As for the method, if one does not cultivate Niwan, after the monsters have cultivated to the Yuanshen through the method, the last leap of Yangshen will completely damage Niwan. If there is no great opportunity, after achieving Yuanshen, the path of cultivation will come to an end. If Niwan is defective, the Yuanshen realm is the pinnacle of cultivation.

But even so, most of the great spirits and demons in the world are still achieved through cultivation, and only a very small number are achieved through scriptures and techniques.

Among them, the fragments of cultivation accounted for the majority. The scriptures and techniques were precious, and the essence was gathered in the chapter on becoming immortal, which was regarded as a secret that was not to be passed on. The way to immortality was private, and those that were circulated outside were mostly before becoming immortals. No matter whether the heaven and earth are clear or turbid, they are all innate. To practice this way, one must first find innate things to refine and store them in the Dantian, and then use them as a sustenance to attract the two souls. In this way, once the two souls return to the physical body, they will be immediately complete. One only needs to improve their Taoism to continue to accommodate them. When the three souls are complete and their cultivation has reached a level that cannot be improved, one can make a great leap according to the scriptures and seek the fairyland.

This sounds simple, and the practice is effortless, but spiritual objects are hard to find, and they must be innate. It is difficult to get one occasionally, and you still need two. The prerequisite for practice is very harsh. Ordinary wild monsters get this kind of sutra, but often in the end they have to abandon it and choose the former. For example, Chi Lian, it's not that she doesn't want to, but she has no choice. On the road of cultivation, hard work alone is not enough, opportunity is even more important.

What is recorded in the Black Water Sutra is the reliance on spiritual objects.
