The old things I repaired have become fine

Chapter 345: Buddha statue, you actually shook hands with me?

Chapter 345: Buddha statue, you actually shook hands with me?

Shen Le spent a whole day meditating, replying, adjusting, and trying various search methods... to no avail.

The restraint mechanism of the copper plate is too sophisticated. It is basically a black box to Shen Le and it is not something he can figure out right now.

In fact, if he had not inexplicably gained recognition from the copper piece, Shen Le felt that even if he reached another level of 70 or 80, he wouldn't have to touch the copper piece at all.

As for making the scanning waves be reflected by the atmosphere, Shen Le has tried it seven or eight times. He can only say that this kind of wave emitted by mental power is probably not like electromagnetic waves, which can be reflected when they hit the atmosphere?
Constrain the scanning waves emitted by the Buddha statue, making it arc-shaped and moving close to the surface of the earth?

Unfortunately, it was too difficult, really too difficult. Shen Le suspected that not only he couldn't do it, but no one on earth could do it -

What waves have you seen that propagate in an arc shape without strong interference?

If you want it to bend, you have to add some interference force, right?
For gravitational waves, we need a huge celestial body; for electromagnetic waves, we need a huge magnetic field or something?

Unfortunately, Shen Le had nothing. He even suspected that if he had such a strong interference power, he could even tear down the earth...

However, Shen Le's efforts were not completely ineffective. After searching to the west, he also caught some vague feedback:
Probably, perhaps, possibly, Buddha's head or Buddha's hand, maybe Buddha's head and Buddha's hand, in that direction?

Shen Le hesitated between "going to the center of the country and searching again" and "going abroad to another continent and searching again", and finally decided to strengthen himself first.

At the very least, repair all the parts of the Buddha statue that can be repaired, figure out what the Buddha's head and hands might look like, carve them out, and what kind of glue should be used to stick them together?
The work of fellow junior students also needs to appear valuable...

Of course, these tasks can be done later. Shen Le first respectfully invited Lady Shiji again:
"Can I ask you one more favor?"

【What's up? 】

The crystal jade egg rolled in his hands. Shiji Niangniang was enshrined in the main hall of the second courtyard of the west road. She basked in the sun and the moon every day, absorbing spiritual energy. She was either sleeping or sleeping every day, and she was as comfortable as a fairy.

When it was woken up by Shen Le, it was still a little dazed:

[Have you finished repairing the Buddha statue? Do you want me to glue it on for you? Is it the Buddha's head or the Buddha's hand? If you want me to make a Buddha's head for you with stone powder, that's negotiable...]

Of course, it costs extra. The spiritual energy in this house is very comfortable. The owner is said to be good at setting up spirit gathering arrays. When it returns, can you help set up a set for it?
"Don't do this for now." Shen Le walked back to the studio quickly with the Stone Ji Niangniang in his hands and placed it next to the Buddha statue. He lifted it up and walked around it so that it could "see" every detail clearly:
"It's the painting on it, you see it?"

God has mercy on him. He didn't know how a stone monster without eyes could have vision. But no matter what, it would be okay to let it get closer:

"The paint on it has all kinds of problems, such as peeling, blistering, cracking, dust and smoke, etc. I'll take care of the other problems, just these peeling and blistering ones..."

[I see, you want me to compact them, right? ]

Shiji Niangniang answered very familiarly. Shen Le smiled and held it to the broken neck of the Buddha statue:
"Yes, please! And try not to compact the dirt and contaminants with the paint, okay?"

[That needs to be done slowly...don't rush me! ]

The stone egg slowly sank into the Buddha statue and disappeared.

Shen Le stared at the Buddha statue nervously, watching the blue, red, green and other colorful paintings on the Buddha's nails, ribbons and ritual instruments slowly collapse inward.

The parts that were previously peeling, blistering, cracking, and various other diseases were separated from the Buddha statue. The parts that were about to fall off were pressed tightly onto the Buddha statue bit by bit, tightly and tightly.

It is just as if it had just been carved into shape and the painter was painting it with a brush dipped in paint, stroke by stroke.

"Mrs. Shiji's level is really amazing."

Shen Le couldn't help but admire. If there was no such big shot, he would have to use ZB-WB-S, which is a cellulose ester polymer, and inject it into the pigment powder, penetrating and reinforcing it bit by bit.

Not only will it cause trouble, it may also affect the spirituality of the Buddha statue! Now we need to let the Buddha statue send out search waves, searching all over the world. Every bit of spirituality is precious!

[This pigment is all mineral powder, otherwise I can't do anything.] The crystal jade egg slowly floated up from the neck of the Buddha statue and answered calmly:
[Later, if you want to paint it up, you can come find me, no problem! ]

Shen Le held it in his hands and sang a song of praise. The surface of the jade egg was shining and colorful, changing constantly. After a while, he put it back to the second courtyard on the west road and returned to work:

The first step is of course decontamination.

If you are an ordinary person, you would probably pick up an ear suction ball, which is a hollow leather ball with a long stem, squeeze it, blow out gas from it, and blow it along the surface of the stain;
However, with the cleaning technique, it doesn't have to be so troublesome. Shen Le stared at a stain, adjusted his breath, and waved his hand gently:

"Cleaning Technique!"

Beautiful, only the dust was removed, the paint was not damaged at all. This spell, the effect is very well controlled! He walked around the entire Buddha statue, up and down, first cleaning the dust. Then, with one hand, he dipped a cotton swab in the decontamination solution, and with the other hand, he gathered the cleaning spell and pointed it at the stained area:

"Cleaning Technique!"

You need to use a cotton swab dipped in a cleaning solution and slowly rub the stains to clean them. These are usually stubborn stains - the more stubborn ones may even require a scalpel and a bamboo stick to remove.

At this moment, Shen Le held the cotton swab in his hand, and he felt that it was more like a threat:
Don't you want to be decontaminated by the art of cleaning?

If you don’t want to go through the cleaning procedure, then the next step is to press your head with a cotton swab!

Be sensible and cooperate!
Although the Buddha statues may not have this awareness, the stains, incense ash, blackened parts, and even oil stains on the Buddha statues may not have this awareness...

In any case, Shen Le felt that this method could make his spellcasting smoother and more effective.

Sure enough, as the cleaning spell rolled over, the incense ash and black stains disappeared quietly, leaving behind a clean painted area.

The next task is to mix the paint and fill in the missing parts, so that the Buddha statue can shine again...

Shen Le prepared a large amount of pigments with ease. The work of his fellow students had already restored the material of the pigments:

The paintings on this Buddha statue are all made of mineral pigments.

The blue pigment is ultramarine, the black pigment is carbon black, some red pigments are cinnabar, and some multi-layer paintings and dark red pigments also contain red lead and iron oxide respectively.

Thanks to the Raman spectrometer and the brothers and sisters who worked so hard to compare the spectra. Without them, such similar colors would be impossible to distinguish completely...

As for green, some is malachite, some is copper sulfate, and the main component of white pigment is most likely gypsum.

Shen Le turned on his computer and pulled out a huge three-dimensional restoration image. On the restoration image, his fellow students even restored the coloring process of the Buddha statue based on his samples and data:

In this Buddha statue, most of the layers of painting that can be seen are two, and the colors of the two layers have a huge difference in hue.

There is blue on top of red, blue on top of green, green on top of blue, and red on top of blue. Obviously, when adding colors, you have to add them layer by layer to restore the effect:
Shen Le sighed and began to grind cinnabar, red lead and iron red. The color of the inner layer below the Buddha statue is mainly red, with a relatively small amount of cyan and a small amount of black and white.

Both cinnabar and red lead are poisonous. Although red iron oxide is non-toxic, it is best not to inhale it into your mouth for no reason.

In the past, he used a huge fan to extract air, but now, he uses a fume hood!
In short, never allow yourself to take even the slightest risk!

Grind and process. Then, first outline the lines of the painted area on white paper, apply the pigment, and apply 2% alum water;
After confirming that the color was correct, they moved sandstone blocks - thanks to the hard work of Lao You, who moved many sandstone Buddha statues and sculptures from the mountains - painted them with paint and applied glue alum water to test the color.

After confirming this step is correct, mix the pigment with pure water and start applying it on the Buddha statue to add color.

Up and down, after the inner layer is painted, paint the outer layer mainly in turquoise with a small amount of red, white and black.

In some places, such as the cloud pattern, there are still red and black, blue and gray, and red and gray. You must patiently adjust the color and try patiently to adjust the color that is most similar to the original painting and looks the most harmonious...

After finishing the inner and outer layers, Shen Le once again invited Goddess Shiji to help stabilize the mineral pigments.

Then, apply a layer of 2% alum water to the surface of the painted layer to fix the color and seal the surface.

This time, his cleaning technique was very careful and thorough. He cleaned the surface layer by layer, piece by piece, carefully, from the painted surface to the inside of the Buddha statue:
Erase all the aura of Goddess Shiji and leave only the original aura of the Buddha statue itself, so that its spirit will not be disturbed!

After everything was done, I stepped back and took a closer look, and saw that the colorful paintings and gold complemented each other.

The pagoda held in the Buddha's hand is brilliant, the conch shell is solemn and sacred, and the bunch of grapes even looks a bit crystal clear.

Shen Le smiled, stretched out his hands and placed them in the middle of the Buddha statue, and gently pressed his folded hands:
"If I connect your head and hands, you will be completely fixed!"

The place where the fingers touched should have been smooth and hard, but when I pressed it, it felt a little soft.

Before Shen Le could be surprised, he felt the interweaving of light and shadow before his eyes, as if a soft jade hand had pulled him and led him directly into time.

 The typhoon is over!

  Cat resurrection!
