Chapter 549: What is the ancient Zhuyou technique? The long-awaited tomb is out! (Monthly ticket plus more)

Xiao Zhang's vomiting, which had been treated for so long but could not be cured, showed such obvious effects after taking some medicine from Fangyan today.

Even Xiao Zhang himself found it incredible.

In the past, every time I ate something, I would vomit. It had almost become a conditioned reflex.

But today this behavior was successfully stopped by Fangyan.

Xiao Zhang found that he finally acted like a normal person today.

You don’t have to find a place to hide and wait to vomit after eating.

Fang Yan said to Xiao Zhang:

"Your condition is actually caused by emotions. In Chinese medicine, we believe that the human body and mind are a unified whole. The two influence and interact with each other. Emotional abnormalities will lead to illness. Maintaining physical and mental health and nourishing both the body and the spirit is the way to maintain health."

At this time, Xiao Zhang no longer said that everything was fine with him.

She admitted that her mood did fluctuate due to some things that happened during that period.

Nowadays, if a girl doesn't admit or doesn't want to talk about something, it must be related to a man.

After all, if this kind of thing gets out, it won’t be good for her to find a partner in the future.

So they will deliberately conceal the truth when seeing a doctor.

If doctors really believed everything the patient said, there would probably be no cure.

So you have to make your own dialectical analysis.

Fangyan didn't ask her what the matter was, but just said:

"In life, we will inevitably encounter various unpleasant things, such as work pressure and interpersonal relationship problems. If we always immerse ourselves in negative emotions, sadness, anxiety and anger, it is easy to cause poor blood circulation in the body and dysfunction of internal organs."

"We should have an open-minded and optimistic attitude towards everything in the world and various situations in life. We should not be bothered by trivial matters. When we encounter difficulties and setbacks, we should actively seek solutions and not fall into pessimism. This will help to maintain the inner balance of the body."

"From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the heart governs the mind. A relaxed mood and an open mind can calm the mind and thus play a positive regulatory role on other organs."

"A good attitude and mood can also assist drug treatment. The patient's negative emotions and bad mentality often affect the efficacy of the drug and may even prolong the disease. A positive and optimistic attitude can enhance the body's ability to repair itself while taking the medicine, allowing the medicine to work better and the body to recover faster."

"You can cultivate some hobbies in your daily life, such as painting, calligraphy, chess, or chatting with a few friends, which is better than keeping things in your heart."

Hearing Fangyan's words, Xiao Zhang nodded repeatedly:
"Brother Fangyan, thank you for what you said to me today."

"I will definitely maintain a healthy mentality and live every day happily. Even if I am unhappy, I will find someone to talk to."

Fang Yan smiled and said:

"Good! I wish you a speedy recovery."

……

After seeing Xiao Zhang off, Fangyan’s treatment for the day came to an end.

There were two other patients hospitalized, one of whom had hematuria and needed to use aconite.

Another person developed drowsiness symptoms at 7 o'clock in the evening.

Both of them need to be hospitalized for observation and treatment.

Fang Yan said to everyone in the TCM office:

"Keep an eye on the hospital this afternoon. There is aconite in the Zhenwu Decoction, so make sure it is boiled for enough time. Also, remember to give the yin and yang raising and lowering medicines to the patient after one o'clock. I have to go to the Huaxia Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and will be here around 6:30 p.m. I'll see if the narcolepsy patient becomes drowsy again then."

After he finished speaking, everyone responded in unison:

"no problem."

"Doctor Fang, don't worry, we are watching over here!"

"Just leave it to us, we can still do this little thing."

Fangyan didn't waste any more time. He looked at the time and saw that it was almost time to go to work. He went back home, rode his bicycle, and headed towards the Hua Xia Chinese Medical Research Institute which was 2 kilometers away.

I have to say, I haven’t ridden a bicycle for a long time. After getting used to motorcycles, I feel that the speed is like a turtle crawling.

When we arrived, work had already started. Fangyan entered the inspection room and immediately started working intensively. Now the work in the inspection room is nearing completion.

There are more and more lost ancient books appearing now, and people are discovering them every day.

Fangyan also took advantage of this time to strengthen his system.

However, the further they went, the more they found some scattered things. The record showed that "Yuxiu Yifang Leiju" copied 151 ancient Chinese medical books, and also had their own medical book.

However, when Fangyan and his team were nearing the end, they discovered that there were some scattered information between each book. Some of them looked like folk remedies, but there were not many of them. They were distributed in various places during the transition between the books they copied.

At first I thought it wasn’t much, but later, after I summarized them, I found that the number was still quite considerable.

Lao Ji, who works at the Palace Museum, speculates that it is very likely that the copyists from Korea recorded some folk remedies when the book was being compiled. For example, if this book was copied from the Song Dynasty, then they would record some folk remedies related to the Song Dynasty at the end and then copy the rest.

The folk remedies copied in this section may or may not be related to the previous ones.

So now after discovering this situation, everyone started to go back and write down all those folk remedies.

Then it was divided into different dynasties and divided into internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, and otolaryngology.

These folk remedies are different from orthodox ones, and they do not discuss the causes and pathogenesis of the disease.

It only talks about symptoms and treatment methods.

Fangyan also discovered that the art of incantation was also involved.

Zhuyoushu is the art of curing diseases and eliminating pathogenic factors through prayers, spells, etc.

In the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine, Suwen, it is mentioned that:

"Huang Di asked: I heard that in ancient times, the only way to cure diseases was to move the essence and change the qi, and to pray for healing. Nowadays, people use poison to cure the internal organs, and needles and stones to cure the external organs. Some people get better, while others don't. Why is that? Qi Bo replied: In ancient times, people lived among animals, moved to avoid the cold, and lived in the shade to avoid the heat. They had no attachments and no external careers. This was a peaceful world, and evil could not penetrate deeply. Therefore, poisons could not cure the internal organs, and needles and stones could not cure the external organs. Therefore, they could move the essence and change the qi, and pray for healing. This is not the case in today's world. Worries and troubles are caused by the internal organs, and the physical body is hurt by the external organs. In addition, the four seasons are lost, and the cold and heat are against the order. The evil winds come frequently, and the evil spirits are day and night. They reach the five internal organs and bone marrow, and hurt the orifices and skin. Therefore, minor diseases will become serious, and major diseases will lead to death. Therefore, prayers cannot be stopped."

The translation is:
Huangdi asked: "I heard that in ancient times, the treatment of diseases was to change the patient's mind and spirit, and the disease could be cured by the method of 'Zhuyou'. Nowadays, we treat diseases from the inside with medicine and from the outside with acupuncture and moxibustion, but some diseases are still cured and some are not. Why is this?"

Qi Bo replied, "In ancient times, people lived among birds and beasts, and used physical activity to drive away the cold. They went to cool places to avoid the heat. They were not burdened by emotions such as attachment and envy, and they did not work hard to seek fame. In such a quiet and indifferent living environment, it was not easy for external evil to invade the human body. Therefore, there was no need to use drugs to treat from the inside, nor to use acupuncture and moxibustion to treat from the outside. The disease could be cured by changing the patient's spirit and the state of circulation of his qi and blood.

However, the world today is different. People are often troubled by worries, their bodies are hurt by hard work, and they cannot adapt to the changes in the four seasons. They violate the health rules of cold and heat, which causes frequent invasions by evil winds and constant attacks of evil spirits day and night. These evil spirits can penetrate into the five internal organs and bone marrow, and can hurt the orifices and skin. Therefore, diseases are easy to get worse when they first occur, and once a serious illness occurs, it is easy to die. Therefore, relying solely on the art of incantation cannot cure diseases. "

The art of incantation is also mentioned here, but it is not particularly reliable.

Moreover, this kind of thing is very controversial and shrouded in mystery. For example, Lao Ji, an expert in the Forbidden City, believes that this is traditional folk culture and not an orthodox medical treatment.

But he didn't say it was useless.

Moreover, these contents are scattered and intermittent, and there is no way to piece together a systematic and complete treatment method, so even if Fangyan read it, he did not use the system to support it.

But the problem is that this thing is recorded in Korea's "Yuxiu Yifang Leiju".

For a moment, Fangyan was a little unsure whether this thing was really useful or just a scam.

By reading its principles, Fangyan judged that the core should be a means of creation based on the idea of unity between man and nature, that is, the spirit can influence matter.

If dialects are allowed to judge based on the knowledge they currently possess, it would be more like a spiritual suggestion.

In the official medical education during the Tang and Song dynasties, there was even a Zhuyou department to regulate and pass it on to a certain extent.

At that time, it still occupied a place in the medical field, but after the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with the introduction of Western medicine and the continuous scientific and standardized development of traditional Chinese medicine itself, the art of incantation was gradually marginalized.

At present, only some people in the folk and traditional numerology culture still study and inherit it.

It is highly likely that these folk remedies will not be published by the country, so the verification personnel can only record them themselves.

Fangyan thought that if he wanted to figure out the tricks, maybe he could give the task of researching it to Lao Meng, and maybe he would be able to figure it out.

If you give it to others, they may not pay attention to it.

After all, when it comes to studying Yin-Yang and physiognomy, Fangyan thinks he is no match for Meng Jimin.

He is truly talented.

He happens to be on duty tonight, so I'll tell him about it then and see if he's interested.

At 4: in the afternoon, when he was about to get off work, Lao Ji received a call from the Palace Museum, urgently asking him to return to the museum's Archaeological Institute.

This is the first time something like this has happened in such a long time. Old Ji actually holds a very high position there. If there was nothing serious, they would not have called him back in such a hurry.

Seeing this situation, Fangyan was inexplicably reminded of the bronze weight of the Minister of Agriculture of the Han Dynasty.

Before Lao Ji left, Fang Yan couldn't help but ask him what had happened.

Old Ji reacted and responded hurriedly:
"It's the big tomb by the Hesongyi River that you mentioned last time. Just two hours ago, they dug out something really big!"
