Foolish Brother Odin

Chapter 400 Nonviolent Non-cooperation

Chapter 400 Nonviolent Non-cooperation
The world of Ashanti has been destroyed.

If the last time the Hittite world was deprived of a large amount of elements, the whole world was first like a sieve, and then turned into a crumpled and tightly packed 'paper ball', then this time the Ashanti world is a crushed honeycomb.

With the spatial barrier gone, the gods of Magna Greece could clearly see the countless enormous holes on it through divine vision.

If the hole is larger than the supporting structure, then the world cannot possibly be sustained.

"O world! My world—" The cry of Niamey, the former king of the Ashanti gods, echoed in the ears of every subordinate Greek god.

The obvious reason is that the opposing Aesir gods are too fierce, and their gods are numerous and powerful.

The underlying reason, of course, was that the Greek gods refused to help them, forcing these subordinate gods to their deaths.

Athena gazed silently at the collapsing world of Ashanti with an inorganic look, and after a long while, she withdrew her gaze.

"Next up, at the top of the Kusitik world," Athena announced the next unlucky one.

Your Highness, the former god-kings trembled. Those who were not called out secretly rejoiced, while the former god-king Engandi, who was called out, first looked gloomy, then stepped forward and bowed to Athena.

"Your Majesty Athena, please forgive the Cycetic pantheon... for not being able to do it."

When the words "cannot be done" were uttered, almost every subordinate god in the temple was terrified.

Has Ngandi gone mad?

Doesn't he know what the consequences of disobeying orders will be?

Despite Athena's beautiful appearance and seemingly easygoing nature, any deity who knows even a little about this goddess-king knows that she is extremely capable and decisive, never dragging her feet.

Over the past century, she has slaughtered dozens of gods.

Which of these former god-kings wasn't completely subdued by her?

Many minor pantheons were terribly harmed by her. A group of gods became obedient and were then given to Zeus, and finally transferred to the twelve Olympian gods as fiefdoms.

Athena's sword-like eyebrows were raised in a cold and imposing manner, and her terrifying divine power, which was not angry, filled the entire temple. Even before she could lift a finger, and before her subordinate goddess Nike, the goddess of victory, could open her mouth, the archbishop under her command stepped forward and rebuked Ngandi.

"Foolish inferior god, do you know your place? Remember! You are responsible for every word you say!"

The sight of a mortal archbishop rebuking a former god-king was an eyesore to the gods.

Sometimes, the disparity in status brought about by divine authority is just that stark.

Athena did not reprimand her archbishop, and the implication was all too clear.

To everyone's surprise, Ngandi kowtowed deeply.

“For the future of millions of Kusitik mortals and tens of millions of other lives in the world, Ngandi is willing to die.”

"Then die!" Athena uttered a cold pronouncement from her bright red lips.

As her divine voice faded, the divine incantation was activated on the spot.

In front of all the former gods, Engandi died on the spot, his soul scattered, leaving only a wisp of his soul, which fell into Athena's hands.

Athena cruelly declared, "You shall go and stay in Tartarus!"

Death is not the end for gods.

Being cast into hell and subjected to eternal torment—that's true terror.

The Archbishop of Athena's face was as black as the bottom of a pot. He shouted to the attendants outside, "Have a different deity from Kushitik come up to receive the imperial decree!"

Before long, Kaleba arrived.

This is Ngandi's right-hand man.

Once again, something astonishing happened.

Kaleba arrived, prostrating himself in reverence: "Your Majesty Athena, if you wish for me to destroy the world of Cythys, then please execute me as well!" "Very well! You too shall go to Tartarus!"

The two acting god-kings died in the exact same way, but the shock they brought to the gods was completely different.

The death of N'Gandhi was of little consequence to the Olympian gods.

These guys who are in charge of the world, once they die, they'll just be replaced.

Normally, there would always be a deity willing to act as a proxy god-king. Athena's ruthless killings should have been enough to intimidate any disobedient gods.

The problem is that these black deities are really stubborn.

A commotion arose outside the temple.

The third in line to the throne should have come.

Instead, the entire pantheon of Kushitic gods arrived, led by the goddess Nunambi, daughter of Engandi. She led all thirty-one deities, kneeling in a massive procession outside the temple gates.

"We truly do not wish for our world to be destroyed! If Your Majesty Athena insists, please execute all the gods of the Kushitic!"

Behind her, the gods cried out in unison, "Your Majesty, please grant us death!"

This time, Athena could no longer hide the shock in her heart.

The situation... is out of control!

With her power, killing three or five gods from subordinate worlds would be no big deal for her.

However, wiping out all the gods in the entire subordinate world is a different story.

Admittedly, nearly half of the twelve Olympian gods are largely irrelevant: Hera, the queen of the gods, is busy catching mistresses; Aphrodite is obsessed with having affairs with Ares and other gods; Hermes, the messenger of the gods, is busy delivering messages and at most manages his own business; and Hephaestus, the god of fire, has recently switched from pedophilia to blacksmithing...

Many god-kings who were not good at internal affairs handed over the small worlds that Zeus had given them to Athena for management, and even gave Athena the power of life and death over the gods of the conquered worlds.

Athena has the right.

This does not mean she is qualified to completely wipe out all the gods in a subjugated pantheon.

If you do that, that world will collapse and will no longer be able to provide divine power to the corresponding Olympian god-king.

The Khoshidik pantheon adopted a policy of nonviolent non-cooperation, essentially putting Athena in a very difficult position!

Athena would be the first to disbelieve that those subordinate god-kings didn't conspire behind the scenes.

However, Ngandi and Kaleba were truly going to die in front of Athena.

In peacetime, Athena would have a thousand ways to deal with this power struggle between the slave god and the slave owner.

not now!

Ultimately, it was the immense pressure from the Aesir gods that gave the gods who had submitted to Greece an opportunity to rebel—or rather, to fight for power.

If even their own world is destroyed, then these subordinate gods are truly nothing.

Rather than becoming a wandering ghost and being treated as a slave even on Mount Olympus, why not take a gamble and force the Olympian gods to give in?
Whoever is the master, they are destined to be dogs.

Perhaps the dogs of the Aesir are even more precious.

At least they didn't see slave collars around the necks of those third-rate Asgardians.

Athena laughed in exasperation: "Very well! Very well! You're all very well! That's enough for today. But the real score has only just begun. You can all get out of here now!"

A gust of wind surged from Athena's body, transforming into a golden wave of divine power that swept away the former king of gods and Nunnampi, turning them into rolling gourds that rolled far away.
