Chapter 201 Group Expeditions (Expeditions Side Quest)
"Since we can't go to Onfaros now, what do you think we should do?" Gongsun Ming asked, lying back on the sofa.

"If you're bored, I have a few interesting planetary coordinates that you can explore." Ye Tianyu used his power to conjure the shapes of several planets.

"The first one is a medieval world, a time when technology was weak and swords and magic were the main themes. It's a world without star systems connecting it to other planets, and the energy it uses isn't imaginary energy. The power of destiny has little influence there, so the recharge of imaginary energy is very slow, and it might not even be able to recover at all," Ye Tianyu said, pointing to a planet filled with natural energy.

As he made the decision, basic information about the planet was displayed before everyone.

"This world has magic? That's quite interesting. And there's no imaginary number in it..." The Great Black Tower, who had initially shown little interest upon hearing that this world had magic, suddenly became somewhat interested.

"The second is a planet with a culture somewhat similar to Punklords, but with a slightly weaker level of technology. Compared to Punklords, this planet has more severe air pollution and a more pronounced class division. Prosthetic limb modifications are used whenever possible, regardless of the side effects. Like the previous one, it is a world without star orbit connections and without imaginary energy."

"Oh? Great Demon King, are you implying that I should go by name?" Silver Wolf said, blowing bubble gum.

"Little silver wolf, eat less sugar, or you'll get cavities," Seele gently reminded him.

"Okay, I understand, Sister Seele." Silver Wolf consciously spat out the chewing gum, wrapped it up, and threw it into the train's trash can.

Kafka, standing to the side, found Silver Wolf's docile demeanor unexpectedly endearing.

"Question: Mr. Tianyu, are there any awakened intelligent machines in this world? And can I participate in this exploration?" Screw Gum asked with some interest when he heard about the second planet.

"There should be more. I've briefly looked into the history of this world before, and there was once a machine war here. You'll only know the specific details if you go and find out for yourselves. As for the matter of pioneering, please ask the train conductor."

"There are no rules on the train that forbid temporary passengers from exploring Pam. So, Screwgun passenger, if you want to explore, we won't stop you. This also applies to all passengers who board the train," Pam explained his position. "However, temporary passengers receive very little assistance; for example, there are limitations on the protection of their exploration power and the use of exploration anchors."

"Thank you for your reminder and permission, Train Conductor Pam," Screws said, expressing his gratitude for being able to join the expedition.

"The third one is a more challenging world. This world is dominated by eerie and ghostly creatures. Humans here are selected to become 'players' and enter a place called the Ghost Realm to survive. 'Players' must abide by the rules, or they will be killed by the eerie creatures. The eerie creatures can also increase their power by exploiting the negative emotions generated after a 'player' dies." Ye Tianyu pointed to a world that was half black and half had the appearance of an ordinary planet.

"Oh? This world is quite interesting. I wonder... if I can find fear in this world?" After hearing about this worldview, Kafka immediately wanted to follow the train crew to explore it.

"Go if you want, we have no right to stop you," Himeko retorted.

"Oh? Himeko, don't you want me to help your train crew with their expansion?" Kaffa said to Himeko with a hint of provocation.

"There's no need for that," Himeko said, rolling her eyes in exasperation.

"Which of these three planets do you want to go to? You can choose to go separately or explore together." Ye Tianyu separated the miniature versions of the three planets, creating three options.

Will you choose a world of swords and magic?
Or a cyberpunk-esque wasteland?
Or is it a bizarre world?

“Although I would like to participate, I’m very sorry, I have important matters to attend to in Teyvat, so I have to leave for a while,” Jiang Tianxing said.

"I'm sorry, me too. The World Tree can't be left unattended, so I should go back too," Bai Zhi (the Great Tree King) said apologetically. "Please take care of Narcida and Klee during this time."

"Aren't you planning to take them back with you?" Gongsun Ming asked.

"No, let them play a little longer. We can handle things there," Bai Zhi replied.

"Don't worry, Ms. Baizhi, we will protect them," Himeko replied solemnly.

"I feel much more at ease with Ji Zi's answer," Bai Zhi said with gratitude.

"So, which of you is going to these next three planets?" Ye Tianyu asked.

After a while of whispering among themselves, the group split up.

The Great Black Tower, Sirin, Cecilia, Luna Shaniat (Silly Goose), Klee, and Narcida travel to the planet of swords and magic.

Velvet, Silver Wolf, Screw Gum, Sakura, Rin, and Himeko Murata travel to a cyberpunk planet. Mebius, Kafka, Blade (Yingxing), Kosmo, Gongsun Ming, Hu Xiaoyao, Hua, and Xiaoshi travel to a bizarre world.

Of course, there are exceptions, such as Gretchen, who did not intend to go to these planets, but instead wanted to visit Teyvat.

When she returned to Earth, she learned about Teyvat from her brothers. She was curious and excited about her upcoming trip to Teyvat.

However, she was the only one who went with Jiang Tianxing, because her parents decided to return to Earth to retire.

To put it another way...

"I'm old now, I'm retired, and it's not suitable for me to run around like a young person."

When Gongsun Ming said those words, he was filled with contempt.

Kevin practically dragged the other person into the car.

Everyone is busy with their own things now, and he doesn't plan to stay any longer; he'll find an opportunity to go back.

Instead of just sitting here doing nothing, I should go find Siegfried and his friends for a drink.

Of course, whether or not she can drink it depends on Blanca's mood.

After everyone was divided into groups, Ye Tianyu opened four teleportation channels, one to the three planets that were about to be explored, and the other to the Teyvat continent.

The first portal was led by the Great Black Tower wielding her magic wand, with Cecilia carrying Klee and Narcida, and Sirin and the Silly Goose standing behind them.

Sirin held her large scissors, and the goose held a lance, like a magical girl and a knight.

The other team was led by Silver Wolf, the "strongest" player in Punk Lords.

Knowing that he was leading the team, and that Screw and Goom were in the team, Silver Wolf's nose was practically poking through the roof of the train.

The last team was led by Kafka.

Although Himeko doesn't particularly like Kaffa, she's still quite reassured that she has her team leading the exploration of this planet.

Kosmo was torn between going to the supernatural world or taking care of Gretchen.

After all, Gretchen is his "sister," and as her older brother, he has to take care of her.

So he originally planned to accompany Gretsch to Teyvat, but Gretsch, who saw through him, refused.

When Kosmo heard Gretsch say that she didn't need to come with him, he thought that Gretsch was looking down on him.

But after Gretchen's constant explanations, she was finally allowed to join the group heading to the strange world.

As for Hu Xiaoyao, Hua He, and Xiao Shi, in reality only Xiao Shi wanted to go; the two "old people" were just playing with the child.

If you really want to break through the barrier, one use of the Void Sword God technique is enough.

After all, the eerie is essentially a ghost, and ghosts are consciousness entities, so what's most dangerous are weapons that specifically target consciousness.

Furthermore, for someone like Xiaoshi who knows how to manipulate powers, this world would be nothing more than a game of make-believe for her. (Just kidding, the ordinary world is also a game of make-believe.)
As for Gongsun Ming, he simply wanted to try and see if he could pull off a miracle by using great force to deal with the strange creatures.
