Chapter 775 A Real Rest

Liu Yifei only did cameo roles when she was a child, and she hasn't done it since.

First, she has no shortage of leading roles; second, she is not the type to use cameo appearances or special appearances to cultivate connections; and third, her star power and fame are so great that many production teams would not even consider inviting her for a cameo role.

"Hey? Where's Yifei? Isn't she home?"

"When her mother and some of her old colleagues from the theater came to Yanjing, the mother and daughter went to entertain them, but I thought it was too noisy and didn't go."

This explanation was sufficient, but since Li Qiutang hadn't arrived, the group's conversation still revolved around him.

The cat ignored her, so she grabbed the Pomeranian that was trying to please her from beside her feet, put it on her lap, and gave the dog's head a good rub.

"This dog seems to have been given to you by Fan Bingbing, right?" Li Qiutang suddenly said.

"I didn't buy anything." Liu Yifei and Li Qiutang rarely shop online.

“I bought it,” Li Qiutang said.

The package arrived, and Li Qiutang opened it in front of Liu Yifei. It contained a long, rectangular black box.

Liu Yifei didn't know what it was, but she recognized the SONY logo on it. "What's this Sony product?"

"PS4, a game console."

Liu Yifei rolled her eyes. Li Qiutang was never a gamer. "You really have nothing better to do than buy a game console now."

"Let's play."

"You really mean it when you say you're taking a break." Liu Yifei hadn't expected him to actually be taking a break, and he even bought a game console to play.

"What else?" Li Qiutang said while fiddling with the game console. "I just made a 60 billion movie, what's wrong with enjoying it? Why isn't there an instruction manual?" Apart from the game console, a few cables, and an official controller, there was nothing else in the box. "Aren't the Japanese supposed to be meticulous? How come there isn't even an instruction manual?"

Li Qiutang had never dealt with this kind of thing before; he bought it on a whim because he really didn't know anything about it.

"Serves him right, playing video games like a child at 35."

"How dare you criticize me? I don't know who's so afraid of dying in the game, hiding in the grass and not daring to come out, getting scolded by teammates and not daring to talk back." Watching Liu Yifei play games is simply hilarious.

Liu Yifei would never admit that she was bad at the game. She said that this was her strategy, but every time she didn't have a chance to use it, her teammates would all die, so she couldn't blame herself.

"Just be tough."

No manual was needed, there were plenty of tutorials online, and Li Qiutang quickly understood how to install the machine.

Liu Yifei yawned and said, "Come upstairs with me and lie down for a while."
