Chapter 36 Death Array
A loud voice rang out on the battlefield, and a huge black five-pointed star magic circle covered a quarter of the battlefield, including the position where Nemesis had just been.

Six-ring necromancy spell——[Death Circle]!
Nemesis was about to escape from the influence of the magic circle, and the black light that rose into the sky enveloped everything in the magic circle.

All kinds of miserable screams rang out in the magic circle. The next moment, Segna's figure rushed out from the beam of light at the edge of the magic circle. However, one-third of her body had become rotten, and black dragon blood kept vomiting out of her mouth.

She yelled weakly, "You run so fast. Ugh."

Nemesis nodded proudly, when it came to escaping, no one could beat him!

The black aura that swept across the battlefield lasted for ten seconds before disappearing. The huge five-pointed star magic circle disappeared into the void, and the place it originally covered was no longer home to any living creatures.

All living things aged, decayed, and finally turned into ashes.

Nemesis looked at the ashes floating in the air with lingering fear. His scales were not as hard as Sgena's. If it were him, he would probably have no chance of escaping.

"The vitality of a real dragon is so strong." He sighed that a teenage black dragon could actually survive a six-ring spell.

The drow mage snorted coldly as he watched the two dragons escape his attack, but he could only helplessly watch them return to the city wall.

The battlefield was too far away. Unless he had the super magic skill [Spell Range Enhancement], he would not be able to cast spells at such a long distance.

Gold looked at the two dragons with satisfaction and said, "You have completed your mission very well."

Not only did Nemesis and Segna kill many soldiers, but with just the attack of the [Necromancer], that drow wiped out nearly a quarter of his own people.

At Saurfang's command, the city gates opened, and countless orcs poured out with earth-shaking roars.

The dark elf army finally approached the mind flayer fortress of Kula Grommash, and the two armies officially launched a brutal meat grinder war.

The orcs either wielded sharp axes or raised solid shields, forming iron walls. The undead creatures and monsters tried to break through the defenses with their fragile bodies, causing waves of metal clashes.

The gray dwarves on the city wall moved nimbly between the battlements, throwing burning stones accurately, trying to hinder the shadow sword drow approaching rapidly from behind.

The shadow sword warriors leaped up from the sky and earth, swept across the battlefield like the wind, and like a flash of lightning, quickly approaching the resistance line set up by the orcs.

Hundreds of dark energy arrows shot out from their hands, piercing the orcs' heads, and then launched a fierce charge and slash.

The drow warriors wielded their swords, and the dazzling blades cut through the battlefield like lightning, defeating the orc warriors one by one.

Nemesis shook his head. The gap between the drow shadow swords and the orcs was too big. Even if there were only a few hundred shadow swords, these orcs would be killed one by one sooner or later.

The orcs' clumsy speed could not catch up with these shadow swords at all, and when the weapons clashed, their strength was far inferior to that of these level six warriors.

If this continues, we will lose sooner or later.

He had to continue casting spells to bombard enemies close to the orc defense line, but the range damage of the spells also affected many orcs.

After the battle with Akdina, he realized very clearly the importance of these low-level professionals. No matter which army wins, it will be a big trouble for the other side's high-level professionals.

The drow wizard rose into the air, his dark robes rustling in the breeze, and a black pentagram hovered above his chest, absorbing all light like a black hole.

He pointed at Saurfang with one finger, and his voice gradually rose from low to high, like a ghost demanding his life.

“Saurfang!!” “Saurfang!!!”

"I curse you. Your skin is old, your flesh is worn, your claws are dull, and everything about you will be swallowed by darkness!"

The orc, who had been waiting quietly with his hands folded across his chest, groaned, his skin became full of wrinkles, his teeth fell out of his mouth, and black lines began to spread on his body.

But Saurfang did not panic. He smacked the blood that appeared from his fallen teeth and laughed grimly.

"You've finally lost your patience, Wuongnos," he murmured in a low voice.

The necromancer cast a curse, and the black pentagram on his chest burst out with astonishing arcane fluctuations. The boundless magic power shook the magic net, infinitely amplifying the condensed curse power.

"Darkest Hour." Segna looked at the five-pointed star on the necromancer's chest, greed filling her eyes.

"The most powerful magical item of the Deaver family, a true sub-artifact."

Nemesis raised his dragon eyebrows. It lived up to the name. Even a body as strong as Saurfang had become so weak under the power of the curse. Even Nemesis doubted whether he could still wield the sword.

This pentagram gem is truly the "darkest hour" for any recipient.

"Are you okay?" After receiving a positive response from Saurfang, Gord said to Nemesis with a serious face.
"The power of Darkest Hour can only be used once a day. We must hold off the drow's attack before Saurfang recovers."

"Uronos has mastered the sixth-ring transformation spell [Disintegration]. Except for Saurfang, anyone who is hit will be instantly reduced to ashes. This is a single-target instant death spell that is more powerful than [Death Circle]."

"Only when we can hold out until Saurfang lifts the curse will we have a chance to kill Uronoth!"

Nemesis was a little puzzled. How could the curse be lifted without killing the one who cast it? Was there a priest here?

Gold smiled and said, "As you can see, I am the most humble servant of the great god of psychic energy, Ilvash."

Nemesis responded with a smile, but he was confused in his heart. He had never heard of this so-called Ilvash, and the bloodline inheritance of the Volume Dragon included the names of most gods in the multiverse.

But then Gord walked to Saurfang's side, and a wave of divine power confirmed his words.

[Remove Curse] is a three-ring divine spell. Facing the terrible curse strengthened by a secondary artifact, Gold must continuously output power, and even convert most of the divine spell positions in his body into nutrients for [Remove Curse].

In the meantime, they must face Uonnos alone.

Nemesis and Segna looked at each other and then looked at the Necromancer who was slowly approaching from a distance.

He had raised his gorgeous obsidian staff and pointed it at the orcs on the ground. The rolling magic power leapt onto it and turned into a wave of dark light.

The horrifying death circle appeared in the sky again, and the orcs covered by it were all horrified, but it was too late.

A dark pillar of light that stretched from sky to earth enveloped a large number of orcs. After just a few seconds, the pillar of light disappeared, and endless ashes filled the air. The amount was so large that it even made the air turbid.

It was the ashes of nearly eight hundred orc corpses.

Black ashes floated in the air, and the area covered by the magic circle had turned into a huge blank space, causing all creatures present to be terrified.
