Chapter 43: Distant Country
Pure spiritual energy continuously flowed into Nemesis' body, and the part of his body that belonged to the Mind Dragon began to become active.

Nemesis, who was already close to evolution, began to devour psychic energy to his heart's content. He was surprised to find that his evolutionary progress was actually slowly increasing.

A familiar sleepiness came over him, but Nemesis shook his head. Now was not the time for him to fall asleep.

But the sleep did not continue, and the growth of the body did not stop.

Under the crazy infusion of psychic energy, Nemesis' scales began to fall off, his tender flesh and blood were exposed to the air, and his body began to swell wildly in a short period of time.

The six-meter body became nine meters, twelve meters, and fifteen meters!
Nemesis clenched his sharp teeth. The transformation of his body, which was supposed to take a month, was completed in a short period of time. The growth of flesh and bones brought him excruciating pain.

He has evolved into a teenager!

Without paying attention to his own changes, Nemesis looked eagerly at the gem in the air after the pain eased.

The gem seemed to become more relaxed after having the pouring outlet, and no new cracks appeared, but its surface slowly changed from silver to red.

I breathed a sigh of relief. Although I didn't know what impact turning red would have, at least it wouldn't break for the time being.

The spiritual energy of the gem was still transforming. Nemesis rolled his eyes and began to calmly enjoy the result of the spiritual energy filling his body and constantly evolving.

The Volume Dragon, which had just evolved into a teenage dragon, continued to climb towards the young dragon stage with the infusion of psychic energy.

If we quantify it into data, it would probably fluctuate as quickly as 1%, 5%, or 10%.

The obelisk also changed at this time. The endless energy output seemed to make it unable to bear it.

As the relief continued to fall off, tiny cracks began to spread on the surface of the stele, and the red light began to flicker.

"No, don't stop!" Nemesis didn't want the obelisk to stop at this moment.

Unfortunately, the obelisk could no longer withstand the black hole-like suction of the silver gem. Finally, after half of the gem turned red, the obelisk's psychic output disappeared.

"boom!"

As the monument suddenly collapsed, the red spirit ball in the center turned into ashes, and Nemesis even vaguely heard an angry roar echoing in the air.

"No thief can stop us from coming eventually!"

The twisted psionic energy disappeared as the obelisk collapsed, and the silver gem fell to the ground.

Nemesis smacked his lips, feeling a little regretful. He could feel that he was about to reach the stage of evolution of a young dragon again.

"Ninety percent of the progress. Hmm. It's really not long enough."

Nemesis picked up the gem. The tiny gem emitted a flickering light between the huge dragon claws, and a piece of information appeared in his mind.

It finally unlocked.

throne
Effect 1: Once a month/Open [Between the Thrones].

Effect 2: Monster suppression. Any attack by the holder will cause irreversible damage to the monster.

Effect 3: Error! Error!
The information in the gem suddenly became distorted, the original font of effect three became blurred, and then turned into scarlet, and new information appeared in the mind.

Effect@#¥%! Three#¥%...: Madness! Grant madness! Control madness!

Nemesis frowned, his dragon face distorted as if he had seen a monster.

The information of all magical items in the world is provided by the Magic Network, which controls all supernatural powers except psychic power. What kind of existence can distort the information provided by the Magic Network?
Crazy? What does this ability mean?
Nemesis swallowed the gem. Whatever its ability, he would know it after he synchronized it. The news transmitted by the magic network surprised him again.

The synchronization time is one day!
This is simply impossible. In theory, the weakest and rarest items may only require one day of synchronization, but it has never happened.

What's more, this gemstone has absorbed so much energy, it is obviously impossible for it to be such a weak thing.

This amount of time was as if a shortest synchronization time was forcibly selected in order to adapt to the rules of the magic network.

Shaking his head, Nemesis ignored it and decided to wait and see how the synchronization went after a day.

He walked to the remains of the obelisk and rummaged around, trying to find something valuable, but to no avail.

The only thing that caught his attention was the words engraved on the inside of the obelisk, which were the Mind Flayer language.

"Welcome the arrival of a distant country?" Nemesis murmured to himself as he gently wiped the words on the fragments with his dragon claws.

Is the Far Country what Gord was talking about?

Just as he was wondering, the fragment in his hand suddenly turned into ashes and dissipated into the air. He widened his dragon eyes in disbelief.

He felt it. It was the power of the magic net. The magic net produced a slight fluctuation in an instant, and then destroyed the existence of the fragments.

He suddenly remembered Gold's mouth, which was sealed by an unknown force, when he talked about the distant country.

It's the Demonic Network! It's preventing the Far Realm from being known to others!
There was a sudden noise nearby, Nemesis turned around and saw that it was Segna who had woken up.

She seemed a little confused about why she was here. Her dragon eyes returned to their normal black color, and the pain in her body made her face distorted.

"Damn it. What's going on? Why am I so badly injured?" After vomiting a mouthful of dragon blood, Segna asked with a depressed look on her face.

Nemesis said with an unnatural expression, "It was Gold. He used his psychic powers to control you and imprisoned you here. I just had a fight with him to save you. The aftermath of the fight might be... a bit severe?"

Signa glanced at him suspiciously. Although they had only been together for a short time, she could clearly see the selfish and cunning nature of the scroll dragon in front of her, which made her believe that these words were simply an insult to her intelligence.

Seeing that the other party was not buying it, Nemesis quickly changed the subject and asked, "By the way, do you know Yuanyuan?"

After he finished speaking, he saw Signa looking at him as if she had seen a ghost, and he had an idea in his mind.

"You...your mouth!" Signa stuttered.
"I know, my mouth disappeared when I said that word, right?" Nemesis interrupted her impatiently.

He sighed. Sure enough, the Weave was preventing any creatures that shouldn't know of the Far Realm from learning about it.

The obelisk may have survived the disaster because of the protection provided by those twisted psychics.

But after reading the words above, the power of the magic network descended and destroyed the wreckage.

Nemesis instinctively felt that the [Distant Kingdom] was not an existence that he could explore at this moment. Even though it coexisted with the multiverse, the great magic network that surpassed the gods was wary of it and tried every means to prevent the creatures of the multiverse from knowing its name.

This conjecture made Nemesis feel a little creepy. Behind this inconspicuous obelisk, there was such a terrifying existence.

After being frightened by the "disappearing mouth", Signa, who was standing by, finally discovered something different.

She was a little surprised and said, "You evolved?"

Seeing that Nemesis' body had grown more than twice as large as before, Segna felt depressed. She had originally planned to rob his dragon's nest after she recovered from her injuries and before the little dragon evolved.

As a result, the opponent actually evolved.
