Beijing Night Snow

Chapter 3 Tongzhang Port City

Chapter 3 Return to Hong Kong
Before Song Jinhe could speak, Chen Yucong knew what she was thinking. He said gently, "Eat a little, just as a filling."

Song Jinhe has never been one to like causing trouble for others. She knew that if she didn't eat something now, she would get hungry again when she got busy later and would have to trouble Zhang Ting to prepare something.

So Song Jinhe still ate, but because she was not very hungry, she only ate some vegetables and then stopped.

When Song Jinhe left the hotel, Chen Yucong sent Song Jinhe to the car and said, "I'll pick you up later and go directly to Hong Kong City."

"Okay." Song Jinhe nodded in agreement.

After watching Song Jinhe's car leave, Chen Yucong returned to the hotel and continued the work he had not completed before.

Song Jinhe's event this afternoon was in a shopping mall. When she arrived, there were already many fans on the scene, calling her loudly.

Song Jinhe greeted them with a smile and collected the gifts they handed over one by one. However, because the event on the brand's side was already about to begin, Song Jinhe didn't have time to take photos with them and could only wait until the event was over.

The event went smoothly. Both the brand and the host gave Song Jinhe enough face and had no intention of making things difficult for her.

After the brand's event ended, Song Jinhe finally found the opportunity to take photos and sign autographs with her "He Miao".

Zhang Ting had been watching the time, and when it was almost time, she stopped the fans who wanted to move forward, "Let's stop here today, let Jin He take a group photo with everyone and then it's over, okay?"

Although some fans were more or less disappointed because they were not able to get individual autographs and photos, it was still great to be able to take a group photo.

Finally, everyone took a group photo with Song Jinhe under the guidance of the staff, and then Song Jinhe left the mall.

At this time, Chen Yucong was already waiting in the parking lot, and got into the car directly after Song Jinhe arrived.

Zhang Ting didn't get in the car, but told Song Jinhe: "You have work to do in City A next Friday. I have bought a plane ticket for you. I will pick you up at the airport then."

"I understand. Thank you Sister Ting." Song Jinhe said gently.

Zhang Ting didn't say anything else. She just closed the car door, watched their car leave, and then returned to her own car.

Zhang Ting returned to the car and saw the back seat filled with letters, flowers, gifts and other things that Song Jinhe had received from fans.

"Sort it out and see if there is anything that shouldn't be there. After sorting it out, take the rest back to the studio and put it away." Zhang Ting instructed another assistant.

The young assistant agreed readily.

On the other side, Song Jinhe and Chen Yucong were already on their way to Hong Kong City, but Chen Yucong was a little busy and was still on a conference call while on the way.

Song Jinhe sat aside and looked at Chen Yucong quietly, carefully trying to understand what he was saying.

Song Jinhe had never been exposed to Cantonese before. It was only after she got together with Chen Yucong and heard him speak it at work that she learned some.

In the past two years, Song Jinhe was really learning it seriously, especially when talking to Chen Yucong, she even asked him to speak to her in Cantonese.

But later on, I gradually stopped talking about it.

This is often the case. As long as you don’t talk about or do it often, you will soon forget it, especially if you only do it halfway.

Song Jinhe no longer knows how to sing them now, and she can't even understand many of them.

Perhaps Song Jinhe's gaze was too obvious, Chen Yucong really couldn't ignore it. He turned his head to glance at Song Jinhe, then continued the meeting while using his free hand to squeeze Song Jinhe's hand.

After a long while, Chen Yucong finally hung up the phone, then turned his head to look at Song Jinhe beside him, "Are you tired?"

Song Jinhe shook her head, "Not tired." Chen Yucong reached out and held Song Jinhe's head, kissed her forehead, "Today will be a little busy, after today is done, I will spend the holiday with you tomorrow."

Tomorrow is December 24th. Although it is a working day, December 25th is Christmas Day, which is a legal holiday in Hong Kong.

Chen Yucong has been busy for a long time, but the work is not over yet. When Song Jinhe returns to City A after the vacation, he will continue to stay in Hong Kong City.

Therefore, the next few days were a vacation that he had worked hard to arrange.

Even so, if there are any special circumstances, he still has to be busy with work.

Song Jinhe said very considerately: "It's okay with me, it's more important for you to deal with your work first."

Chen Yucong did not agree. He knew in his heart what was really important.

The two of them snuggled together for a long time before Chen Yucong continued, "Hua An's birthday is in two days. Will you accompany me then?"

Hearing this, Song Jinhe raised her eyes and looked at Chen Yucong, as if she didn't understand what he meant.

Chen Yucong looked at Song Jinhe and couldn't help but kiss her on the forehead. His voice was full of doting, "They are all my good friends."

Outsiders’ first impression of Song Jinhe is gentleness. Chen Yucong also felt that way when he first met Song Jinhe.

But after actually getting to know her, you’ll find that Song Jinhe is not easy to get close to. Although she seems gentle, she is actually very defensive.

She is unwilling to interact with irrelevant people, and most of the time she prefers to be alone.

Song Jinhe was struggling internally, not knowing whether she should agree.

She actually knew very well that she should not have agreed, and that neither she nor Chen Yucong should get too involved in each other's lives.

But Chen Yucong invited me, and Xu Huaan had helped me a lot before. It would be fine if I wasn't in Hong Kong, but it would be a bit inappropriate if I didn't go there now that I was here.

After hesitating for a moment, Song Jinhe nodded and agreed.

They soon arrived at Hong Kong City, but Chen Yucong had work to do today, so after sending Song Jinhe home, he left quickly.

This is not the first time Song Jinhe has come to Chen Yucong’s residence in Hong Kong City. The aunts in the family all know Song Jinhe.

When he saw Song Jinhe, he greeted her politely and helped her carry the luggage upstairs.

Song Jinhe returned to Chen Yucong's bedroom, tidied up simply, and stayed in her bedroom until dinner time when she went downstairs.

Chen Yucong was still busy, so Song Jinhe had dinner by herself.

After dinner, Song Jinhe was a little bored and decided to go out for a walk and prepare a birthday present for Xu Huaan.

Because of Christmas, the streets are filled with a strong Christmas atmosphere, and all kinds of Christmas costumes are everywhere.

Song Jinhe walked around the mall for a long time, not knowing what kind of birthday gift would be suitable for Xu Huaan.

Dear friends, please recommend and collect it!
