Chapter 18: Genius Beautiful Girl Writer
There is a passage like this in the ancient Chinese text "Zhuangzi Waipian Shanmu" that Longchuan Che had read before.

“A gentleman should be able to transform himself from a dragon to a snake. When conditions are insufficient, he should fall to the ground and become a snake, crouching in the grass, living with ants, living in muddy holes, and eating dirty things in order to find a safe place to live.”

In his previous life, Longchuan Che was a somewhat arrogant person, and his superb memory ability made him considered a gifted person.

Starting over again, living in a small mountain village, he compared himself to a snake, feeling that he was crouching in the grass, living with ants.

This was his unintentional arrogance, and he didn't think anyone could understand it.

But what's going on with the girl in front of me now?

The girl was wearing a light blue cotton coat and holding a thick stack of postcards in her arms. The light from the window shone on her long eyelashes, creating a moving halo.

"You are the one in the library at that time?"

Long Chuan Che spoke after a long pause.

The girl had a quiet temperament and wore a beige beret on her head. She was the girl that Ryukawa Toru had met at Yamanashi College yesterday.

"My name isn't that." The girl looked the boy up and down with her eyes that Longchuan Che thought were clean.

“Are you a writer?”

The thick manuscript paper in Longchuan Che's hand was very eye-catching, so it was not surprising that the girl could guess who he was.

"It will be there soon." Longchuan Che was looking around for glue. While he was looking around, the girl handed him a piece of sealing glue.

"Thank you."

Longchuan Che smeared some glue on the envelope and was about to seal it when he found that the girl was looking at him.

The girl has a small face, gentle and quiet, just looking at me straight
"Um, anything else?"

Longchuan Che scratched his head. Although he was good-looking, there was no need to be so blatant.

"Can I take a look?"

"what?"

"Your manuscript."

The girl stretched out a slender white finger and pointed at the envelope in Longchuan Che's arms.

The thick envelope contained about a hundred sheets of manuscript paper, with a stamp worth 100 yen pasted on it, which was the postage for round-trip travel between Tokyo and Yamanashi.

Longchuan Che stood in the post office and tilted his head.

No matter what, this girl is a little too weird.

He just came up to me and said he wanted to see my manuscript.

"I'm sorry." Longchuan Tetsu's expression suddenly became serious, "I can't agree to your request, Miss Unknown."

"why."

"Because this is a work of literature that is destined to shock Japan."

"so what?"

"I'm afraid you'll plagiarize."

After saying this, Longchuan Che sealed the envelope with a snap, turned around and threw it into the lacquered red mailbox.

He stood with his hands on his hips next to the mailbox, looking at the dark delivery slot with some smugness, as if waiting for the generous royalties to be sent back.

Seeing the other person's look, the girl's eyelids twitched unnaturally. She didn't say much, and stuffed the stack of postcards in her hand into the mailbox. Longchuan Che took a quick glance and saw postcards from Hokkaido, Osaka, and many other places.

"How did you guess it?"

"what?"

"My pen name."

"The snake husband one?"

Longchuan Che just felt that the other party was a little strange, but he didn't know that he was also quite strange in the eyes of outsiders.

He had just rejected a beautiful girl's request, and now he was standing by the mailbox and talking to someone without any scruples.

The girl was not angry when she met such a boy. She slowly delivered the postcard.

"When conditions are insufficient, it falls to the ground and becomes a snake. When conditions are met, it flies up to the sky and becomes a dragon." The girl squinted her eyes and looked at Ryukawa Toru, who was wearing Mrs. Takeda's cotton jacket.

"Hachiya Kunio has written, 'Zhuangzi: Towards a Transcendental Realm'. If you read two more of his books, you will understand why I understand."

Longchuan Che was very familiar with the other person's expression.

It was the expression on his face when he told Mrs. Takeda that people should read a few more books.

Long Chuan Che's heart choked for a moment. He was angry.

'She has small breasts but a big mouth.'

Longchuan Che cursed in his heart.

He has a good memory, and it is no exaggeration to say that he is gifted.

My favorite thing to do in the past was to read a book slowly. I have read at least half of the books in the Yamanashi Library.

"What's your name?" Longchuan Che smiled with interest.

The girl had fair skin and a slender figure. She touched her lead-black hair calmly.

"My name is."

"Natsuko, Natsuko!"

In the distance, before the girl could finish her words, a girl in a red cotton vest across the street waved at her.

"My name is Natsuko Imamura."

The girl smiled at Longchuan Che, who looked as if he had seen a ghost.

"You've read my book, Mr. Snakeman."

Sitting in a warm cafe.

Longchuan Che's expression was still somewhat incredulous.

The book "The Woman in the Purple Dress" that he read in the library yesterday was actually written by this 17 or 18-year-old high school student in front of him?

The person who won this year's Trend Award is actually this girl drinking coffee elegantly in front of me?
"Imamura-san?" Ryukawa Toru called out hesitantly.

"Huh?" This year's New Trend Society Literary Rookie of the Year smiled. "The writer who was worried that I plagiarized seems to be a lot more polite than before."

This woman looks so quiet but is actually a sinister person, right?

Ryuukawa Tetsu coughed lightly. The other party was a writer who debuted under the Shincho Award, so of course he would not plagiarize the work of someone he had not signed a contract with.

He was just joking just now, he just wanted to make it more troublesome.

"What do you want to talk to me about, Imamura-kun?"

Longchuan Che picked up the coffee in front of him and took a sip.

A cup of Mandheling hand-brewed black coffee costs 3,000 yen, and Natsuko Imamura pays for it.

"Wait a moment." The girl looked towards the store entrance. It was the girl who had just greeted her across the street. Long Chuan Che had also seen her before. Her name was
"Hello classmate, my name is Songzhi Muzi."

The girl with short hair and healthy tan skin walked to the coffee table and extended her hand to Longchuan Tetsu with a smile.

"Hello, Ryukawa Toru."

Longchuan Che stretched out his dog paw and shook hands with the other party.

The girl's palms were warm, matching the warm smile on her face.

"I know," said the girl named Matsueda Muko, who was sitting opposite Ryukawa Tetsu with Imamura Natsuko. "'Mr. No Taste'."

These two girls are both very weird.

Longchuan Che spat out the coffee he had just drunk.

Just as he was about to run away, Natsuko Imamura took an envelope from Muzi's arms.

The girl opened it and said calmly:
“Yamanashi is a place where there are very few writers.”

Natsuko Imamura took out a neatly-written manuscript paper and placed it in front of Toru Ryukawa.

"I like to give my works to my writer friends and ask them to give me some suggestions."

The girl raised the corners of her mouth and looked at Longchuan Che with a smile.

"Can you ask Longchuan, who wrote a work that shocked the Japanese literary world, to help me take a look?"

The night outside the window gradually darkened, and the transparent glass slowly reflected the girl's beautiful face.

In the mirror world, the background color of the night glowed around her, and Long Chuan Che narrowed his eyes.

Because I just rejected her and she wanted to use her work to slap me in the face.

This woman is indeed a black-bellied monster.
