When I was writing Xuande before, my mental state was very bad. Long-term anxiety caused gastroesophageal reflux and palpitations. I couldn't even feel relaxed or happy. My whole body was tense. After the energy at the beginning was used up, I couldn't keep up with the rest. I originally planned to write three or four million words, but I couldn't hold on and collapsed after more than two million words.

It was similar when I was writing Lan Fang, but at that time I started going to the hospital for check-ups, taking medicine, and increasing outdoor exercise. My symptoms improved greatly, and my mental state also improved little by little. After Lan Fang ended, I rested for three months and felt relaxed and happy again. My mental state felt like it had returned to 17 and 18, and I was energetic again.

I should have written more about this book. There are a lot of things I want to write, and my mentality has become calmer, so I will slow down the writing progress appropriately, write some of the things I want to write in more detail, strengthen the description of details, and improve the previous rough writing style.
