this point.

Only by not restricting yourself can you always be pure.

After one night of contemplating Buddhist scriptures and attaining enlightenment, he did not look tired at all, but rather full of energy, although he was sixty years old.

This world is full of inspiration.

Spiritual practice is very popular, with hundreds of schools of thought contending and various methods flourishing.

Taoist practice is divided into three stages: refining essence, refining qi, and refining spirit. Refining essence has four stages, which are:

Regulate yin and yang, nourish essence and energy, and check for leaks and fill in the deficiencies.

The Hundred Days Barrier, take Kan and fill Li, and build the foundation in 100 days.

The jade liquid condenses, the gas turns into liquid, and all rivers return to the sea.

The flower blooms, water and fire are in harmony, and the elixir turns into elixir.

Xuanming is in the second realm.

The hundred-day foundation-building process is dangerous and requires communicating with the kidney spirit, intercepting the creation from the true yang and true yin. Only when the yin and yang are integrated can an endless supply of energy be produced, so that the innate essence can be transformed into acquired magic power.

In this process, desires stand in the way.

Every day is harder than the last, and my desires are growing stronger.

If you cannot control yourself, you will fail to build your foundation, and all your efforts will be in vain, with no hope of a bright future.

Xuanming is fine and unaffected.

Not only because he is older and has stronger concentration, but also because he gained enlightenment last night and realized three methods from the "Huangting Waijing Jing", one of which is the Qingjing Jue.

It comes from the pure energy that spans heaven and earth.

The sword of wisdom can cut off desires, protect the clarity of the spiritual platform, and keep the mind of Tao pure.

Xuanming got up from the bed and walked out of the room.

She tiptoes lightly, her body is as light as a swallow, she stands on the top of the vigorous old pine tree, her toes lightly touch the branches and leaves, as light as a feather.

Looking from a high place, I saw the east was already bright, the red sun was rising, and the first ray of light was shining through the vast sea of clouds.

Xuanming sat cross-legged on the treetop, practicing his magic to collect and refine the purple energy of the morning glow.

Yesterday, in front of the Sutra Repository.

The foundation-building chapter that he comprehended under the guidance of the energy in the Huangting Sutra is fully named the Yin-Yang Hunyuan Yiqi Jue.

Wuji produces Tai Chi, and Tai Chi produces Liangyi.

This is the ultimate truth of the evolution of heaven and earth.

The Hunyuan Yiqi Jue goes the other way. It traces back to the source, takes Yin and Yang as the foundation, and further returns to Hunyuan, gathering Hunyuan Qi. Once you survive the 100-day barrier, you can build the foundation of the great way, without leaks or defects, without dirt or dust, and pure and natural.

Whether it is the foundation or the potential, they are far superior to those of the same level.

Because of this, this method is very difficult, and days are used as years.

Get up every morning to collect the purple energy of the sun, and collect the moonlight of the moon at night, and condense it into Hunyuan Qi when Yin and Yang are in harmony.

Every time you refine Yin and Yang and synthesize Hunyuan Qi, it is equivalent to polishing your foundation for a year.

As your foundation grows stronger year by year (day), your desires will also increase exponentially, hundreds or thousands of times that of the same level, and the process will be arduous and difficult.

Don't slack off halfway, otherwise all your efforts will be wasted.

The most important thing is that the interaction between yin and yang and their mutual restraint to form the Hunyuan Qi is easier said than done.

Xuanming was able to successfully reverse yin and yang and combine them into one because of the mysterious energy of the Huangting Sutra.

If other practitioners do not have the support of Qi, they will be dead.

Therefore, he omitted the Hunyuan part and said that what he comprehended was the Yin-Yang foundation-building chapter.

It is not only a protection for all, to prevent the news from leaking out and attracting greater intrigue, but also it allows for the possibility of success.

Otherwise, even if the Hunyuan Foundation Building Chapter was given to them, they would only be confused and stare in a daze.
